KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah was first published in April 2013 in printed and online form published since 30 April 2018 by Department of Non Formal Education, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah equipped with ISSN (p): 2354-693X and ISSN (e): 2655-3163, published twice a year in April and October. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah education contains articles from research and/ or analytical-critical in the field non-formal education specifically edult education study, community education, training and development of human resources, counseling, and community development. The spesification purpose are intended to explore, develop and explain the knowladge of history, philosophy, principles, policies, designs, and technologies that are used and developed in non-formal education services. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah have a role and participates in efforts to support the preservation of scientific traditions derived from the theoretical study of researchers and the practical experience of education practitioners.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group counseling services with bibliotherapy to increase the self-resilience of class IX students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Bandar Lampung. Resilience is a process that involves the role of various individual as well as social or environmental factors, where a person can reflect his own strength and toughness to rise from difficult experiences or situations that hinder the development of resilience components. The research method used in this research is quantitative method and this research is an experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. In this study there were two groups, namely the first group as the experimental group, namely the group that was given treatment and the second group as the control group, namely the group that was not given treatment.The results of the study showed that group guidance services using bibliotherapy techniques could increase the self-reliance of class IX students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Bandar Lampung students. This is based on the self-resilience score of the experimental group that was given group guidance services using the bibliotherapy technique, which obtained 1396 with an average of 174.5. Whereas the control group that was not given group guidance services using the bibliotherapy technique obtained 1091 with an average of 136.3. Thus it can be concluded that group guidance services using bibliotherapy techniques can increase students' self-resilience.

Abstract

This research is based on the success of a Songket Silungkang training in equipping the work skills of housewives who do not yet have permanent jobs in Lunto Village. The success of the training is due to the important role of instructors during the training so that all Songket Silungkang training participants are able to work and produce appropriate products. with what is taught by the instructor. This research aims to determine the role of instructors as follows: (1) In providing training participants with skills (2) In developing the attitude and mentality of the training participants (3) In developing the work discipline of the training participants (4) In providing new knowledge to the songket silungkang training participants. This research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The research setting was carried out in East Lunto Village, Lembah Segar District, Sawahlunto City. The data sources for the research were obtained from the research subjects and research informants, with the research subjects namely the Silungkang Songket Instructor and Owner of the Dolas Songket Production House and the Research Informants namely the Silungkang Songket training participants. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from this research is by source triangulation. The results of the research show that there are: (1) The role of the Silungkang Songket Instructor in providing the skills of the training participants is very good (2) The role of the Silungkang Songket Instructor in cultivating attitudes and mentality to provide positive results from before the training (3) The role of the Silungkang Songket Instructor in fostering work discipline so that motivating time discipline for training participants (4) The role of Songket Silungkang Instructors in providing new knowledge to training participants so that they can be implemented at work.Keywords : Role, Instructor, Training, Employability

Abstract

This research was motivated by the many government assistance programs carried out to improve the welfare of poor people in the youth center of Padang Sarai sub-district, Koto Tangah sub-district, Padang city. Among the programs is the empowerment of poor communities through education and entrepreneurship training consisting of workshops, skills training and the formation of information technology-based business groups. This type of research uses qualitative research, using descriptive methods. The descriptive method aims to describe, summarize various conditions, various situations, or various phenomena of social reality that exist in society which is the object of research and attempts to draw that reality to the surface as a description of certain conditions, situations or phenomena. The results of this research are 1) there is an increase in the participants' ability to understand the concepts in the program, as seen from the participants' ability to utilize the program, 2) there is an increase in the participants' ability to use the program, as seen from the participants' ability to create interesting works around the material. given, 3) changes in the participants' thinking paradigm to become more logical and analytical, which can be seen from the increased enthusiasm for entrepreneurship (independence), 4) Increased knowledge of the workforce with life skills in the form of skills training in order to provide opportunities to get work.

Abstract

Field facts show that in Fakfak Regency there are still many problems of pros and cons between fellow educators. Based on field facts, it can be concluded that the level of social competence of educators is still very low. Social competence itself can be influenced by three factors, namely moral feeling, moral action, and moral knowing. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a contribution between moral knowing and the social competence of educators, to find out whether there is a contribution between moral feeling and the social competence of educators, to find out whether there is a contribution between moral action and the social competence of educators, to find out whether there is a contribution between moral knowing, moral feeling and moral action on the social competence of educators. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population used in this research were educators at Fakfak Regency Elementary Schools. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires using Google Form. The results of this research are that there is a partial contribution, namely between moral knowing towards the social competence of educators, moral feeling towards the social competence of educators, and moral action towards the social competence of educators. Next, namely the simultaneous contribution of moral kowing, moral feeling and moral action to the social competence of educators. Key words : moral knowing, moral feeling, moral action, social competence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low moral development of children, this is thought to be caused by parents are less involved in their child’s development. This study aims to (1) describe parental involvement (2) describe moral development of children (3) describe the relationship between parental involvement and the moral development of children in PAUD Asmaul Husna Kota Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study were parents whose children attended PAUD Asmaul Husna Padang City, totaling 21 people. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling was taken 75% of the population, namely 16 people. Dta collection techniques and data collection tools in the form a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentage and rank orders. The result of this study indicate that (1) parental involvement in children in PAUD Asmaul Husna Padang City is categorized as low. (2) Moral development of children in PAUD Asmaul Husna Padang City is categorized as low. (3) The result of data processing show that there is a significant relationship between parental involvement and children’s moral development in PAUD Asmaul Husna Padang City, this is proven and it is found that the results of rcount are greater than rtabel.Keywords: parental involvement, moral development children

