Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a large population. Experts predict that Indonesia will experience a significant demographic bonus in the coming decades. This is expected to support the achievement of Indonesia's golden era until 2045. The millennial generation is the second largest population group in Indonesia. With the large population of the millennial generation who have entered productive age, they are the main drivers of the country's economic growth. This study was designed to provide an understanding of the influence of financial literacy and consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Tenggarong City through financial management on their decisions to invest. This study uses an associative quantitative method. This research process obtained 100 people as respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, which would then be analyzed using an analysis tool in the form of the PLS-SEM statistical technique. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions are significantly influenced by financial literacy and consumptive behavior. Financial management can also be a significant mediator between financial literacy and consumptive behavior on investment decisions. A significant correlation is also found in the relationship between financial literacy and consumptive behavior. Thus, financial literacy and good financial management can help the millennial generation reduce excessive consumer behavior and improve the quality of their investment decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct effects that occur due to the existence of financial technology and financial literacy mediated by digital marketing on the financial performance of MSMEs in Samarinda City. This research uses quantitative descriptive research, and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The sample for this research is MSMEs in Samarinda City. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research state that the relationship between fintech and positive financial performance has no significant effect, the relationship between financial literacy and positive financial performance has a significant effect, and digital marketing mediates fintech and financial literacy on financial performance positively and significantly. Digital marketing is 80% an influential and significant factor in financial performance, with 20% other variables.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly rapid development of technology which will change people's digital lifestyles by using the internet to do everything more practically and quickly, one of which is using online shopping transactions in e-commerce. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of digital lifestyle, sponsorship and advertising intensity on online purchases on the Shopee marketplace (generation Z case study). The method used in this research uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique using exclusive considerations and a survey that is measured using a Likert scale, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses SPSS version 23 to determine the impact each variable. As a result of research, it is known that a digital lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on online purchases. Sponsorship has a positive and significant effect on online purchases. And for the simultaneous test, all variable X has an influence and is significant on variable Y

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of standard material inventory at the SME Taichan Cuangky by implementing the Just In Time (JIT) method to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. As one of the SMEs in the culinary sector, Taichan Cuangky faces challenges in inventory management, such as high storage costs, frequent ordering, and the risk of losses due to supply instability. Therefore, this research evaluates the effectiveness of JIT in meeting production needs efficiently while comparing it with the conventional system and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This study employs a narrative approach with quantitative analysis. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis from July 2023 to June 2024. The results show that the implementation of JIT provides significant efficiency improvements. Annual inventory costs drastically decreased from IDR 18,187,425 (conventional system) to IDR 1,499,699.97, and the ordering frequency was reduced from 48 times to once per year. The JIT method also improved storage space efficiency and reduced the risk of overstocking. Although JIT delivers significant cost savings, its success highly depends on the reliability of suppliers in delivering raw materials on time. This study suggests integrating JIT with a more accurate demand forecasting system to mitigate the risks of supply chain disruptions and ensure production continuity. In conclusion, JIT proves effective in enhancing operational efficiency in SMEs within the culinary sector. Further research could explore the adaptation of JIT for larger-scale enterprises and other sectors.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence Transparency and Accountability have on Village Fund Management moderated by Community Participation. The method in this research is to use quantitative methods and saturated sampling methods as a method for selecting a sample of 130 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. The research results show that Transparency and Accountability have a positive and significant effect on Village Fund Management. Thus, Community Participation - Transparency has a significant effect on Fund Management, while Accountability is not influenced, meaning that Community Participation cannot moderate the influence of accountability on fund management. Apart from that, village fund management has a significant effect on infrastructure development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in shopping preferences between Millennials (born 1981-1996) and Generation Z (born 1997-2012) in Tenggarong District. The research focuses on four main variables influencing purchasing decisions: cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 200 respondents, consisting of 100 Millennials and 100 Generation Z individuals. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test to identify significant differences between the two groups. The findings indicate no significant differences in shopping preferences between Millennials and Generation Z across all variables examined. Although there were differences in the Mean Ranks, the p-values for cultural (0.154), social (0.132), personal (0.923), and psychological (0.300) variables were above 0.05. This demonstrates that the shopping preferences of both generations are generally similar, despite minor variations in how they access information or are influenced by trends. Factors such as ease of online shopping, trust in e-commerce platforms, and motivation to secure discounts and promotions are the main reasons for the similarities in shopping behavior between the two generations. This study provides valuable insights for businesses to design effective marketing strategies by aligning their approaches with the digital preferences and practical needs of both generations.

Abstract

The main revenue of Indonesia's finances comes from tax collection, which plays an important role in state revenue. The government relies heavily on taxes as a source of revenue to fund maintenance and development to improve people's welfare. This study aims to evaluate the influence and relationship between the possibility of fraud detection, the tax system, tax ethics, fairness, and discrimination on the perception of tax evasion ethics. The research method used is quantitative with the Purposive Sampling technique for sampling. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, with a total of 100 samples registered at KPP Pratama Samarinda. The results of this study show that the possibility of detecting fraud and the tax system has no effect on the perception of tax evasion ethics, while tax ethics, fairness, and discrimination have a positive influence on the perception of tax evasion ethics.

Abstract

This research was used to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Teamwork, Communication and Motivation on Job Satisfaction at PT Anugerah Lelang Indonesia. The population in this research is all employees of PT Anugerah Lelang Indonesia with a total of 35 respondents who will be used as samples. The type of research used is quantitative research with purposive sampling techniques and data collection through distributing questionnaires. This research method uses Smart-PLS data processing with an analysis model using outer model, inner model, basic equations and bootstrapping testing. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the variables of leadership style, teamwork, communication and motivation influence job satisfaction at PT Anugerah Lelang Indonesia

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence of workload variables, motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction of civil service agency employees and human resource development in the city of Balikpapan. This research used a sample of 47 respondents with a questionnaire data collection method and analysis tools assisted by SPSS software. The results show that (1) Workload directly has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Balikpapan City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) employees; (2) Motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Balikpapan City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) employees; (3) Work Discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Balikpapan City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivativon, Work Environment and Communication on Job Satisfaction of teachers at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Balikpapan. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a sample 34 teachers from the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Balikpapan. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. This study uses SmartPLS in processing data. The results of this study indicate that the motivation variable has a significant effect on job stratification of teachers at the Madrasah 2 Negeri Balikpapan. Work Environment variable has no significant effect on job stratification of employees at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Balikpapan. Communication variable has a significant effect on job stratification of teachers at the Madrasah Negeri 2 Balikpapan.
