Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of mosaic activities on the fine motor development of children at AL-HIKMAH Kindergarten. Fine motor skills involve the coordination of small muscles, particularly in the hands and fingers, which are essential for daily activities such as writing, drawing, and handling objects. This research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach. Data were collected using activity sheets completed by the children during the mosaic sessions. The data were analyzed using a t-test, which showed a significant difference after the mosaic activities were implemented. Children who participated in the mosaic activities demonstrated greater improvement in fine motor skills compared to those who did not. These results indicate that mosaic activities have a positive impact on the fine motor development of kindergarten-aged children. The findings are expected to serve as a useful reference for teachers and early childhood education practitioners in designing learning activities that support children's motor skill development

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using Gemini AI-based learning media on the ability to understand mathematical concepts in class XI TKJ SMK Al-Kaffah Cikedal students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The design used in this research was to provide a pre-test after which treatment using Gemini AI learning media was applied to the experimental class with a total of 26 people, and ordinary treatment (learning using conventional models) to the control class with a total of 25 students, after the treatment was carried out. then a post-test was used to measure the results of students' ability to understand mathematical concepts from each group. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the average post-test score for the experimental class was 75.5 and the control class was 61.9. This shows that there are significant differences in the learning outcomes obtained by the two classes. From the results of the hypothesis test calculations, tcount = 7.617. At a significance level of 5% and db = 26+25 – 2 = 49, ttable = 2.010. Because tcount > ttable (7.617 > 2.010) then H0 is rejected which means H1 is accepted, which means there is a positive influence of the Gemini AI learning media on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of class.

Abstract

Education necessitates comprehensive support from educators and education personnel to ensure the smooth progression of the learning process. Ensuring the quality of education is imperative to meet or exceed national education standards. Schools strive to provide high-quality learning services through the utilization of technology. The presence of professional, qualified, and competent teachers is an essential prerequisite. The implementation of educational supervision is expected to enhance the quality of education at the school level. This research employs a qualitative methodological approach, which examines natural phenomena in depth. The findings of qualitative research emphasize depth of understanding, rather than generalization. The research findings indicate that supervision is specifically aimed at developing and improving teacher professionalism, as well as facilitating their career development. The primary objective is to increase the effectiveness and productivity of the educational process. Supervision provides support to teachers in creating a conducive teaching-learning environment. This study identifies the roles of educational supervision, which include coordination, consultation, and evaluation. The process of implementing supervision is outlined in three stages: planning, implementation, and assessment.

Abstract

This qualitative study at Serang 03 Public Elementary School investigates the principal's management strategies for improving teacher performance. The research aims to evaluate the current level of teacher performance and identify the principal's management approaches to enhance it, ultimately understanding their role in creating a supportive and motivating work environment. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, and analyzed via data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The findings reveal that the principal employs standard management functions—planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising—to improve teacher performance, which is assessed through indicators like mastery of materials, classroom management, resource utilization, administrative skills, assessment accuracy, and teaching interaction quality. The principal's planning management is effective in improving teacher performance through systematic efforts to enhance discipline, encourage participation, and provide professional development via seminars, Teacher Working Groups, and Independent Learning curriculum training. Organizational management, characterized by clear rules and assignments, also effectively boosts teacher performance. Implementation management is satisfactory, particularly in enforcing discipline and conducting the teaching-learning process. Finally, comprehensive supervision management proves effective in improving teacher performance through thorough monitoring and evaluation of all school programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the power point media is used at SMAN 5 Cilegon, what the students' motivation and interest in learning are at SMAN 5 Cilegon, how much influence Power Point media has on the motivation and interest in learning. The method used in this research is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The location of this research is at SMAN 5 Cilegon, with a population of 30 students, the sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, that is, 30 students are sampled from the entire population. The results of the analysis of the coefficients show that the correlation coefficient value shows that the rxy coefficient value is 0.751, so it is stated in the strong category, and the rtable is 0.306. rcount > rtable = 0.751 > 0.306. The results of the t test obtained a value of tcount of 6.026 while ttable of 1.69726 with an error level of 5%, thus tcount > ttable = 6.026> 1.69726, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between Powerpoint Media and student interest and learning has a positive and significant effect and from The hypothesis test that was carried out by Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, and the coefficient of determination (cd) was obtained at 56%. Based on the causal or causal nature of this variable relationship, a simple linear regression equation can be created, namely Y = a + bX, a= 28,941, while the value of b is b = 0.650 X so that there is the influence of media powerpoint interests and student learning motivation at SMAN 5 Cilegon

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of transformational leadership of school principals and school culture on teacher performance at SDN Purut. The research uses a quantitative a correlational approach involving all teachers at SDN Purut as respondents, consist of 11 teachers. The research instruments are questionnaires developed based on indicators of transformational leadership, school culture, and teacher performance variables. Descriptive analysis results shows that transformational leadership of the school principal is categorized as high and very high, school culture is classified as very high, and teacher performance is generally categorized as high and very high. Inferential analysis shows that partially, transformational leadership significantly influences on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient (R) = 0.643 and coefficient of determination (R²) = 0.413. School culture also significantly influences with R = 0.634 and R² = 0.402. Simultaneously, both variables give a very significant effect on teacher performance with R = 0.993 and R² = 0.987. It shows that 98.7% of the variation on teacher performance can be explained by transformational leadership and school culture. It can be concluded that transformational leadership and a strong school culture play an essential role in improving teacher performance. Therefore, strengthening an inspirational leadership style and creating a positive school culture should be continuously developed to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Copyright infringement is a significant problem for academic and professional consistency, which is triggered not only by technological factors, but also closely related to the moral values of authors. This research focuses on analyzing the relationship between the factors that drive plagiarism and the moral dimension in the academic environment. By utilizing a critical discourse analysis approach based on Foucault's thinking, this research examines how plagiarism narratives are formed, how pressures stemming from systems and power relations affect the morality of writers, and identifies internal and external factors that trigger acts of plagiarism. A case study of plagiarism among Indonesian academics is outlined to illustrate the complexity of the interaction between external pressures, personal ethical weaknesses, and challenges faced by institutions. The findings of this study suggest that efforts to prevent plagiarism need to include strengthening the values of honesty, responsibility, and integrity, not only through technical methods, but also by building sustainable moral awareness.
