Abstract

Success is no longer solely determined by the product produced and offered, but by the quality of service provided. High-quality service has become a fundamental aspect that businesses must consider and deliver to customers meet expectations and create satisfaction. Therefor, Service quality is crucial because it directly impacts customer satisfaction, which can be readily shared. Satisfied customers will provide positive reviews and promote company by recommending its services to others. Researcher using qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through interviews to assess how effective the service quality provided by PT Kelola Amanah Artha is for its customers. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that only the assurance dimension can be said to need improvement because this dimension is dominated by customer responses which feel inadequate.

Abstract

Employee presence is a key element in driving organizational activities and optimizing the use of existing resources to achieve orientation. Research findings show consistency in the relationship between turnover intention and factors such as leadership, intelligence, employee behavior in carrying out tasks outside the main task (extraroles), job dissatisfaction, and experiences related to organizational commitment. The method applied in the following research applies a quantitative approach. The population identified includes employees in the CV production department. Indojati, taken by 80 people. Data analysis was carried out using Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. Research findings show that it is. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style is known to influence turnover intention significantly positively. Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style can mediate organizational commitment with turnover intention. Suggestions for future researchers can be to use other variables that can be studied significantly regarding the influence of turnover intention. Variables that are not applied in the following research should be applied or added to further research. Future researchers can research other organizations or service industries.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi masyarakat masjid terhadap perbankan Syariah di Kota Ambon. Jenis penelitian lapangan dengan paradigma kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada masyarakat masjid di Kota Ambon. Variabel digunakan sesuai indikator literasi keuangan menurut Otoritas Jasa Keuangan yaitu, pengetahuan keuangan umum, pemahaman lembaga keuangan syariah, pinjam/tabungan, asuransi, dan investasi. Hasil penelitian: 1. Variabel independent terdiri atas; pengetahuan keuangan umum, pemahaman fungsi dan manfaat lembaga keuangan syariah, tabungan/pinjaman, asuransi, serta investasi semuanya berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berinvestasi masyarakat Masjid kota Ambon di Perbankan Syariah. Namun, variabel pengetahuan umum, pengetahuan lembaga keuangan syariah, dan asuransi pengaruh tidak signifikan atau kecil. Sedangkan tabungan/pinjaman dan investasi berpengaruh kuat terhadap keputusan berinvestasi di Perbankan Syariah. Berdasarkan hitung regresi berganda pada uji F memperoleh nilai Fhitung 6,88 serta nilai p value yakni 0,000. Maka, kesimpulan hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Untuk itu hasil persamaan koefisien regresinya adalah Y = 1,969 + 0,61 + 0,83 + 0,133 + 0,281.

Abstract

Financial crises often have a negative impact on the economy and leave a trail of destruction and trigger social unrest, Thus it is necessary to prevent and mitigate the risk of financial crises with optimal policies. Therefore, this research aims to identify factors that can influence a financial crisis in a country and provide policy recommendations based on mitigating and preventing crisis risks based on cases that have occurred. The method used in this research is literature study and case study by collecting data, reports and previous research that are relevant to cases of global and national financial crises. The results of this research are based on a discussion of the relevance of certain financial crisis cases by providing optimal policies by considering risk mitigation and prevention. The implications for stakeholders affected by the financial crisis are also discussed. This research is expected to contribute to formulating effective and sustainable recovery strategies, as well as building stronger economic and social resilience on future crises.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze financial ratios against share prices in Food and Divergence Sub-Sector Companies This research used an associative research method. The research instrument used was a list of tables consisting of the variable indicators Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Total Asset Turnover and PT share price. Akasha Wira Internasional, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Akasha Wira Internasional, Tbk has been listed on the IDX from 1994 to 2022, which is 28 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Akasha Wira Internasional, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. data was collected by documentation and literature study. Data analysis carried out to answer the hypothesis used the t test and f test. The research results show that Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have a significant effect on share prices at PT. Akasha Wira Internasional, Tbk.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact that e-finance literacy has on the ease, convenience, security and quality of mobile banking users’ services on customer satisfaction of the New Koto Unit. The era of globalization has been a major driver for the emergence of mobile banks’ rapid changes in technology and global connectivity has opened up new opportunities for the banking sector to provide more efficient and accessible services. The method of analysis of this research is to use a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire. The sample respondents in this study were taken from 282 customers using the new BRI mobile banking Koto Unit. Technical analysis tests validity, reliability, correlation, classical assumptions, double linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that convenience had a partially positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (t = 3,244 ), ( 0,001 < 0,05), while comfort had a positive and substantial influence on customer satisfying ( t = 4,872 ), ( 0,000 < 0,05), however, security had no significant effect on customer content ( t= 1,051 ), ( 0,291 > 0,05 ) while the quality of service had a significant and positive impact on client satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work-life balance (WLB) on turnover intention among millennials, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Millennials, as the dominant segment in the global workforce, often face challenges in maintaining a balance between their professional and personal lives, which can significantly impact their job satisfaction and decision to remain in an organization. Drawing on data from 350 millennial employees across various industries in Indonesia, this research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationships between WLB, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. The results reveal that work-life balance has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, with job satisfaction serving as a partial mediator. The findings suggest that when millennials perceive a better balance between their work and personal life, they are more likely to experience higher job satisfaction, which in turn reduces their intention to leave the organization. These results highlight the critical role of WLB in employee retention strategies, particularly for millennials. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on generational workforce dynamics and offers practical insights for human resource management by emphasizing the need to foster a supportive work-life balance environment to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth (WOM), "Early Bird" ticket pricing, and Celebrity Endorsement on ticket purchase decisions for the Festgo concert event at Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed, involving 100 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software. The findings indicate that all three variables have a positive and significant impact on ticket purchase decisions. WOM plays a crucial role in shaping consumer perceptions, while "Early Bird" pricing and Celebrity Endorsement enhance purchase interest. This research contributes to marketing strategies in the concert industry and suggests that event organizers integrate these three factors to improve ticket sales effectiveness. Limitations of this study include its specific context and limited sample size, prompting recommendations for future research to explore a broader range of variables and contexts.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result of work, both in quality and quantity, achieved by an individual in performing tasks in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him/her. Factors that influence teacher performance are work environment, organizational culture, leadership, work motivation, work discipline, salary and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence of work discipline and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique, that is, all members of the population are sampled, while the sample in this study amounted to 50 people. This research method is a quantitative method with verification data analysis method. The results of the study partially show that work discipline has a significant effect on teachers' performance, work environment has no significant effect on teachers' performance, simultaneously work discipline and work environment together have a simultaneous effect on teachers' performance. Based on the coefficient of determination, it shows that work discipline and work environment can explain the variable of teacher performance by 38.2%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation, leadership and work discipline on the performance of LAZISNU (Institute Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Nahdlatul Ulama) employees in Central Java. The population in this study were all central and branch LAZISNU employees throughout Central Java with a total of 158 employees. Furthermore, the sampling technique used was a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, so that a sample size of 61 respondents was obtained. The required primary data is collected by means of a survey via a questionnaire. The results of data collection were then analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS Version 22. The results of the research showed that motivation, leadership and work discipline had a significant positive effect on the performance of LAZISNU Central Java employees.
