Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 4 Tonja  di Kelas VI semester I  yang kemampuan siswanya untuk mata pelajaran IPA masih rendah. Tujuan penulisan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Kuantum dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah tes prestasi belajar. Metode analisis datanya adalah deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Kuantum dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Ini terbukti dari hasil yang diperoleh pada awalnya 61,45  pada siklus I menjadi 69,68 dan pada siklus II menjadi 78,94. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Kuantum dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the character values of elementary school students through Ramayana stories. Character education in elementary school is an effort to build character of elementary school student. There is a shift in values regarding norms of decency, ethics and morality. Moral degradation can be regarded as an indicator of the weak understanding of religious values. In Hindu Literature, especially in Itihasa, in which there is a Ramayana story, this story is full of character values. In the classroom learning the teacher at least tucked the story with the goal of students can adopt the character of every character in the Ramayana story that can make students become comfortable in following the lessons and can implement in every aspect of life, and is expected to motivate and provide new paradigm in the effort shaping the character of the young generation.

Abstract

Every child born into the world brings the religious feelings in him. Religious feelings are feelings that are naturally accompanies every individual when he live up to his relationship with his Lord. Religious feeling is a feeling that sublime form in the human soul. The religious feelings of the human heart moves him to do more good deeds. Although since children have been accustomed to living in a deity atmosphere. They have not been able to determine their attitudes to religious values. They just imitate and adapt alone with his way of life. During school, religious feeling is still in progress. Ttherefore, it needs help from people who are more mature for their development.

Abstract

Environment holds sigificant roles to the child's development. The environment includes both which is deliberately organized and sets up unconsciously. It is normatively called education. There are three kinds of environment purposely created to influence the child’s development, namely: family environment, school environment and the community. Thus, three of them are called educational institution or educational unit. The educational institutions carry important roles in developing students' characters. Therefore, synchronization between the units is essential.

Abstract

Language is a communication tool that is a symbolic system of sound produced by a human speech tool. Language as a means of communication can not only talk, but can be manifested by hand signals or other bodies that have their own rules. Language has a central role in the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students. This means every human being is subject to limitations in the language. The development of children's speaking skills in elementary schools will become the language for their effective and efficient communication. Learning to read in primary school is very important. This is caused by learning that can not only be utilized in improving the language skills of children, more than that, that is to improve students' ability in learning other subjects. The essence of writing skills is to increase the vocabulary insight for students, so that students are encouraged to think dynamic, critical, rational and able to live up to the conditions and goals of good and true teaching. However, on various matters relating to the process of reading and writing beginning in elementary school. This should not be allowed to happen continuously will cause an imbalance in the development of students' thinking ability. In addition to teachers, parents also play an important role in helping to solve problems by learning to read and write the beginning. Here the authors formulate some efforts to overcome this, namely: choosing reading materials, making the media as a song, choose innovative learning media, and motivate students by providing feedback.

Abstract

Guna mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional guru memegang peran dan  tanggungjawab yang sangat penting  sebagai pelaksana sistem pendidikan, untuk mengemban tanggung jawab tersebut, guru harus memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan Supervisi Pengajaran dengan Kinerja Guru Agama Hindu yang bersertifikat Pendidik di Sekolah Dasar Se- Kecamatan Penebel. Populasi penelitian  adalah 46 orang  Guru Agama Hindu yang bersertifikat Pendidik di Sekolah Dasar Se- Kecamatan Penebel dan masih aktif bertugas. Pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner model skala Likert lima pilihan. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan analisis jalur (Path analisis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ada hubungan yang signifikan secara langsung antara supervisi pengajaran guru dengan kinerja guru Agama Hindu yang bersertifikat Pendidik di Sekolah Dasar se-Kecamatan Penebel, diperoleh koefisien beta sebesar 0,135 dan  probabilitasnya 0,000 < 00,5.

Abstract

Teaching skills is an absolute requirement that must be owned by professional teachers. It is considered important because its role in education shows very high significance. The impact on student learning outcomes as well as psychomotor and affective abilities is one of the real examples of the direct role of teaching skills. The teaching skills in question are not limited to the academic ability of the mastery of the material delivered, but rather the skills and strategies used by teachers to achieve the learning objectives without forcing the learning itself on the students. In this context, reinforcement is an important aspect of the basic teaching skill. Therefore, this article is structured to look at the role of teachers 'teaching skills especially those that have an impact on students' psychological conditions of reinforcement in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, study and describe the application of the movement to care for the environment in elementary schools and is expected to foster a sense of caring for the school environment. This study uses a descriptive caulative approach and the type in this study is phenomonology. The place of this research is SD Negeri 55 / I Sridadi, Muara Bulian with the subject of the research being the principal, teachers and students. Data collected using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in SD Negeri 55 / I Sridadi, Muara Bulian, Kab. Batang Hari, Jambi Province shows that in the environmental care movement at the school, it is carried out through programs, such as the Sagu Sapo program and programs that require every morning to do a picket cleaning the environment at school. This program is not only carried out by students but teachers and principals also play a role in this. And there are sanctions for students or teachers who do not carry out their picket assignments. During the dry season students are instructed to bring one child one bottle of water to water the plants in the school environment.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan sebuah sarana transfer nilai-nilai ajaran hidup dan kehidupan yang ada dalam materi pelajaran ke dalam kehidupan riil peserta didik. Selain itu, pembelajaran merupakan kerja budaya yang menuntut peserta didik untuk selalu mengembangkan potensi dan daya kreativitas yang dimilikinya agar tetap survive dalam hidupnya. Karena realitas kehidupan manusia mengalami perubahan yang begitu cepat, baik perubahan sosial, proses transformasi budaya yang begitu deras, kesenjangan ekonomi serta pergeseran nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Prinsip yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran harus menanamkan peserta didik bagaimana belajar dan menilai kegunaan belajar itu bagi dirinya. Belajar bukan sekedar aktivitas kognitif saja, melainkan juga sebuah proses yang terjadi dalam diri individu yang melibatkan seluruh bagian atau domain yang ada, seperti emosi atau perasaan, komunikasi yang terbuka dan nilai-nilai yang dimiliki oleh setiap peserta didik. Sehingga tujuan pendidikan meliputi tujuan yang bersifat kognitif, menjadi individu yang bertanggung jawab, penuh perhatian terhadap lingkungannya dan mempunyai kedewasaan emosi dan spiritual dapat tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

Beginner-level writing is one of the dimensions in language development of early grade students in elementary school that need to be focused on. Writing is the final stage of literacy learning. Theoretically, before learning to write, children must go through some stages, such as listening, speaking and reading. In developing the competency of beginner-level writing for students of early grade in elementary school, a fun method must be used so that children can participate in activities well and without feeling depressed. One of the methods is known as edutainment. Edutainment is a combination of educational content that is presented with entertainment which aims at stimulating children to learn beginner-level writing through fun and interesting activities. Learning beginner-level writing with edutainment methods can be done with a variety of games, role playing activities or involvement of attractive learning media. With the edutainment method, children will not feel bored in learning beginner-level writing.
