Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Village Fund Allocation and Village Fund Potential on Village Financial Management in Marayoka Village, Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. Transparent and accountable village financial management is an important factor in strengthening village independence. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of village financial statements for 2020–2024. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that both the Village Fund Allocation and the Potential of Village Funds have a positive and significant effect on Village Financial Management. The determination coefficient of 93.8% shows that the variation in village financial management can be explained by these two variables. These findings affirm the importance of optimizing the use of village funds and managing village potential in supporting sustainable village development.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially on the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers and wants to know and analyze the variables that have a dominant influence on the organizational citizenship behavior of MIN teachers in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research design is associative, namely testing the influence of the independent variable on the dependent. The research population was all MIN teachers in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency which consisted of 20 schools with a population of 194 teachers. The sampling technique uses Purposive Random Sampling with the consideration that the characteristics in the population are all teachers who have civil servant status, have worked for more than 5 years and are Bachelor graduates. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, was obtained a sample size of 130 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior, partially transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and the organizational commitment variable does not have a dominant effect on organization citizenship behavior of MIN teachers in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency.

Abstract

The success of an entrepreneur, including millennial entrepreneurs, in carrying out their business activities is inseparable from their internal characteristics and the cultural values that surround them.The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of individual characteristics of the millennial generation, millennial cultural values, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the entrepreneurial behavior of millennial-generation Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Banjarmasin City.The study location in Banjarmasin City has 36,781 MSMEs. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 150 MSMEs with the following conditions: MSMEs represent millennial-generation small and medium enterprises with business capital ranging from Rp 1,000,000 to Rp 300,000,000; Data analysis was performed using SPSS for Windows 21.The results of this study indicate a partial and simultaneous influence of individual characteristics of the millennial generation, millennial cultural values, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the entrepreneurial behavior of millennial-generation Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Banjarmasin

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of bank health on the banking firm’s value, using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) as a framework, with a focus on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The research adopts an explanatory quantitative approach, utilizing financial reports from 47 banking firms, with a purposive sampling method selecting 36 companies as the final sample. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS 25. The findings reveal that the Risk Profile does not significantly influence firm value, while Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Earnings have a significant positive impact. In contrast, Capital does not have a significant effect. The regression model is significant (F = 4.603, p = 0.002), but it explains only 11.7% of the variance in firm value, indicating that other factors also contribute to determining a banking firm’s value. These results underscore the importance of GCG and Earnings in shaping investor perception and firm valuation, while suggesting that Capital plays a less crucial role.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal control system process, which is integral to the actions and activities carried out continuously by management and all employees, to provide adequate assurance that organizational goals are achieved at PT Daya Mitra Sejati Pengaron. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the system does not fully meet the components of a good internal control system, due to shortcomings in controlling the recording of financial reports for incoming and outgoing financial transactions. It also lacks adequate internal control in the organizational structure related to the division of tasks according to assigned job responsibilities. To address this, the company must establish routine or periodic monitoring and evaluation using divisional audit procedures for cash disbursements.

Abstract

Aims this research to analyzes influence patient satisfaction are service quality and facilities. The data collected by questionnaires and direct surveys to obtain the necessary data regarding the influence of service quality and service facilities on patient satisfaction at the General Dental Clinic of RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman in Banjarmasin. Result this research: 1) Service quality partially influences patient satisfaction at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman General Dental Policlinic with a sig = 0.000 and t-count 7.139 > t-table, 2) Service facilities partially influence patient satisfaction at RSGM General Dental Policlinic Gusti Hasan Aman with a sig value = 0.000 and t-count 3.876> t-table, 3) Quality of service and service facilities simultaneously influence patient satisfaction at the Gusti Hasan Aman General Dental policlinic with a calculated F value (53.334)> 3.104 (F table) and sig (0.000) < 0.05, 4) Service quality has a dominant influence on patient satisfaction at the General Dental policlinic of RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman with a regression coefficient value of 0.665. This can be interpreted as saying that the quality and service facilities provided by RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman are adequate so that together they can fulfill the patient's wishes. If the patient's wishes are fulfilled it will increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Competence, Organizational Commitment, and Self-Efficacy on Work Behavior and Performance as intervening variables among employees at the East Barito Regency Transportation Agency.The population in this study was 83 employees of the East Barito Regency Transportation Agency. Data were collected from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using AMOS.The results of this study indicate that Competence has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on work behavior. To determine and analyze the effects of self-efficacy on work behavior, Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Work Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the East Barito Regency Transportation Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work enthusiasm simultaneously and partially on the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers and to determine and analyze the variables that have a dominant influence on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pendidikan Agama Islam teachers at SD Negeri Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The research design used is associative, which aims to test the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The population of the study was PAI teachers at SDN Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency who were civil servants, had a minimum educational qualification of Bachelor's degree and had a teacher certificate totaling 122 people. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling intended to obtain the same proportion from each school. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, a sample size of 93 people was obtained. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work enthusiasm have a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pendidikan Agama Islam I teachers at SD Negeri Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, partially organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work enthusiasm have a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pendidikan Agama Islam teachers at SD Negeri Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency and the organizational commitment variable has a dominant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pendidikan Agama Islam teachers at SD Negeri Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency.
