KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah equipped with ISSN (p): 2354-693X and ISSN (e): 2655-3163, published twice a year in April and October. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah education contains articles from research and/ or analytical-critical in the field non-formal education specifically edult education study, community education, training and development of human resources, counseling, and community development. The spesification purpose are intended to explore, develop and explain the knowladge of history, philosophy, principles, policies, designs, and technologies that are used and developed in non-formal education services. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah have a role and participates in efforts to support the preservation of scientific traditions derived from the theoretical study of researchers and the practical experience of education practitioners.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan juga hubungan antara ekstrakurikuler randai dengan manajemen waktu peserta didik SMA Baiturrahmah Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini yakni peserta didik SMA Baiturrahmah yakni sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode target sampling, jadi total sampel yang peneliti ambil sebanyak 30 peserta didik SMA Baiturrahmah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan format kuisioner dan daftar pernyataan sebagai alat pengumpulan data, teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase untuk mencari korelasinya menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil penelitian ini yakni : 1.) Ekstrakurikuler randai yang ada di SMA Baiturrahmah dapat dikatakan kurang baik, 2.) Manajemen Waktu Peserta Didik Di SMA Baiturrahmah Padang dapat dikatakan rendah dalam memanajemen waktu dan 3.) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ekstrakurikuler randai dengan manajemen waktu peserta didik di SMA Baiturrahma Padang.Keywords: Randai, Ekstrakurikuler, Manajemen Waktu.

Abstract

Diklat berbasis potensi lingkungan pada Kelompok Tani Hutan Penggiat Alam Pasaman bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi lingkungan dan meningkatkan keterampilan kelompok tani hutan dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Peserta diklat dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang aktif dalam pelestarian lingkungan dan pengembangan pertanian berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was motivated by the low cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years at KB Jannatul Na'iem Kampung Padang Pariaman. Children's low cognitive abilities are caused by several factors, namely lack of facilities, biological maturity, physical activity, environmental interactions, balance of new information. Of these many factors, less attractive learning facilities/media is the main factor. This research aims to determine the increase in cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years using papinka media at KB Jannatul Na'iem. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method. The research design used was pretest and posttest. The population of this study was 21 children. The research sample consisted of 21 children taken from the entire population. Purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the T test. The results of the research can be concluded (1) before taking action (pretest), children's cognitive abilities were grouped into early development stages, (2) after taking action (posttest), children's cognitive abilities were grouped into developing stages according to expectations . and (3) there is a significant influence of papinka media in improving the cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years. Abstract

MSME facilitators are crucial in supporting the region's development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. MSME companions represent the 17th SDGS goal, namely partnerships to achieve goals (partnerships for the goals). This research aims to determine the effectiveness of learning exchange: The role of UMKM Facilitator in the CIKEPO Community of Cimahi City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach—data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. MSME Facilitators have a role in encouraging awareness of MSME players in following the learning exchange process, which can improve skills. Also, MSME Facilitators provide education and training for MSME owners, including business management, marketing, and understanding local business regulations. Apart from that, MSME mentors also provide individual business guidance to help MSME owners identify potential and overcome the challenges they face.Keywords: MSME Companion, Learning Exchange

Abstract

Siska Afrina, 2023. Hubungan Keterlibatan Orang Tua Dengan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Padang. Tesis. Fakultas Pendidikan Sains. Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas VII.4 dan VII.5 di SMP Negeri 3 Padang. Karena banyak siswa yang mendapat nilai di bawah KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan keterlibatan orang tua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.4 dan VII.5 SMP Negeri 3 Padang yang berjumlah 63 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sehingga besar sampel penelitian ini adalah 80% dari 63 orang yaitu 50 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian, teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase untuk mencari korelasi menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar masih tergolong rendah. Keterlibatan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Padang masih tergolong rendah. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keterlibatan orang tua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Padang. Disarankan bagi orang tua untuk terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran anaknya, dan bagi peneliti lain untuk dapat meneliti variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keterlibatan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Keterlibatan Orang Tua, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Karangjati, Kecamatan Pandaan, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sebagai desa yang dinobatkan sebagai Desa Mandiri dalam IDM (Indeks Desa Berkembang), meski sudah dinobatkan sebagai Desa Mandiri namun tetap memerlukan pendampingan. Data yang diperoleh peneliti berjumlah 2.559 orang, dari jenis pekerjaan yaitu pensiun/menganggur/belum bekerja. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, LSM Yayasan Investasi Sosial Indonesia (YISI) melaksanakan program sekolah pensiun agar lebih produktif di masa pensiun. Proses penyadaran menggunakan strategi pembelajaran partisipatif karena mayoritas siswa yang belajar adalah orang dewasa. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) apa saja strategi pembelajaran partisipatif yang digunakan oleh fasilitator di sekolah pensiun, (2) apa dampak sekolah pensiun terhadap proses pembangunan berkelanjutan desa pada poin 04 (SDGs-Desa Berkualitas). Pendidikan). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Abstract

