Abstract

In science subjects at the elementary school level, the concept of geologi’s disaster can be introduced, such as disaster mitigation, namely volcanic eruption disaster. The purpose of this study was to determine the contents feasibility and the book presentation of disaster mitigation education material. In addition, the purpose of developing textbooks was to determine students' understanding of volcanic eruption disaster mitigation materials. This research was designed with a modified 4-D development design. The 4-D development design stages are Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In this study the 4-D design was modified into three steps, namely: Define, Design, Develop. Based on the results of research and discussion, the feasibility of the contents and presentation of the book with Disaster Mitigation education material for grade 5 students after going through a series of processes including the validation from material experts, product presentation, language, graphics, limited trials, and field trials, the product is categorized of having very good quality. The level on students understanding of disaster mitigation education material of grade 5 books as a developed product is seen based on students cognitive and affective aspects. Based on the result of the student work on the post test sheet, the average value obtained by the students is 82,25, it incates that students learning process about the mitigation of volcanic eruption disaster have been completed. The dominant scientific attitude of students are curiosity, gaining new information, and cooperation. These scientific atitudes are reflected  in the activities of students who are interested in repeating the experiments and their harmonious work shown by the fact that they can work well together with friend within their group.Keywords: development; textbooks; disaster mitigation; volcanoes

Abstract

This study was done to answer a problem about the Islamic Curriculum Development leaning book wich still limited. So, this study aims to develop a Curriculum Development learning book with integrating the islamic values in it. This book was developed to be used as a reference book in the Curriculum Development Study in the Social Science Education Major, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This study employed the development method by Dick Carey that was reduced in 5 steps, there are: 1) need analysis, 2) material analysis, 3) learning book writing process, 4) expert judgment and it trial, and 5) revision. The result of this study is the arrangment of the learning book of Curriculum Development Study that was integrated with islamic values. The book was contents by: 1) preface, 2) table of contents, 3) material descriptions, 4) the summary, 5) learning exercise, and the last 6) bibliography.Keywords: learning book; curriculum development; islamic integration.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to know the level of the suitability of the content to the curriculum,  the truth of concept, the truth of language, truth and the function of media images contained in the textbook BSE Geography class XII. This study is a content analysis using the document as an object. The design of research using content analysis techniques to describe objectively, systematically, and communicative with using a set of procedures to draw conclusions from a text book. The population in this study are all Geography Document class XII DIKNAS publications that have been circulating. Determination of sample use purposive sampling, a like BSE, entitled ”Geografi untuk Kelas XII SMA/MA”, by Eny Anjayani and Tri Haryanto. The results showed that there are some of the content of the material that is not in accordance with  the indicators, the truth of concept (the concept of undefined and a concrete concept) is still wrong, truth in language textbook BSE Geography is still wrong, and media images that are used in the textbook still does not work. It is recommended when using text books, teachers should first examine whether the content of textbooks is already fit for use or left things out that need to be improved, both in terms of curricular as well as in terms of the concept of truth. If found shortcomings or mistakes should be corrected first before delivered during learning. In addition, the author should revise the textbooks BSE Geography class XII mainly in conformity with the curriculum content, the truth of concept, the truth of language, and the function of drawing media.Keywords: text analysis, BSE, pattern of the Rural and Urban.

Abstract

The background of this research is the implementation of a very minimal educational game tool and students are less attentive to the teacher's explanation during the learning process. So it affects the value of low students. This research aims to develop the instrument of Educational games Carrom Board IPS (EXPERTS IPS) on the subject of IPS materials economic activity and natural Resources class IV Elementary School and know the feasibility of the use of educational game tools of the EXPERT IPS. The research was conducted at the state Elementary School in Bekasi Regency with research subjects amounting to 8 students of IV A class. The type of research used is Research and Development (RD). The development procedures used to refer to ADDIE's research and development model. The instruments used are observation and poll. The IPS EXPERT has been through the revision stage based on suggestions and input from 3 validators. The results showed that the resulting IPS EXPERTS deserves to be used as an educational tool game material of economic and natural resources in grade IV Elementary School. This is based on the results of expert validation of material with an average percentage of 97% Belong to a very decent quality category. The validation result of media experts with an average percentage of 93% which belongs to the category of quality is decent. Trials by students with an average percentage of 96% which belongs to the category of quality are decent. Conclusion: has been developed the educational game tools of the EXPERT IPS IPS and is worthy to be used as an educational tool in elementary school with an increase in the value of learning results of the average student IPS of 81.Keywords: papan karambol IPS; educative game; economic activity and natural resources

