Abstract

The quality performance of hotels and restaurants in the Ciwidey tourist area experiences quite a few problems, which cause guests to experience dissatisfaction caused by poor service, poor cleanliness, and poor hotel and restaurant facilities, so consumers give much criticism directly and through social media, especially Google reviews. Therefore, this research aims to determine the quality development of hotels and restaurants in the Ciwidey tourist area and the level of guest satisfaction. This research method is a survey method with a quantitative approach, namely to determine the level of importance and performance satisfaction of tourists who have visited several hotels and restaurants in the Ciwidey area. The objects of this research are Ciwidey Valley Resort, Glamping Lakeside Situ Patenggang, and Puri Sakanti Nature Family Resort. The data collection technique in this research was distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents who had visited hotels and restaurants in the Ciwidey area. The data analysis technique in this study uses Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The research results show that the performance of hotels and restaurants in the Ciwidey tourist area is very satisfactory, with an index of 86.48%. However, there is still a need to improve performance in several aspects to increase consumer satisfaction. Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the breakthroughs in the Era of Digitalization in the field of Education, in order to prepare students to face social changes, culture, the world of work and rapid technological advances, student competencies must be prepared to be more in line with the needs of the times. Link and match not only with industry and the world of work but also with a rapidly changing future. Higher Education is required to be able to design and implement innovative learning processes so that students can achieve learning outcomes covering aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills optimally and always relevant.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the behavior of Generation Z towards sustainable tourism in the Cekungan Bandung area, which is facing alarming conditions such as increasing temperatures, decreasing reserves of clean and healthy water, and increasing levels of environmental pollution. The research method applied is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews involving respondents from Generation Z. This research focuses on the Cekungan Bandung area, a popular tourist destination in Indonesia. The study results indicate that Generation Z has shown awareness of the importance of implementing sustainable tourism. Even so, it was found that there was a need for further coaching to strengthen their attitudes and behavior in supporting sustainable tourism. The implications of this research are expected to support sustainable tourism goals by optimizing economic, environmental, and social benefits while effectively reducing the negative impacts that may arise

Abstract

Some vocational teachers still need help writing scientific papers and publications or writing textbooks and general books, which can be used as one of the requirements for promotion or position. This writing training aims to share knowledge with teachers at SMKN 34 Jakarta about techniques for writing scientific papers, textbooks, and general books, as well as the systematics of writing and how to publish scientific papers. The method is through the sharing method by giving lectures to the participants, discussions, presentations, and questions and answers. Outside of the training session, writing assistance is also given to several teachers who are ready with their articles so they can publish a work or publish it in journal form. The result of this training is that the participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the training. It can be seen from the attendance of participants as much as 100% from the opening to the final session. After the training, the participants can understand how to write and publish scientific articles in accredited national journals. Participants also understand how to make a reference book or general book so that national publishers can publish it. This training was supposed to be successful because their understanding of the world of writing increased, the participant's response to this activity was very positive, and several teachers had prepared articles from previous research to be published in one of the accredited national journals,

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Merdeka curriculum as a form of educational communication for the learning recovery period after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative. The type of approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this research is secondary data in the form of scientific articles, documents related to research, and data from the internet. The technique used in this research is qualitative research with documentation study techniques / historical research or documentary study, namely searching for information related to the development of the research topic through news, official government documents, etc., which is then continued by compiling a bibliography of references related to the research. Research reviewed. This research indicates that the Merdeka curriculum is a form of educational communication for learning recovery. It is due to the gradual implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and the involvement of the social environment as a "learning space" by the nature of communication in general and educational communication in particular. It is a process with comprehensive interaction between the communication components involved.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the students’ ability in translating noun phrase, at the third grade of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Amaliyah Sunggal, Medan. This research used qualitative research design; the subject of the research were 30 students of the second grade of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Amaliyah Sunggal, Medan. The instruments used in this research were test and interview. The researchers gave essay test for the students. The findings of the research found that 40% students were able to identify the translating noun phrase and 60% students were unable to do so. The students’ difficulties in translating noun phrase are found since the students’ lack of vocabulary understand and lack of translating in a sentence, but they can translate a word. It is suggested that the teacher should pay more attention to the students’ creating of better translation especially in the form of translating noun phrase.

Abstract

Bank Guarantee as Third Party Guarantee in the Event of Default at PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk Pasar Mayestik Branch Office, Jakarta Bank guarantee, is a payment guarantee given by the bank to a party in the form of a document. Default occurs when the obligation is not carried out or is negligent in the agreement between the creditor and the debtor. PT Bank State of Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. was founded as the central bank in Indonesia with the name "Bank Negara Indonesia" on July 5, 1946. On October 30, 1946, Bank Negara Indonesia was upgraded to Persero and given the name PT Bank Negara Indonesia, according to Law Number 17 of 1968. Collecting data in preparation is observation, interview, and literature study methods with qualitative descriptive analysis. PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk Pasar Mayestik Jakarta Branch Office carries out Bank issuance The guarantee has three stages, namely the filing stage, screening stage, and releaser stage. When applying for a bank guarantee, customers are required to attach underlying documents such as preparing funds in a savings account and a letter of principle approval from insurance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of digital literacy in learning at SMK Sore. This research is a qualitative case study research. Data in this study is by observation, interviews, documentation, and artifacts. Data analysis in this research is the transcription and codification of interview and observation data, identification, and analysis of document data and artifacts. The results of this study show that implementing digital literacy in learning conducted by SMK Sore is very good for teachers, students, and schools and can also facilitate teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Public trust is an essential aspect of a non-profit organization like ZISWAF CTARSA. The existence of public trust will increase the amount of public fundraising in the form of zakat, infaq, endowments and sadaqah, which will then be distributed to those in need. Public trust allows the ZISWAF CTARSA institution to carry out its business objectives smoothly. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of the ZISWAF CTARSA Institute in increasing public trust and to find out how optimal the content of the ZISWAF CTARSA Institute is in building public trust. The method used is a qualitative method. Sources of data in the form of primary data, namely interviews and observations. And secondary data sources in the form of documentation studies. Data analysis used qualitative techniques, which included inductive, deductive and comparative analysis. The results of the study show that the communication strategies implemented include: a) A team that is specifically responsible for social media management, b) Consistency of communication styles on social media, c) Interesting and trend-following content, d) Digitalization of zakat, e) Open communication with the public through social media and f) Development of artificial intelligence to analyze zakat management and the impact of implementing the program. Then, the primary strategy for creating public trust is by sharing content that contains sharing of success stories and testimonials from beneficiaries. However, this strategy could be more effective. The image of the ZISWAF CTARSA institution is a wish image. The ZISWAF CTARSA Institute runs a business by applying CSR principles, which are its identity and image as a company that aims to be able to help people experiencing poverty and prosper the community equally.

Abstract

This paper aims to present the design and development of a web-based English tense learning application as a creative response to the educational challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The application focuses on enhancing the receptive and productive skills needed for English tenses, considering the preferences and needs of the e-generation. The research employs the SDLC Sommerville model for application development. It utilizes a qualitative descriptive research methodology to address various research issues, including content formulation and developing performance-based English tense materials. The article aims to contribute a valuable alternative learning method to facilitate English language learning and creative language projects, particularly those involving tenses and their uses.
