Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara kematangan emosi dan resiliensi siswa laki-laki kelas VIII di MTsN 6 Agam. Kematangan emosi diukur melalui emosi yang tidak matang seperti mudah marah, frustasi, kesulitan menerima masukan, cemburu, sulit memaafkan, pengaruh orang lain, penilaian tergesa-gesa, dan kurangnya kemampuan menunda keinginan. Tantangan yang dihadapi siswa termasuk perlakuan orang tua, faktor ekonomi, waktu luang, pergaulan, lingkungan, perceraian orang tua, dan konflik keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi dan melibatkan 83 siswa yang dipilih secara acak. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala guttman dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS version 26 for windows. Hasilnya menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kematangan emosi dan resiliensi dengan koefisien korelasi 0,852 dan determinasi sebesar 72,6%. Sisanya, 27,4%, dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti. Kata Kunci: Kematangan Emosi, Resiliensi, Siswa

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kelebihan dan kekurangannya, maka pembinaan yang terencana dan berkesinambungan dalam supervisi akademik melalui tehnik supervise kelompok dianggap lebih efektif karena setiap permasalahan yang ditemukan bisa langsung dicarikan solusi bersama dan waktunya bisa disesuaikan dengan kemampuan masing- masing guru. Untuk itu, kepala Madrasah sebagai supervisor dipandang perlu melaksanakan supervisi untuk meningkatkan kinerja para guru dalam menjalankan tugastugasnya sebagai seorang pendidik. Tujuan utama dari penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah untuk meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik guru di MAN 1 Padang Pariaman, dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi masing-masing pelajaran agar dapat menjadi acuan dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik mampu mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan Sekolah. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 14 orang guru dari rumpun bahasa dan guru PJOK di MAN 1 Padang Pariaman. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan supervisi yang telah dilakukan selama dua siklus, dan berdasarkan seluruh pembahasan serta analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkansebagai berikut : Penerapan Supervisi Akademij dapat meningkatkan kinerja/kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP yang baik dan inovatis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin bagusnya pemahaman guru dari pembinaan yang diberikan oleh Kepala Madrasah (ratarata hasil kemampuan guru meningkat. Perbandingan terlihat Pada komponen merumuskan identitas, KI dan KD, indikator tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif sesuai dengan standar kompetensi mata pelajaran, terlihat peningkatan dari 59,96 % kemampuan awal, menjadi 72,51% pada siklus 1 dan meningkat menjadi 92,42 %. Pada akhir kegiatan; Pada komponen Memilih materi dan sumber belajar, terlihat peningkatan dari 56,25 % pada kemampuan awal, menjadi 70,83% pada siklus 1 dan meningkat menjadi 92,26 % pada akhir kegiatan; Pada komponen Menentukan media dan model pembelajaran yang mencapaian tujuan pembelajaran, terlihat peningkatan dari 56,55 % pada kemampuan awal, menjadi 70,24% pada siklus 1 dan meningkat menjadi 91,96 % pada akhir kegiatan ; Pada komponen Menentukan metode dan skenario pembelajaran, terlihat peningkatan dari 56,10 % pada kemampuan awal, menjadi 71,28% pada siklus 1 dan meningkat menjadi 92,11 % pada akhir kegiatan ; Pada komponen Menentukan penilaian yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kegiatan pembelajaran, terlihat peningkatan dari 56,55 % pada kemampuan awal, menjadi 70,83 % pada siklus 1 dan meningkat menjadi 92,86 % pada akhir kegiatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penggunaan media sosial instagram terhadap kemampuan menulis teks berita pada siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII Gajah Mada Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024 berjumlah 30 siswa. teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling jenuh, yaitu hanya menggunakan satu kelas dimana seluruh sampel dijadikan sebagai populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen One-Grup Pretest-Posttest Design .Untuk memperoleh data digunakan penugasan menulis teks berita di kelas VIII SMP Gajah Mada Medan. Sebelum menggunakan media sosial instagram diperoleh skor terendah 35 dan skor tertinggi 85 dengan rata-rata 55,66 dan sesudah menggunakan media sosial instagram diperoleh skor terendah 45 dan skor tertinggi 95 dengan rata-rata 70,83. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan diperoleh Thitung = 4,33 dan Ttabel = 2,045 dengan taraf signifikan 5% = 2,045 menuju Thitung > Ttabel. maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial instagram berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis teks berita kelas VIII Gajah Mada Medan. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial Instagram, Kemampuan Menulis, Teks Berita. This research was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of the use of social media Instagram on students' ability to write news texts. The population in this study was all students of class VIII Gajah Mada Medan for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 30 students. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling, namely using only one class where the entire sample was used as the population. This research used a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design experimental design. To obtain data, an assignment to write news texts was used in class VIII of Gajah Mada Middle School, Medan. Before using Instagram social media, the lowest score was 35 and the highest score was 85 with an average of 55.66 and after using Instagram social media, the lowest score was 45 and the highest score was 95 with an average of 70.83. Based on the results of the calculations carried out, Tcount = 4.33 and Ttable = 2.045 with a significance level of 5% = 2.045 leading to Tcount > Ttable. then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the use of social media instagram influences the ability to write news texts for class VIII Gajah Mada Medan. Abstract

