ABSTRACTThis study aims to answer how work-life balance affects work engagement in married working women. Quantitative methods were used in this study, by collecting data through a survey using Google Forms given to 300 respondents of married female workers who live in West Java. Respondents were selected using a non-random snowball sample. The results showed that work-life balance has a significant positive effect on work engagement in married working women. These results indicate that the better the work-life balance, the higher the work engagement of married working women.Keywords: multiple roles; women worker; career.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab bagaimana work-life balance mempengaruhi work engagement pada wanita pekerja yang telah menikah. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei menggunakan Google Form yang diberikan kepada 300 responden pekerja wanita yang telah menikah dan berdomisili di Jawa Barat. Responden dipilih menggunakan non-random snowball sample. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement pada wanita pekerja yang telah menikah. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik work-life balance, semakin tinggi pula work engagement pada wanita pekerja yang telah menikah.Kata Kunci: peran ganda; wanita bekerja; karir.

This research is related to the analysis of working hours to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the suitability of the management of working hours for employees at the Enggal Sehat Pharmacy Majenang based on Law Number 13 of 2003 and to find out the arrangements for working hours through a gender approach. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of interviews and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the management of working hours arrangements for employees at the Enggal Sehat Pharmacy was not in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003, namely that each female employee gets 7 working days and 2 days off for 1 month with a length of work of 8 hours per day. Furthermore, the form of setting working hours using a gender approach is in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003, namely the implementation of leave which should be given to female employees.

In the process of organizational development, every aspect undergoes changes both from within and from outside the organizational environment. To balance these changes, an organization makes the necessary interventions. One intervention that focuses on Human Resources is the Work Team Development Intervention. It is explained that teamwork and organizational members are the backbone of an organization. Without good cooperation or teamwork, an organization will not be ready to face change, let alone develop. Work team development is carried out by a leader, and carried out by organizational members who are part of the organization. To be able to produce good teamwork, organizational members must be able to interact and communicate well with each other, between groups, and with superiors. Good interaction produces good social relations in the organization, with this good relationship an organizational group can unite their voices and thoughts to jointly achieve organizational goals more efficiently and satisfactorily. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach, then data collection techniques using literature studies to find the effect of the success of the Work Team Coaching Intervention in an effort to develop the organization.

This research is motivated by the existence of problems in society that are difficult to solve. On the one hand, the community's economic downturn has resulted in them looking at other types of illegal loans. On the other hand, fintech actors take advantage of the situation and conditions of society so that they are trapped by debts and receivables with abnormal interest. Collection methods that are beyond humane limits are disturbing the people who use these loans. Therefore, the author must carry out further studies regarding legal protection for debtors who use illegal online money lending services. The aim of this research is to analyze and examine legal protection for debtors in illegal online money lending services. To analyze and study the legal settlement process undertaken by debtors in Illegal Online money lending services. The method used is normative juridical. The normative juridical approach method is a legal research technique that involves examining library materials (secondary data) using a statutory approach, namely an approach that uses statutory regulations which are useful as a research medium. Apart from that, it uses a conceptual approach, which requires legal concepts as a starting point for research into current legal problems.

This study aims to analyze the Technology Acceptance Model at the Tiktok Shop in Bekasi City regarding the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on consumer attitudes among Gen Z and Millennials. TikTok Shop, which is a social media platform as well as an e-commerce forum, brings changes to the e-commerce system through the uniqueness of the shopping activities in it. This uniqueness is something new for the community, so it is closely related to the TAM concept, which focuses on accepting new technology. The method used in this study uses both descriptive and verification methods. By collecting data through a survey by distributing questionnaires, which obtained 211 respondents from generation Z and millennials who are TikTok Shop users in Bekasi city. The data obtained were analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of perceived usefulness on consumer attitudes; perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes; perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; and perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes through perceived usefulness.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of Green Transformational Leadership in shaping Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Perspective of Green Organizational Culture in frontline employees of PT NICESO Sukses Indonesia. The research method used is the survey method, while the sample withdrawal uses the census method. through questionnaires from 39 respondents The analysis tool uses multiple regression tests. The results showed that there was an influence of green organizational culture and green transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This study used the capital asset pricing model (CAPM) to examine the return and risk levels of energy sector stock performance to identify efficient and inefficient groups of stocks. For the purpose of this study, a sample of 28 stocks from the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2022 timeframe was chosen using a purposive sampling technique. Six out of the 28 equities, according to the analysis's findings, are considered to be high risk. PT Medco Energi Internasional and PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk are the two stocks with the greatest and lowest respective levels of risk. Nine shares of firms out of the 28 stocks tested fall under the category of inefficient stocks (overvalued), whereas 19 other stocks fall under the category of efficient stocks (undervalued). Selling overvalued stocks and purchasing undervalued ones are two different financial decisions that should be made. Overvalued stocks should be sold, while undervalued stocks should be purchased.

