Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru  dimediasi  motivasi berprestasi pada MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Hulu Sungai Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pengujian spekulasi (hypo-proposals testing). Pengujian spekulasi dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan sebab akibat antara faktor-faktor yang akan diteliti, khususnya antara variabel terikat sebagai kemampuan aset manusia, inspirasi dan disiplin kerja dengan faktor otonom sebagai pelaksana pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap motivasi berprestasi, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap  motivasi berprestasi,  tidak terdapat pengaruh  kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru,  tidak terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru dan terdapat pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Hulu Sungai Selatan

Abstract

Objective of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Environment dynamic, Management Ability and Business Strategics on Corporate performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin. This research using the method is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Variables are measured using a Likert scale and data collection with questionare as research instrument. The sample in this study were 46 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin from a total population of 80 people. Data processing in this study using SPSS software version 25, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing.          The results this study showed that: (1) Environment dinamic had a positive and significant effect on the corporate performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin as evidenced by the t-count of 2.202. (2) Management ability has a significant effect on the corporate performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2,534. (3) Business Strategics has a significant effect on the corporate performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2,534. 4) Simultaneously, the variables of training and human resource development have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin as evidenced by the value of F-count = 39,164.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure performance of RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya through Balanced Scorecard. The measurement is divided into four perspectives : financial, learning and growth, internal business process, and customer perspective. This primary and secondary data of this research are derived from 2021 up to 2023. The results of the study show that RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya in general has performed well. The financial perspective analysis shows a good results as indicated by the increase of efficiency and ROI. However, in terms of the learning and growth, internal business process, and customer perspective, the Hospital is considered as performing adequately and thus needs some improvements in some aspects, especially employee turnover, BOR, ALOS, TOI, complain level, and customer retention.

Abstract

International business is a business activity carried out between one country and another. International business activities can be carried out in various forms of Foreign Direct Investment, licensing, franchising, and multinational corporation (MNC). According to Rugman, a multinational company is a company that produces abroad in addition to the parent country and operates across national borders. The development of multinational companies in Indonesia is currently very rapid supported by Indonesia's growing economic conditions. The increasing number of multinational companies in Indonesia also goes hand in hand with the increasing need to hire more workers from various countries that allow them to communicate with foreign workers stationed in Indonesia. Interaction that occurs beyond the boundaries of language and cultural differences, demanding the ability of each party to be able to understand the differences that exist is referred to as intercultural communication. The purpose of this study is to analyze how cross-cultural communication training in multinational companies in the Nusantara Industrial Zone SEZ Sei Mangkei. This research uses a qualitative method that produces descriptive data in the form of written, spoken words from people and observed behavior. With data collection techniques, namely library research, questionnaires and observation. The results showed that cross-cultural communication training at the multinational company Nusantara Industrial Estate SEZ Sei Mangkei was motivated by the existence of cross-cultural communication barriers with foreign investors, namely language differences that can lead to misunderstandings and failure of business agreements. To ensure that its employees use the English language skills acquired from the training program, the company implements daily work in speaking English.

Abstract

Abstract: At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) hit the world, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 protocol policy implemented to break the chain of virus spread has limited business activity, resulting in a decline in the performance of issuers. However, this situation actually triggered an increase in the number of investors in the capital market, who saw an opportunity to shift investment activities to stock trading as an alternative income. This phenomenon shows that the capital market is increasingly in demand even amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic.  Stock investment involves analysis of the returns and risks associated with financial assets. Rational investors try to choose efficient shares to maximize returns with minimal risk. The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) provides stock indexes to help investors, one of which is IDX BUMN 20, which includes 20 shares of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), and their affiliates. BUMN shares are considered safer because they are managed by the state, have high liquidity, and often distribute dividends to shareholders.  This research aims to analyze the optimal portfolio formation of IDX BUMN 20 shares using a single index model during the 2021–2022 period. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight for investors in making rational investment decisions and maximizing profits with controlled risks.   Keywords: Investment, Stocks, Capital Markets, Index IDX BUMN 20