Pendidikan non formal saat ini sedang gencar diberikan oleh berbagai pihak dan salah satunya adalah pendidikan dan pelatihan, hal ini dikarenakan di era globalisasi dan zaman yang semakin maju, kondisi saat ini sangat krusial, persaingan dimana-mana dan sangat ketat dan hal ini terjadi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. masyarakat, termasuk dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk menghadapi hal tersebut agar kita dapat bertahan dan terus bergerak maju. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah meningkatkan prestasi kerja dengan mengasah skill, menambah pengetahuan atau wawasan dan bagaimana berperilaku dengan benar, dan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut pelatihan berbasis kompetensi merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan. Artikel ini akan membahas lebih lanjut urgensi pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi pustaka, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber yang ada. Pada artikel ini ada beberapa poin yang dapat penulis simpulkan, yaitu: kompetensi memiliki peran vital dalam meningkatkan kompetensi individu, relevansi dengan tujuan kerja, meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi operasional, dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Efektivitas pelatihan berbasis kompetensi juga terlihat dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, memungkinkan adaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja kerja secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low interest in entrepreneurship in pastry and bakery training participants. This research aims to look at pastry and bakery training strategies, the entrepreneurial interest of pastry and bakery training participants, and to see the relationship between training strategies and the entrepreneurial interest of pastry and bakery training participants at the LKP IBTI Learning Center Bukittinggi. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. The population in this study was 31 trainees who took part in pastry and bakery training at the LKP IBTI Learning Center Bukittinggi. Meanwhile, 80% of the population was taken as a sample, namely 25 people using cluster random sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentage formulas and rank order correlation formulas. The results of this research show that (1) pastry and bakery training strategies are still less effective, (2) interest in entrepreneurship in pastry and bakery training participants is still low, (3) there is a relationship between training strategies and interest in entrepreneurship, the relationship is declared significant because it is categorized as very high. It is recommended that instructors pay attention to the diversity of training participants so that participants feel appreciated and are serious about carrying out the training, so that training results are obtained as expected. It is recommended for LKP managers to increase the development of the PKW program implemented by LKP in the future in an effort to make graduates more interested in entrepreneurship. Future researchers will be able to identify other characteristics or variables that have not been studied in this research for further research.Keywords: Training Strategy, Interest in Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Kerinci Regency is an area that produces a variety of agricultural products. In Lubuk Nagodang Village, Siulak District, people convert various agricultural products into raw materials for home industries. One of them is processing potatoes into potato dodol. Starting in 1994 in Lubuk Nagodang Village, this business developed rapidly by involving the community in Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) groups. The positive impact of the potato dodol business on socio-economic empowerment is that it opens up opportunities for the people of Lubuk Nagodang Village to increase their income. The potato dodol produced includes a variety of flavors, demonstrating product diversification as the key to consumer appeal. Empowerment is carried out through education, training and government policies, by presenting the Kerinci Regency Regional Superior Product Determination. This business not only produces delicious local products, but also drives the economic empowerment of local communities through active involvement in production and support from the local government. The suggestion in this research is that in empowering the Dodol Potato Business, it is recommended that the Department of Cooperatives and Manpower carry out continuous monitoring, so that the development of Dodol Potatoes, both in terms of product innovation and marketing, can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Family Development Session is one of the supporting activities as well as intervention in the form of efforts to change the mindset of beneficiary families in the implementation of alleviating pre-prosperous families, namely the Family Hope Program (PKH). PKH is a social assistance program that is given conditionally. The focus of the research is to determine the efforts to empower the economic empowerment of beneficiary families through FDS activities. The research used a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Checking the validity of data using triangulation techniques and sources, then the data analysis used is the domain and taxonomy of the Spradely model. The results of this study FDS as one of PKH activities were carried out in a structured manner in accordance with 5 modules and new additions, namely material on stunting prevention provided. The implementation of FDS as an empowerment effort is also supported by additional activities and other complementary empowerment programs that support the acceleration of the alleviation of underprivileged families such as the Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) and Pahlawan Ekonomi Nusantara (PENA) when the implementation of FDS is carried out. The PENA program as a form of empowerment intervention for families is considered effective because it has given birth to various forms of entrepreneurship with turnover that can deliver graduation
