Abstract

The development of sharia economics in Indonesia is currently increasingly widespread and known by the public. Sharia Economics is one of the choices of people who want muamalah free from elements prohibited by religion. One of the choices of muamalah with the aim of Profit and Loss Sharing (PLS) is to use the Mudharabah Contract. This journal tries to examine how the division of the mudharabah contract ratio according to the views of Ulama with studies in Islamic banking. The research method used is a library research method using qualitative data. The results of the analysis show that the division of the ratio in the mudharabah contract, both according to the views of Ulama and Islamic banking, is based on the agreement of both parties making the contract, with the percentage or amount agreed upon at the time of the contract as in several examples of transactions.

Abstract

The emergence of new Islamic groups in Indonesia often sparks debates regarding the validity of qirāʾāt and the interpretation of the Qur’an, with each group claiming to hold the most authentic understanding. The diversity of qirāʾāt poses a challenge in maintaining unity among Muslims. Imam Qurṭūbī, through his moderate approach, emphasizes the importance of objectively understanding these variations without excessive bias. This study employs a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach based on library research. It focuses on the analysis of Ṭahārah verses in Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:6) and Surah An-Nisa (4:43). The findings indicate that Imam Qurṭūbī elaborates on qirāʾāt differences in detail without prioritizing one over another, reflecting a balanced interpretative approach. This moderation offers a solution for addressing differences while strengthening Muslim unity.

Abstract

Character building in children is very important to form a good personality so that when they grow up they become individuals who are noble and able to provide benefits to others and the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the dynamics of children's character building through horse riding and archery activities at the Wadiannour Riadah Center. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that equestrian and archery activities at Pusat Riadah Wadiannour contribute positively to character education by proving that structured physical activities can shape children's positive character or behavior, especially in the aspects of discipline, responsibility, school motivation, improving focus and concentration, and orderliness or neatness.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the strategies, activities, and obstacles in implementing the da'wah program at the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership where Muhammadiyah is located in Mandala. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using observation, interview, and documentation techniques in collecting data. Based on the results of the study, it was found that by implementing a good da'wah strategy at the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership. The Muhammadiyah Leadership implements a da'wah strategy by involving young people to reduce or prevent drugs, including the maghrib program to study the Koran every Monday to Thursday, every Sunday holding youth studies, once a month there is a mabit activity (night of fostering faith and piety). The Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership tries to provide education on the dangers of drug abuse for young people.

Abstract

The Al-Haura Range Mothers' Taklim Council designed an outreach program to raise parents' understanding of the dangers of using gadgets for children. As The aim of this research is to ascertain the planning of the Al-Haura Kisaran mothers taklim assembly in socializing the dangers of gadget use for children and to review the extent of success of a plan carried out by the mothers of the Al-Haura Kisaran mothers in socializing the dangers of gadget use for children. Field research using a qualitative approach is the research methodology employed, with the goal of analyzing the planning of the Al-Haura Kisaran mothers taklim assembly in socializing the dangers of gadget use for children and includes findings and interviews to obtain a thorough comprehension of the planning executed by the Al-Haura mothers in socializing the dangers of gadget use for children. The results of this study are that the mothers of the Al-Haura Kisaran mothers taklim assembly have succeeded in planning about the dangers of gadgets for children carried out by the mothers of the Al-Haura Kisaran mothers taklim assembly.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Supreme Court ruling in the IK case concerning money laundering from the perspective of Islamic criminal law. This research employs a normative juridical method, analyzing primary and secondary legal sources. In this study, the author utilizes theories of sanction imposition, judicial consideration, progressive law, justice, and Maqashid al-Shari'ah. The findings indicate that the cassation ruling rejecting the defendant's appeal reflects the Supreme Court's commitment to law enforcement. However, the initial verdict is deemed to inadequately fulfill the principles of justice given the significant losses suffered by the victim. In Islamic criminal law, the actions are categorized as jarimah ta'zir, as they meet the elements of embezzlement (ghulul) and fraud (khilda). This study emphasizes the need for stricter punishments as a form of accountability for actions taken and a deterrent effect and protection for society in accordance with Islamic law and national law.

Abstract

Cognitivist learning theory emphasizes that learning is an active mental process involving experience and interaction with the environment. This qualitative descriptive study aims to conceptually examine the implications of cognitivist learning theory for Islamic Religious Education at the junior high school level in literature review. The findings reveal that cognitivist theory remains highly applicable in designing adaptive and meaningful learning strategies, particularly through methods such as discovery learning and problem-based learning. Moreover, understanding students’ cognitive structures enables educators to tailor materials according to developmental stages. The study recommends integrating cognitive theory into PAI instruction to enhance learning effectiveness and promote deeper comprehension of religious values.

Abstract

Multicultural education in Indonesia requires innovative approaches, especially in the face of the deepening challenges of globalisation. Digital technology offers great potential to enrich multicultural learning, yet its implementation in the context of Islamic education is still limited. This article aims to explore the integration of digital technology in multicultural learning at SMK Annuroniyah Sulang, and understand its impact on students' understanding of the values of cultural diversity. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained was analysed using a thematic analysis approach to explore patterns and significant findings. The results showed that the use of digital technology such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and social media enabled students to be more active in understanding and internalising multicultural values through creative projects based on local culture. The research also identified challenges such as infrastructure limitations and digital competency gaps among teachers. in conclusion, the integration of digital technology not only enriches students' learning experience, but also contributes to the development of technology-based multicultural education theory. The practical implication is the need for more intensive teacher training and improved digital infrastructure. Further research could explore comparative studies between other schools to broaden the understanding of the application of technology in multicultural education.

Abstract

This study examines the management, planning, and implementation strategies of the Sultan Thaf Sinar Basarsyah Grand Mosque Government Agency in improving the quality of service. This study identifies the main problems, namely, the lack of management knowledge among administrators, minimal use of technology, and the lack of effective empowerment of management. This type of research is field research using an interpretive qualitative approach to understand social phenomena from the perspective of participants. The stages in this study include orientation or description, data reduction, and focus selection, followed by in-depth analysis of the data and information obtained. The results of the study indicate that there is a lack of knowledge among mosque administrators, making one cause of the suboptimal improvement in service quality, which should be by utilizing technology there will be an efficient and effective increase in service. Management still needs improvement in time management and communication, as well as empowerment through training stages.

Abstract

The relationship between religion and politics cannot be separated, both are related to each other. Because in politics requires religious values so that a person can find the essence of politics and can be responsible for his mandate to society and God. Therefore, Abu al-A'la al-Maududi offers a concept in the state in accordance with Islamic provisions, when sovereignty in the state is in the hands of God (theodemocracy). The concept is different from the West when the sovereignty of the state is in the hands of the people (democracy). Both concepts have pros and cons in their application, so there are countries like Indonesia that are predominantly Muslim but use western concepts. Whether the concept will be relevant in Indonesia or not? This discussion will use a qualitative method by processing discussions from primary and secondary sources and then analyzing between the concept of the state owned by Abu al-A'la al-Maududi and the western concept and its implementation in Indonesia. The researcher's findings show that although there are challenges in the application of Maududi's concept of theodemocracy, it is important to explore how Islamic values can be integrated into the existing system of government, in order to achieve a balance between Islamic principles and modern democratic practices. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is to examine the concept of the state according to Abu al-A'la al-Maududi in Indonesia.