Youtube adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menyampaikan informasi penting. Media pembelajaran Youtube ini dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen. Media pembelajaran Youtube dapat membantu siswa untuk menjadikan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, efektif, relevan, dan tidak bosan dalam pembelajaran. Dengan melalui penggunaan Youtube sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa khususnya dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui “Pengaruh Penerapan Pembelajaran Diferensiasi Terhadap Keterampilan Siswa Menulis Paragraf di Kelas VII SMP NEGERI 1 PARBULUAN”. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One grup Pretest dan Posttest design.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII dengan jumlah siswa 180 orang dan yang menjadi sampel ini adalah kelas VII-4 sebanyak 30 siswa dan kelas VII-5 sebanyak 30 siswa yang di tentukan dengan Teknik Cluster Sampling . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Normalitas, uji Homogenitas dan Uji Hipotesis. Setelah dilakukan penlitian pada kelas kontrol pretest dan posttest, di peroleh nilai rata-rata pretest yaitu 60 dengan simpangan baku -1,27 dan nilai rata-rata pada posstest yaitu 77,26 dan simpangan baku -3,27 dari hasil pengujian hipotetis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji “t” tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan df = N-2. df yaitu 30 maka 28. Dari df 28 diproses taraf signifikan 5% = 1,701. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan maka, dapat diketahui bahwa thitung> ttabel yaitu 6,76 > 1,701. Dengan demikian hipotesis nihil (HO) di tolak dan hipotesis di terima sehingga dinyatakan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Diferensiasi, Menulis Paragraf Deskripsi, Keterampilan Menulis. Abstract

Preoperative preparation is very important to minimize the risks of surgery because the final results of a surgery really depend on the assessment of the patient's condition before surgery. Anxiety in pre-op patients can increase the patient's psychological stimulus, in this case it greatly influences the patient's emotions, so that it can increase blood pressure and even make the patient afraid and uncooperative during surgery. In this case, family support is really needed by preoperative patients to reduce anxiety. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety levels in pre-operative patients in the inpatient room at Undaan Eye Hospital, Surabaya. The research design used was analytical survey research using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was the total number of pre-operative patients in the Inpatient Room at the Undaan Eye Hospital, Surabaya, namely 20 respondents in March 2021 with. The number of samples in this study was 19 respondents. The independent variable is pre-operative patient anxiety. Dependent variable is Family Support. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data was expressed on an ordinal scale and analyzed using the Spearman rank statistical test. The research results showed that 18 respondents received high family support (95%), only 1 respondent received moderate support (5%). It was found that 13 respondents did not experience anxiety (68%), and only 1 respondent experienced severe anxiety (5%). Using the Spearman rank statistical test, it was obtained (p) = 0.010, which means that H0 was rejected or there was a relationship between family support and the preoperative anxiety level of patients at the Undaan Eye Hospital, Surabaya. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between family support and the level of anxiety in pre-operative patients in the inpatient ward of the Mata Undaan Hospital, Surabaya. As long as the respondent is in a stressful period due to undergoing surgery, if at that time they receive family support, the psychological burden they experience will be reduced

