Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on work performance by comparing three generations X, Y and Z. The population in this study are employees in the Cikarang area with age categories corresponding to generations Respondents were involved in this research and were selected using stratified random sampling techniques. The statistical test technique used is the Normality test and homogeneity test. The hypothesis testing technique used is two-way Anova. The research results show that there are significant differences in generational differences, where Gen-Z has a higher organizational culture and organizational commitment than generations X and Y and this is a factor that can influence achievement. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article

Abstract

The digital economy is one of modern system. That is an aspect of the economy based on the utilization power of high-tech approach. Clearly that is about empowerment of digital information and communication technology. In our contry, the digital economy system is growing very fast along with the increase of large market potential actually. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the digital business economy for the development of the modern market economy in Indonesia. The method used is using library research or library study (library research). The results of this study indicate that the presence of digital system presented of quality, such as better of negotiation, business style, and modern markets but the regular markets still needed for people of Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the reuse intention of  Honda e-Care application with an extended TAM. Reuse intention is a customer's tendency to use a company's services or certain products repeatedly in the future. The population in this study was 311 consumers of the Honda Gajah Motor Bypass, Padang City who had registered and used the Honda e-Care application in 2023. The sample was 175 consumers of the Honda Gajah Motor Bypass, Padang City who had registered and used the Honda e-Care application in 2023. 2023. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and description analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. The research results show that Habit has a positive and significant effect on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of using the Honda e-Care application. System Quality has a positive and significant effect on the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness of using the Honda e-Care application. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the perceived usefulness of using the Honda e-Care application. Perceived ease of use and Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumers' reuse intention on the Honda e-Care application

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Reward and Punishment on Work Loyalty at IBC Telkomsel in Bandung City. This research includes quantitative descriptive research, with multiple linear regression analysis approaches that use a brushioner research instrument. The sample in this study was Telkomsel IBC employees in Bandung City which amounted to 134 respondents who were analyzed with the SPSS program version 25. The results of this study found that rewards have a significant effect on work loyalty, evidenced by the value of thitung significance greater than table and with a large enough coefficient value so that the reward affects work loyalty. Punishment also has a significant effect on work loyalty, evidenced by the value of thitung significance greater than ttabel and with a fairly large value of coefiesen, so punishment also affects work loyalty. In multiple linear analyses it is known that reward has a greater influence on work loyalty compared to the punishment variable.

Abstract

Offshore loans to Indonesian borrowers are essential for financing large-scale investment projects in Indonesia. This research uses a mixed method between case studies and Spearman Rank correlation tests. The qualitative approach was through interviews to collect research data and continued with a quantitative approach using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The study found that during 2017 and 2022, there are offshore loans were used for project financing with sector similarities with greenfield FDI inflows and international project finance. Also, there were representative offices actively involved in the M&A process of a national bank in 2022 and a Multi finance company in 2020. This research fills a knowledge gap regarding the role of foreign bank representative offices concerning FDI inflows in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of billboard tax revenue on local original revenue in Serang Regency in 2017-2021 and to find out how much the billboard tax contributes to Serang Regency original revenue. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The type and source of data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques are summarizing data, presenting data, and analyzing data. The result of this study is the revenue or realization of the billboard tax in Serang Regency with a target each year. Serang Regency Always experiences good achievements, namely the realization that the billboard tax always exceeds the targeted value every year and that the billboard tax has the potential to increase the Local Original Revenue of Serang Regency, which will be obtained in 2024, is Rp. 3,655.752.517

Abstract

Today's modern era requires companies to adjust their strategies to stay alive and survive as changes continue. To survive, a company's most valuable asset is its human resources. Human resources are assets that play a significant role in a company. Even though there are many tools in a company, without the support of human resources, it will not run optimally. To achieve a company's goals, employees must maximize their performance potential properly. The purpose of this study is to explain how to improve employee performance in a company; strategies to improve employee performance in a company in this study are general; this type of research is a qualitative literature study. The study results show that employees play an essential role in the company; therefore, improving their performance requires a good strategy: training and education, discipline, enforcement of rules, punishment, compensation and reward, and performance evaluation

Abstract

Destination branding is a formation process that can be influenced by several elements where in this study, testimonials and city images are designated that represent the city of Bandung. This gives rise to the results of the study that these two independent variables have a significant positive contribution to the formation of Bandung as a city and tourist destination due to the existence of destination brand, which is dominated by positive city image from testimonials that appear through Instagram stories, photo posts, and testimonials in both cases. Furthermore, we hope that this can be implemented in other cities in West Java and throughout Indonesia, with the hope of increasing regional income through the city as a tourist destination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the presence of Public Service Mals on the increase in the number of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in Serang City. To find out how much impact the presence of MPP has, the authors compared the data in 2022 with 2023. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The type and source of data used is secondary data. The result of this study is the number of NIBs issued after the presence of MPP in 2023 by comparing data before the inauguration of MPP in 2022. In 2022, there are 5,529 Micro Small Enterprises that have NIB. 2023, after the inauguration of the Serang City Public Service Mal, there will be a significant increase of 206.31% or an increase of 5,878 to 11,407 micro-small enterprises with NIB. Meanwhile, in 2022, 67 Non-MSEs have NIB; in 2023, it will decrease by -34.32% or 44 to only 23 Non-MSEs with NIB. The increase in NIB in 2023 is due to the large number of business actors interested in experiencing the comfort and ease of service at Serang City Public Service Mal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in investors in Serang City before and after the innovation of Investment Ease Facilitation activities and find out the percentage of comparison from 2021 – 2023 or from before the innovation and after the innovation made by DPMPTSP Serang City. Investment has become a hot topic of conversation in recent years because it will positively impact the regional economy. The Serang City Government continues to strive to create innovations to attract business actors, in this case, MSMEs or investors both from within the country and abroad, to invest so that they can improve the economy of Serang City. We conduct research using qualitative descriptive methods. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of this study is the achievement of an increase in the number of investors in the last three years that exceeded the target of investors after the creation of innovations in Investment Ease Facilitation activities, with the number of investors until December 2023 being 11,430 with the issuance of NIB