Abstract

The current investigation set out to ascertain the following: the impact of organizational culture and authority style on work satisfaction and worker performance, as direct and indirect.This investigation used the SEM analysis and a quantitative approach to provide explanations. Number of 157 workers of PT PLN (Persero) SPI in the ATD Division made up the paper's population. The proportionate random sampling technique was used to carry out the sampling, resulting in 61 respondents.According to the paper's findings, from the six hypotheses had a direct impact in addition to having a positive and substantial effect. Nonetheless, the data processing findings revealed the following mediating effect: Worker performance was impacted by organizational culture through work happiness because worker performance was already directly affected by organizational culture even in the absence of work satisfaction. Work satisfaction impacts worker performance even in the absence of authority style.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi komunikasi yang digunakan dalam mendukung transisi program pembangunan di Desa Tumbu, Kabupaten Mamuju, serta tantangan yang dihadapi selama proses tersebut. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis bagaimana aktor-aktor lokal, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat berinteraksi dalam merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi program pembangunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi partisipatif menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam membangun kesepahaman dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya infrastruktur komunikasi, perbedaan tingkat pendidikan, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan menjadi hambatan signifikan dalam proses transisi ini. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas komunikasi berbasis teknologi dan peningkatan pendidikan masyarakat sebagai langkah strategis untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut dan memastikan keberlanjutan program pembangunan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana pendekatan Design Thinking yang berpusat pada manusia dapat mengubah secara signifikan inovasi dan strategi bisnis pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), dengan mengambil studi kasus UMKM Pentol Porang. Design Thinking, penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana design thinking dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi masyarakat yang kurang makan sayur dan buah di Indonesia, melalui pengembangan produk cemilan pentol porang yang inovatif. pentol porang menjadi contoh praktis, menerapkan Design Thinking sepanjang proses pengembangan bisnisnya. Rincian tahapan dari Design Thinking - Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test yang diuraikan secara cermat. Bisnis ini memanfaatkan tentang ketidaksukaan masyarakat terhadap konsumsi sayuran dan menghasilkan cemilan pentol berbahan porang. Artikel membahas implementasi dan pengujian produk, di mana memperkenalkan pentol porang kepada Masyarakat, promosi dan mencari umpan balik dari temanteman dan rekan digunakan untuk memahami kelebihan dan kekurangan produk. Pendekatan ini sejalan dengan metodologi Design Thinking, dengan fokus pada perbaikan berkelanjutan. pentol porang juga memanfaatkan Design Thinking untuk menciptakan solusi yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna tetapi juga mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Employee performance among Civil Servants (ASN) is largely shaped by the surrounding work environment, especially within the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Paser Regency. This environment encompasses two primary elements: the physical aspect, referring to office infrastructure, facilities, and physical working conditions, and the non-physical aspect, which involves social interactions, organizational values, communication systems, and leadership support. Creating a favorable workplace atmosphere is fundamental to fostering higher productivity, stronger motivation, and improved service quality. The present research investigates how both physical and non-physical work settings affect the performance of ASN employees at BKPSDM Paser. Adopting a quantitative approach through a survey design, data were obtained using questionnaires administered to staff members. The instruments were evaluated for both validity and reliability, and multiple regression analysis was employed to identify the extent of influence from each work environment dimension on performance outcomes. The results indicate that physical and non-physical work conditions each exert a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Proper facilities and well-maintained workspaces help increase focus and efficiency, while supportive non-physical conditions—such as healthy interpersonal relationships, open communication, and a constructive organizational atmosphere—promote enthusiasm and dedication. Hence, ongoing improvements in both physical infrastructure and organizational culture are necessary for BKPSDM Paser to strengthen employee performance and elevate the quality of its public services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti pola komunikasi dalam rumah tangga korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) yang didominasi oleh kecenderungan pasif dan tertutup. Komunikasi lebih sering digunakan untuk menghindari konflik daripada menyelesaikannya secara terbuka dan setara, sehingga menciptakan relasi yang timpang dan memperburuk kondisi psikologis korban. Ketidakmampuan membangun komunikasi asertif menjadi faktor utama yang menyebabkan kekerasan terus berulang tanpa penyelesaian yang jelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD) pada kelompok ibu-ibu PKK Desa Sepande Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi asertif diperlukan untuk memutus siklus kekerasan. Intervensi ini dapat diwujudkan melalui konseling keluarga, pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi, serta dukungan dari pihak ketiga seperti konselor profesional atau tokoh masyarakat. Pendekatan ini diharapkan mampu membentuk relasi yang lebih sehat, terbuka, dan saling menghargai antara pasangan