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the effect of the Group Investigation model on geography learning outcomes; 2) knowing the effect of learning styles on geography learning outcomes; and 3) knowing the interaction between the Group Investigation model and learning styles towards geography learning outcomes. The study design used quasi-experimental with a simple 2x3 factorial design, which refers to the pretest-posttest control group design. Analysis of learning outcome data using the Two Path Analysis of Variance ANOVA technique at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that 1) the Group Investigation model influences the geography learning outcomes of PIPS students at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang; 2) learning styles influence the geography learning outcomes of PIPS students at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang; 3) GI models and learning styles do not interact significantly influence the geography learning outcomes of PIPS students at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang.Keywords: group investigation; learning style; geography learning outcomes

Abstract

This research with descriptive qualitative method aims to determine how the role of socio-economic-based non-formal education in the organization of Preman Super in the Greater Malang region. The results showed that Preman Super had implemented educational values by dividing two types, namely internal and external education, which meant internal education was that women members were given training, provided with knowledge and were also given the freedom to hone skills according to their potential. it has. Other internal education is a trainer of trainer program or the term is that advanced members can provide training to new members, in accordance with the concept and process of empowerment. External education, which is a number of members who already have experience or have certain skills, will be included in the training held by related agencies that have become partners of Preman Super. In the training the members were given the opportunity to develop talents according to their fields, for example, members who like to cook, then they will be included in cooking training from related agencies and conducted every month. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning model on social studies motivation and learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP 01 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this research amounted to 70 students with 34 students of experimental class and 32 students of control class. Data analysis using T-test and Mannova tests. The results of this research show: 1) the influence of a guided inquiry learning model on student learning motivation. Hypothesis testing obtained t count (13.673) t table (1.995) then accept H_0. 2) The influence of guided inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes. Hypothesis testing obtained t count (15.433) t table (1.995) then accept H_0. 3) There is a significant influence of guided inquiry learning model on student motivation and learning outcomes. Based on the results of the manova test, the significance value is 0,000. This value is below the probability value of 0.05 (0,000 0,05). It is known that this test shows H_a received then H_0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between the use of a guided inquiry learning model on motivation and learning outcomes of class VII students of SMPN 1 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. This research contributes to creating active, creative and effective learning so that students' motivation and learning outcomes can increase.Keywords: inquiry; motivation; learn results

Abstract

Learning local history is very important in the development of education in Indonesia. Local history is able to understand society about the origin of its history, so that the community is able to better deal with the future. Local history learning needs to be maximized in school education, one of which is by adding local history teaching material itself. This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the use of local history teaching materials in learning to support the literacy of local historical culture. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that involve teachers and students. Research techniques used by observation, interviews, and reviewing several related documents. Observations were made at two high schools in Madiun Regency, namely SMAN 1 Mejayan and SMAN 1 Geger. The results showed that: (1) historical teaching materials used did not support the literacy of local historical culture, (2) students needed additional local history materials that allowed them to conduct research and improve the history of literacy connected with local history.Keywords: literacy; local history; madiun; teaching materials

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of community perception and religiosity towards the behavior and interest of alms use sedekah cashless. Research methods using quantitative approach. Data analysis using t test with smart application PLS version 3. The results of this study indicate the value of t test is less than 0.05. Abstract

The success of a learning process is very closely related to the process of interaction. In Islamic boarding schools, a religious teacher besides becoming a teacher must become uswah / example in instilling religious values and moral values. In addition, the interaction between the religious teacher and students is expected to provide understanding to students including the ability of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of religious teacher and student interaction, the process of interaction between religious teacher and students, and the impact of interaction between religious teacher and students in the cottage. boarding school Mambaul Hisan Blitar. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case studies, using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses data condensation, data display, and verification. The results of this study indicate that 1) the interaction between the cleric and the santri consists of three forms, namely one-way interaction, two-way interaction and multi-way interaction. 2) The process of educational interactions occurs in two kinds, namely outside and inside the teaching-learning process. 3) The impact of the interaction that was built between the cleric and the santri was to add insight into the religious scholarship of the santri, making the santri always prioritize aspects of the morality of the mercy, words in kromo, good manners and good social ethics, santri were more responsible and disciplined in carrying out their obligationsKeywords: interaction pattern; learning process
