Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the creativity of students of the Elementary School Study Program (PGSD) through the application of a project based learning model in the Learning Resources and Media course. This research was carried out using a One-Shot Case Study design with 38 students of the Lamongan UM Elementary School Teacher Education study program in charge of Learning Resources and Media courses. The research data was obtained from the analysis of the product observation sheet with the Creative Thinking Scale (CTS). Analysis of research data was carried out using the percentage technique and processed descriptively. The results showed that the creativity of students in producing products in the form of learning media was very high, with an average value of 84. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of project-based learning models can increase the creativity of students of the PGSD Study Program in the Resources and Learning Media.

Abstract

In the implementation of education, financing is a potential that greatly determines the quality of human resources and is an inseparable part of the management of educational administration. This study aims to determine: 1) Management of education financing at SDN Ngadirejo 04, 2) Obstacles faced in managing education financing at SDN Ngadirejo 04. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the process of managing education financing at SDN Ngadirejo 04 goes through the stages of budgeting, budget use, financial records, financial reporting, and financial audits. Constraints and solutions faced include: Delays in the disbursement of BOS funds. The solution is to look for bailouts, the need for student budgets that are not included in the BOS and incidental SPJ funds. The solution is to work together and cooperate with the Committee. BOS funds are not enough to organize the development of facilities and infrastructure. The solution is to submit a proposal for assistance to the Sukoharjo district education office.

Abstract

The ability to read is a requirement that must be met, so the ability to read must be trained. However, in reality, the reading ability of students is still low. This study aims to determine the reading ability and the factors that influence the reading ability of the fifth grade students of SDN Inti Pengambangan 3 Banjarmasin. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were homeroom teachers and class Va students at SDN Inti Pengambangan 3 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by word reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that 1) students' reading ability was included in the good category when reading, but there were three students who were not fluent in reading. 2) factors that affect students' reading ability are intellectual factors, state factors, and factors from the child himself.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of learning methods that are not in accordance with the learning material. As a teacher, you should be good at choosing methods, techniques, and learning models so that the teaching and learning process can take place actively, creatively, effectively, and fun. While the obstacles from students include: low student motivation; student creativity in learning is still lacking. To improve students' competence in understanding the concept of root parts and their functions, it is necessary to use the "Discussion Method". By using the "Discussion Method" students' ability to understand the concept of root parts and their functions is expected to increase. Therefore, this study aims to contribute information and thoughts on how the "Discussion Method" is used in learning the root parts and their functions. In addition, to determine the increase in student achievement in science subjects. Thus, to obtain higher quality learning outcomes, it is necessary to use the "Discussion Method" in learning the root parts and their functions.

Abstract

Most of the teachers have not been able to take advantage of the learning support facilities that are already available in each class in the form of projectors, besides that, from within learning which discusses the components of the ecosystem, when delivering material the teacher only uses printed media in the form of books. The advantage of this learning media is that videos can be played repeatedly, the learning process becomes clearer and more interesting. The purpose of developing this learning media is how the feasibility of learning media using Powtoon-based animated videos is. How is the practicality of learning media using Powtoon-based animated videos, how is the attractiveness of learning media using Powtoon-based animated videos. The model used is ADDIE (1990) 1. Analysis (analysis), 2. Design (design), 3. Development (development), 4. Implementation (apply), 5. Evaluation (feedback). The subjects in the study were expert validators and users. The research was conducted offline. The types of data obtained in this research and development are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data was obtained from the results of the calculation of the validation sheet and questionnaire and qualitative data was obtained from comments and suggestions from the research subjects. The results showed that in the development of learning video media in science subjects, more precisely on the Ecosystem Component material, the validity of the material expert was 80% (valid), the media expert was 80% (valid), and the teacher's assessment was 92% (very practical). 82% students (very interesting).