Abstract

Cataract is an eye disorder in the form of clouding of the lens. Cataracts can cause blindness. One of the treatments for chest cataracts is eye lens replacement surgery. Some patients are not willing to undergo surgery because of lack of motivation. Family as the closest people have an important role in providing support to patients in undergoing therapy. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family support and motivation for cataract surgery in cataract clients at Undaan Eye Hospital, Surabaya. This research is a descriptive analytical study with a cross sectional approach . The population of this study was 36 clients. The sample was 36, taken using total sampling technique. The instruments in this study used research results showing that 50% of patients had high family support, 50% of patients had strong motivation to undergo cataract surgery. Correlation analysis using the Spearman rank test (p) obtained a value of P= 0.000 (<0.05), so Ha accepted and Ho rejected, meaning there is a relationship between family support and motivation for cataract surgery. The correlation coefficient value = 0.644, meaning it has a strong level of relationship. Based on the results of the research above, health workers should provide education to families to provide support to patients who will undergo cataract surgery.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus has psychological impacts such as stress or anxiety, so that they need their families' supports to make the patients' emotional responses good. The objective of this research was to know the relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses in Internal Diseases Clinics Chamber of Delta Surya Sidoarjo Hospital Sidoarjo City. The design of this research was correlational analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 304 diabetes mellitus patients, and 61 respondents were taken as samples by accidental sampling technique. The independent variable was the families' supports and the dependent one was the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses. The independent and dependent variable data were obtained from questionnaires, and analyzed with Spearman Rank Test with Mean value p < 0.05. The research results were 33 respondents (54.1%) had good families' supports, and 37 respondents (60.7%) had good emotional responses. There was a relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses (Spearman Rank, p value = 0.000 < ? 0.05). The relation level was high and positive (Correlation Coefficient: 0.610). The conclusion was there was a relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses, where the better the families' supports the better the patients' emotional responses. The research recommends that family members maintain and continue to give full support to patients.

Abstract

Work motivation is the spirit that can drive nurses to perform their activities or duties in order to achieve organizational goals, and motivate every nurse to have not only personal needs but also the advancement of nursing services in an institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership style and work motivation of nurses at the Pesantren II Kediri Community Health Center. This research is quantitative in nature with a descriptive correlational research design. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Pesantren II Kediri Community Health Center, totaling approximately 21 individuals. Primary data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that the leadership style applied by the head of the department includes democratic, participative, authoritarian, and laissez-faire styles. The performance of nurses, including the stages of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, is categorized as good. There is an influence of participative, authoritarian, and laissez-faire leadership styles on the performance of implementing nurses. The conclusion of this study is the presence of an influence of leadership style on the performance of implementing nurses at the Pesantren II Kediri Community Health Center. The leadership should apply an appropriate leadership style tailored to the working conditions and the needs of implementing nurses in order to enhance the performance of nursing care services in the healthcare facility.

Abstract

LLDikti Wilayah I adalah salah satu institusi pemerintah yang melayani urusan pendidikan tinggi di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah ideal tenaga bagian kebersihan (cleaning service) yang optimal dalam pelayanan di LLDikti Wilayah I. Penelitian ini menggunakana meto Full Time Equivalent (FTE) yang dilakukan dengan menghitung total waktu beban kerja pada seluruh gedung di LlDikti Wilayah I dan jumlah jam efektif. Total waktu beban kerja didapati berjumlah 730,590 menit dan total jam kerja efektif selama setahun setelah diberikan allowance adalah 72.000 menit. Total nilai FTE tenaga cleaning service adalah 10,147 yang berarti jumlah tenaga kerja ideal yang dibutuhkan adalah 10 orang.