Abstract

Children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders can experience language and speech delays if not treated early. Based on initial observations in the field, it was found that a child with hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder or ADHD aged 3 years and 4 months was late in language development. At that age, children should be able to express desires, ask questions, answer simple questions, respond when called, and be interested in playing with their peers. From an early age, children need to receive intervention as soon as possible from their immediate environment, namely the family, so that children's obstacles can be minimized properly. For this reason, this research aims to develop a program that can improve the language skills of children with ADHD. This program is called Shoebox, which was developed based on the results of an assessment of children's language skills. The program will be implemented by the child's parents through a process of mentoring researchers first until the parents implement it independently. This research uses mixed research methods, namely qualitative research methods as the basis for program development, and quantitative research methods with SSR design to test the program's effectiveness. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation, and oral language behavior tests. The results of this research are a shoebox program which, based on effectiveness tests, shows that this program can improve speech-language skills in ADHD children.

Abstract

Pada era digital kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sangat pesat. Hal ini tentu saja berdampak kepada aspek kehidupan manusia. Hal ini menjadi tantangan dan peluang bagi individu maupun suatu organisasi salah satunya sumber daya manusia. Berbagai persaingan terjadi diantara individu yang mengakibatkan perlunya tindakan untuk mengembangkan sumber dayanya yang lebih unggul. Artikel ini untuk mengetahui pentingnya diklat berbasis kompetensi dalam peningkatan sumber daya manusia di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa pentingnya diklat berbasis kompetensi dalam peningkatan sumber daya manusia di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out the form of the implementation of extension assistance to the Muaro Danau farmer groups in Ateh, Solok Regency. 2) To find out the obstacles in the implementation of extension assistance to the Muaro Danau farmer group at the Solok Regency. 3) To find out the relationship between extension assistance and the productivity of the Muaro Danau farming business in Ateh, Solok Regency. This research was conducted in Jorong Usak Nagari Alahan Panjang, Lembah Gumanti District. The research method was carried out through correlational quantitative research using a questionnaire. The research informants were the Solok District Agriculture Office, extension assistants, and Farmer Groups. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Spearman Rho formula. The results showed that the relationship between extension assistance and productivity in the Muaro Danau Above Farmer Group in Solok Regency was carried out using various methods. However, in its implementation there are still several obstacles, especially the problem of time and attendance of participants.Keywords: Extension Extension Assistance, Productivity, Farmer Groups

Abstract

Education and training are key elements in developing human resources to achieve progress and success in various areas of life. In this context, the Education and Training Program (Training and Education is an abbreviation for Education and Training) becomes an important approach in meeting the learning needs and development of individual and group competencies. Developing a learning strategy-based training program (Diklat) is a strategic step in ensuring that the training provided can have a positive and effective impact on participants. In this ever-developing era, education and training have a very important role in improving the quality of human resources. Therefore, the use of appropriate learning strategies is the main key in designing training programs that are relevant and can stimulate the development of participant competencies. The method used to create this article was a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, the type of research carried out is literature review. In learning strategy-based training, training participants will also be given the opportunity to practice implementing effective learning strategies through simulations and role plays. This aims to enable them to practically understand how to manage the learning process and provide a meaningful learning experience for training participants.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of active learning of training participants in the learning process. It is suspected that there is inclusive learning motivation among training participants. This research aims to: 1) describe the learning motivation of trainees, 2) describe the learning activeness of trainees in the learning process, 3) see the relationship between learning motivation and the learning activeness of training participants in the office application program at LKP Smart College Padang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study was 39 training participants at LKP Smart College and a sample of 75%, namely 29 people, used the cluster random sampling technique. Data collection methods use questionnaires or questionnaires. The research findings show that: (1) the learning motivation of trainees in the learning process is in the low category. (2) the learning activeness of trainees in the learning process is low. (3) there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and the learning activeness of participants in the office application training program at LKP Smart College Padang City.