Abstract

One the development values character thoroughly to give you syllabus values character in implementation plan (lesson plans and learning) made teachers.In this is an aptitude or competence of teachers to arrange a syllabus and lesson plans in which values is the insertion of character. To know teacher capacity building sdn the gulf of oysters 2 banjarmasin in preparing lesson plans that integrates character education. Method used in research the act of this school reduce research the act of class. Steps research is planned 2 cycles. Research is based on the context natural namely examine issues factual in the preparation of device planning learning , that is a syllabus and lesson plans. The research results show that the teacher capacity building and lesson plans in implementing syllabus characterless, in I cycle 52,08 % to 87,5 % in II cycle. So expressed guidance syllabus and lesson plans to significant characterless increased. There has been increasing the capability of teachers in carrying out to characterless syllabus, where I cycle 57,41 % to 88,89 % in II cycle.Guidance for teachers at the school sustainable activities is to increase ability to plan education learning that integrates characterless in sdn the gulf of oysters banjarmasin 2.

Teachers to raise their level of understanding SDN Teluk Tiram 2 in preparing and developing syllabus and lesson plans, maket he most of teachers SDN Teluk Tiram 2 in the prepation of the development of the syllabus and lesson plans, you make a teacher to be more professional in learning activities for preparation. Methods used in research the act of this school reduce reseach the act of class. Step this study the planned two cycles. Workshop before held the kkg mini category only get scores and some did not understand, after the workshop activities set up the kkg mini category get value very good all teachers are already proficient in preparing and developing a syllabus and lesson plans. By looking at the outcome I, cycle improvements in the act of but are still required act of repairing the II through the cycle the second direction from the link to give information and guidance on what felt it was still hard, I cycle especially in determining, exploration elaboration and confirming the components core learning activities.

Abstract

The teacher role in the learning process at schools can’t be separated forom amongst non permanent teachers in carrying out tasks. Discipline play significant roles for education, used especially fot motivate teachers to be able to discipline ourselves and to be able to reach work pperformance in carrying out teaching, either individually as well as groups. Lack of teachers who have high will be still working well albeit without supervised by a superior. For developing discipline teachers works to improve performance through supervision at the SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin. Methods used in research action this school research reduce class action. The result showed that through supervision academic implemented for three cycle conducted by the school principal, teachers work discipline increased. The observation made among others : 1) the accuracy of the presence of the teachers at the school 2) the availability of a device of learning 3) teacher attendance at class 4) the use of time learning in class 5) out of teachers in class 6) timeliness in the resolution of a task assigned as well as 7) return the accuracy of teachers from schools. The research was conducted for three cycles, and was based on the results of the analysis on each cycle show discipline on teacher performance is likely to increase on each other indicators, both in number and the percentage of any cycle next year can be achieved and full fill the success of indicators of 90%. Is a direct influence on increased work performance teachers in SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin in meaning development work ethic with working through academic discipline supervision done by the school principal. Hence, when supervision be raised it work school principals discipline was also increase.

Abstract

This article is a literature review on the perspective of existentialism philosophy in the application of character education to overcome bullying in schools. Education is a process, not just the development of aspects of knowledge or just the transfer of knowledge from person to person, but also the process of transforming values (transfer of values) and building character in all its aspects. One of the trends in the flow of education that is developing is existentialism. This school has a certain view of "human freedom", the process of education, materials, and goals. Existentialism emphasizes the development of the individual as a whole. The relevance of the main teachings of existentialism philosophy to the goals of education in Indonesia lies in the basic value of existentialism to foster the affective domain with its elements which in turn can manifest behavior, reflecting the full picture of personality. The word existence is derived from the word "ex" which means exit, and "sistence" which is derived from the verb sisto (to stand, to place). Therefore, the word existence is defined: humans stand as themselves, by coming out of themselves.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menyesuaikan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan didalam kelas dengan memenuhi kebutuhan belajar unik setiap individu siswa. Melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi guru akan memberikan fasilitas kepada siswa sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Sehingga semua kebutuhan siswa dapat terpenuhi sesuai dengan minat atau profil belajar yang dimiliki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang akan digunakan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa sesuai dengan karakteristik setiap individu melalui penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka yang berasal dari sumber primer berupa artikel, buku, dan surat kabar elektronik. Dari kajian pustaka tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat membantu siswa mendapatkan yang terbaik dari pembelajaran mereka karena mereka akan menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan minat mereka.
