Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak implementasi green accounting, Kinerja lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas pada perusahaan industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019-2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri yang melaporkan laporan keuangan selama periode 2019-2023 secara berturut-turut. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel sesuai kriteria. Analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan green accounting tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Green accounting berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikani terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa green accounting memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas, sedangkan kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, and Dividend Payout Ratio on Stock Price. The total population in this study was 13 companies and the sample was 4 companies of food and staples retailing sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that taken by using the criteria determined by the author. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result of the T test (partial test) showed that Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, and Price Earning Ratio have a positive relation and have a significant effect on Stock Price, while Dividend Payout Ratio has a negative relation and have no significant effect on stock price in food and staples retailing sub sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan publik, dividend payout ratio, cash holdings dan risiko keuangan terhadap perataan laba pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan periode penelitian 2018 - 2021. Sampel yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu 40 perusahaan dari 98 populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dividend payout ratio dan risiko keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perataan laba. Sedangkan kepemilikan institusional kepemilikan publik, dan cash holdings tidak berpengaruh terhadap perataan laba.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on the purchase intention of MSME products in Tengin Baru Village, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, with content marketing as a mediator. The method used is SEM-PLS with Smart PLS 3.0, testing the relationship between digital marketing, content marketing, and the purchase intention of MSME consumers. The research results show that digital marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention with a path coefficient of 0.786, and a strong influence on content marketing with a path coefficient of 0.812. Additionally, content marketing mediates the effect of digital marketing on purchase intention with a path coefficient of 0.296, though its influence is smaller compared to the direct effect of digital marketing. The discussion reveals that digital marketing strategies are crucial for MSMEs to increase consumer purchase intention. Content marketing plays an important role as a mediator, strengthening the influence of digital marketing by building closer relationships with consumers and increasing brand awareness. These findings are consistent with previous research that emphasizes the importance of content marketing in maximizing digital marketing strategies. In conclusion, digital marketing has proven to be effective in enhancing purchase intention, especially when supported by engaging and relevant content marketing. Therefore, MSMEs in Penajam Paser Utara should prioritize digital marketing while enhancing content strategies to maximize their impact on consumer purchase intention. For future research, MSMEs in this region are advised to continue developing digital marketing strategies and improve their literacy and skills in creating effective content marketing to strengthen their influence on consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the readiness to adopt the SIAPIK application as a digital financial recording technology for MSMEs in IKN. This research method is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The research was conducted in Kab. Penajam Paser Utara and Kab. Kutai Kartanegara which covers all MSMEs in the IKN area. The number of samples used was 2,456 MSMEs. Sample collection used interviews and the SIAPIK application installation and testing method. Based on the results of Canvas Business Modeling, it is known that Fish Crackers (milkfish amplang) have great potential to develop because of the unique raw materials and the IKN area will become the center of the country's capital and tourism. Apart from that, the readiness of MSMEs in the IKN area to adopt the SIAPIK application is not yet optimal because only 3.06% of business actors use this application to record business finances. The results of installation and testing show that business actors face challenges in using the SIAPIK application, this is due to the lack of accounting knowledge and the difficulty of using the SIAPIK application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity on the Value of go-public banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total of 10 companies that met the criteria for banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) had a significant effect on Price To Book Value (PBV). Partially ROA has a positive and significant effect on PBV. DAR has a negative and insignificant effect on PBV. LDR has a negative and insignificant effect on PBV.

Abstract

The generation of organic waste, especially organic waste, continues to increase along with the population growth rate of Balikpapan City as a buffer city for the IKN. One source of organic waste is organic waste from market activities, especially traditional markets. If not managed properly, it can increase the risk of environmental pollution and the spread of disease vectors. The alternative use of organic market waste as animal feed has been carried out by the Sumber Makmur Gunung Tembak Farmers Group, Balikpapan City. With the management of animal feed combined with organic market waste, it is able to reduce livestock operational costs, especially the cost of providing feed. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between the use of organic market waste for animal feed compared to using fresh grass. The results obtained are that by utilizing organic market waste, the cost of providing animal feed can be reduced and farmers benefit more in terms of financing and providing feed,

