Abstract

This article presents a study conducted at PT Toyota Astra Motor Spare Parts Logistics Division (SPLD) focusing on improving the rerouting process for spare part distribution to ten part shops in Cikarang and Karawang City. Utilizing the nearest neighbor algorithm, the researcher aimed to devise an efficient route originating from the Centre Warehouse in Kawasan Industri MM 2100. The primary objectives were to minimize distance traveled and consolidate routes to achieve cost savings in transportation. Through meticulous route planning and optimization, the study successfully reduced the total distance from 282 km to 62.8 km, thereby demonstrating significant cost-saving potential. This article provides insights into the methodology, results, and implications of implementing the nearest neighbor algorithm in optimizing spare part distribution logistics for automotive industries

Abstract

Risk management that can be implemented optimally will help companies map risks. Risks that the company can adequately overcome will undoubtedly make the company's business processes run well, which is characterized by good company pro forma (performance). Company performance includes many aspects of a company, especially financial aspects. This improved company performance will undoubtedly be related to the company's value. Thus, there is a relationship between risk management, company performance, and company value, so it needs to be analyzed more deeply and thoroughly, one of which is by bibliometric analysis. The method combines convergent parallel types (Convergent Parallel Mixed Methods). Researchers collected quantitative data in the form of 500 publications from 2007-2022 with the PoP (Perish or Publish) application, and the data was tidied up with Mendeley Desktop and then carried out bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer software to produce visual displays, namely Network Visualization, Overlay Visualization, and Density Visualization. The visual display shows colourful lines interconnected to form a network that shows the relationship of publication citations between one another and nodes of varying colours and sizes that indicate the number of citations. The results of the analysis of publications on Risk Management, Company Performance, and company value show there are several other topics outside of these variables interconnected, consisting of 8 clusters. Each cluster consists of several issues and publications connected, as seen from the network on Network Visualization, Overlay Visualization, and Density Visualization

Abstract

The data used in this study amounted to 15182 datasets consisting of 14 variables. Existing variables are divided into basic variables and additional variables. The basic variables consist of 5 variables namely Home ownership, Roof type, Wall type, Floor type, Defecation facilities. While the additional variables consist of 9 variables, namely employment, having money / livestock / jewelry deposits and others, welfare deciles, education, recipients of non-cash food assistance, recipients of productive assistance for micro enterprises, recipients of cash social assistance, recipients of family hope programs, and recipients of basic necessities. Using the naïve bayes algorithm classification method, the values of accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure are 67.61%, 67.97%, 93.71% and 78.79%. The addition of additional variables to the basic variables resulted in an accuracy of 68.29% in the additional variables of education. This shows that by adding additional variables, the accuracy results are higher than using only basic variables, so that this study can be used as a recommendation in decision making on the implementation of determining the beneficiaries of the rehabilitation program for uninhabitable houses