The purpose of the research that has been carried out is to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and commitment on performance through job satisfaction of non-manager employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The research method used is a survey method, the data obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 non-PT employees. Sinar Sosro Tasikmalaya Branch Office. Sampling using the census and the analytical method used in this study is path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects of emotional intelligence, commitment, satisfaction and performance. Based on the research results, it is known that emotional intelligence and commitment have a significant effect on job satisfaction; emotional intelligence, commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance; and emotional intelligence, commitment has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of non-managers at PT Sinar Sostro Tasikmalaya Branch.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to explore how innovative work behavior (IWB) is constructed in a hospitality industry. Hospitality industry is one of highly standardized operating procedure industries. SOP often leaves less room for improvisation and innovation because every activity is standardized and evaluated based on the SOP. However, customers demand highly customized services that often need the creativity of the employees to meet the customers’ expectations. Therefore, this study is examining the influence of psychological empowerment and work engagement on IWB among the hotel employees. As quantitative research, the data were gathered using questionnaires which were distributed to 250 respondents, with 205 valid questionnaires. The respondents were the employees of three-to-five-star hotels who had been working for at least one year. Then, the collected data were processed and analyzed with the help of smartPLS software. This study finds that psychological empowerment does not influence significantly on IWB. However, work engagement influences significantly on IWB, and work engagement also mediates psychological empowerment and IWB.Keywords: innovative work behavior; psychological empowerment; work engagement; hotel management.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana perilaku kerja inovatif (IWB) terbentuk di industri perhotelan. Industri perhotelan merupakan salah satu industri dengan prosedur operasi yang sangat terstandarisasi. SOP seringkali memberikan sedikit ruang untuk improvisasi dan inovasi karena setiap kegiatan distandarisasi dan dievaluasi berdasarkan SOP. Namun, pelanggan menuntut layanan yang sangat disesuaikan dengan keinginan mereka sehingga seringkali membutuhkan kreativitas karyawan untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap IWB melalui work engagement pada karyawan hotel. Sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 250 responden, dengan 205 kuesioner yang valid. Respondennya adalah karyawan hotel bintang tiga sampai lima yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Kemudian data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis dengan bantuan software smartPLS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IWB. Namun work engagement mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IWB. work engagement juga berperan sebagai variabel intervening antara pemberdayaan psikologis dan IWB.Kata Kunci: innovative work behavior; psychological empowerment; work engagement; hotel management.

The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of human capital, organizational commitment, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence on performance as measured by work productivity partially or simultaneously. This study's PLS-SEM analysis led to the following conclusions: (1) There is a considerable positive influence of organizational commitment, human capital, and spiritual intelligence on employee work productivity, whereas intellectual intelligence has a negative and negligible effect. (2) While intellectual intelligence has a negative and minor impact on employee performance, human capital, organizational dedication, and spiritual intelligence all have a considerable beneficial impact. (3) There is a sizable positive relationship between employee performance and job productivity. (4) Work productivity as an intervening variable for workers has a large positive relationship with human capital, organizational commitment, and spiritual intelligence, but a negative and negligible relationship with intellectual intelligence. The study's novel conclusion is that both directly and indirectly, the discovery of spiritual intelligence positively affects performance through job productivity.