Abstract

Based on the 2022 Indonesian Environmental Status document (SLHI 2022), 59.05% of rivers in Indonesia have the status of heavily polluted, 26.61% are moderately polluted and only 8.87% are lightly polluted which meet good quality status. Based on the results of observations by researchers in 2024 carried out in the field, quite a few riverbank residents in Dasan Agung sub-district have the habit of throwing rubbish on riverbanks, so this has a negative impact on the sustainability of the Jangkok River Basin. This is certainly an illustration of the weakness of the social capital system. local community. The aim of this research is to determine social capital strategies for environmental preservation and determine the best social capital for environmental preservation along the Jangkok River. This type of research is qualitative. and Quantitative. This research method uses questionnaires or questionnaires as well as interview observations to collect data, then the data is analyzed using linear regression data processing techniques using the SPSS program. The results of the research show that the effect of social capital on environmental conservation is 93%. This shows that social capital has a significant effect on environmental preservation in the communities along the Jangkuk River, Dasan Agung sub-district, Mataram city.  The highest aspect of social capital is the network aspect at 55.73%, the trust aspect at 28.09 or 30.21%, while norms contribute 9.14 or 9.84%. The conclusion of this research is that social capital has a significant effect on environmental preservation on the banks of the Jangkok River, Dasan Agung Village, Mataram City, with the network aspect being the best option for preserving the environment on the banks of the Jangkok River, Dasan Agung Village.

Abstract

This research entitle of “Analysis of the influence of Servicescape, Experiential Marketing, and Perceived Value to Revisit Intention with Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable” (Case Study at The Golaga Purbalingga Tourism Object). This research target is : To gain an understanding of the influence of the Servicescape, Experiential Marketing, and Perceived to Revisit Intention with Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. To research it uses accidental sampling and purposive sampling as much 100 respondents. The analysis tool in this stuy uses the SPSS version 26.0 program. As for examination of at this research done with validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and sobel test. The validity of each variable question item is valid and reliability results of each variabel question item is reliable. The classical assumption test declared to meet classical assumption. The multiple linear regression analysis at this research obtained by result b1 = 0,187 showing influence which are positive of Servicescape variable (X₁) to Revisit Intention variable (Y), b2 = 0,117 showing influence which are positive of Experiential Marketing variable (X₂) to Revisit Intention variable (Y), b3 = 0,055 showing influence which are positive of Perceived Value variable (X₃) to Revisit Intention variable (Y), b4 = 0,215 showing influence which are positive of Satisfaction variable (Z) to Revisit Intention variable (Y). The results of the research partially showed that the Servicescape variable (X₁) has a significant influence on the Revisit Intention variable (Y) with a value of (tcount 2,119 > ttable 1,984), the Experiential Marketing variable (X₂) has not a significant influence on the Revisit Intention variable (Y) with a value of (tcount 1,612 < ttable 1,984), the Perceived Value variable (X₃) has not a significant influence on the Revisit Intention (Y) variable with a value of (tcount 0,886 < ttable 1,984), and the Satisfaction variable (Z) has a significant influence on the Revisit Intention variable (Y) with a value of (tcount 3,986 > ttable 1,984). The results of the research sobel test Satisfaction variable (Z) mediate the relationship between Servicescape variable (X₁) to Revisit Intention variable (Y) with value (tcount 2,139 > ttable 1,984), Satisfaction variable (Z) mediate the relationship between Experiential Marketing variable (X₂) to Revisit Intention variable (Y) with value (tcount 2,208 > ttable 1,984), Satisfaction variable (Z) mediate the relationship between Perceived Value variable (X₃) to Revisit Intention variable (Y) with value (tcount 3,083 > ttable 1,984).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work conflict, work stress and employee rotation on performance based on employee perceptions of PT. Pertamina Balikpapan Hospital. The sample used in this study in the Medical Check UP, radiology, laboratory and medical record installations amounted to 54 respondents. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The statistical analysis test tool used was the SPSS version 24 program. Based on the study, the results obtained that partially, the Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the t-count value of 2.868>t-table 2.00958 and a significance value of 0.006 which is less than 0.05. The Work Conflict variable does not have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the t-count value of 0.422 <t-table 2.00958 and a significance value of 0.675 which is greater than 0.05. The Work Stress variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Performance. This is indicated by the obtained t-value of -0.615 <ttable 2.00958 and a significance value of 0.541 which is greater than 0.05. The Employee Rotation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the obtained t-value of 3.826> ttable 2.00958 and a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. That simultaneously the results obtained by Leadership Style, Work Conflict, Work Stress and Employee Rotation have a significant effect on Employee Performance. This is indicated by the obtained F-value of 14.689> F-table 2.56 with a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05.
