KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah equipped with ISSN (p): 2354-693X and ISSN (e): 2655-3163, published twice a year in April and October. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah education contains articles from research and/ or analytical-critical in the field non-formal education specifically edult education study, community education, training and development of human resources, counseling, and community development. The spesification purpose are intended to explore, develop and explain the knowladge of history, philosophy, principles, policies, designs, and technologies that are used and developed in non-formal education services. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah have a role and participates in efforts to support the preservation of scientific traditions derived from the theoretical study of researchers and the practical experience of education practitioners.

Abstract

Recitation is an activity carried out by a number of individuals to gain religious knowledge and good morals or attitudes. The religious attitudes seen among the people in Jorong Teluk Sikai are still relatively low. This is thought to be because there are people who take part in the recitation and there are also people who do not take part in the recitation. This research aims to: (1) describe the religious attitudes of the people who attend the recitation, (2) describe the religious attitudes of the people who do not attend the recitation, and (3) determine whether or not there are differences in the religious attitudes of people who do and do not attend the recitation in Jorong Teluk Sikai. This research is research that uses quantitative methods with a comparative type. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The research subjects were 30 people who took part in the recitation and 30 people who did not take part in the recitation. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing with t test analysis (independent sample t-test). The results of this research are: (1) the religious attitudes of people who take part in the recitation are classified as good, (2) the religious attitudes of people who do not take part in the recitation are classified as poor, and (3) there is a significant difference between the religious attitudes of people who do and do not take part in the recitation at Jorong Sikai. It is hoped that the community will always support recitation activities as a form of non-formal education in society so that it will form good religious attitudes in society.

Abstract

The background of this research was that the outreach program on manure was not going well because the outreach activities in the implementation of follow-up extension activities experienced obstacles, this was allegedly due to the obstacles encountered by the extension participants of the Cinta Damai Farmer Group. This study aims to look at the farmers' obstacles in implementing the results of manure counseling which includes getting, processing, using and determining the portion of the use of manure. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all participants of the Cinta Damai Farmers Group in Cubadak Mentawai Village, East Pariaman. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data collection technique used was a closed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study are data description and data analysis. The results obtained in this study: a) Barriers to farmers in obtaining manure. b) Barriers of farmers in processing manure. c) Barriers of farmers in the use of fertilizers. d) Barriers to farmers in determining the dosage of fertilizer use.

Abstract

The background to this research is the low participation of residents in the package B equality learning program at SPNF-SKB Region II Padang City. One of the suspected causes is that classroom conditions are less conducive for residents taking part in the program. The aim of this research is to see an overview of the classroom climate in package B equality learning at SPNF-SKB Region II Padang City. We also want to see a picture of student participation in package B equality. Apart from that, we want to know the relationship between classroom climate and learning participation in package B equality in SPNF-SKB Region II Padang City. In this research, a quantitative approach was used to carry out correlational analysis. In this research, the population studied was 72 people who were citizens studying package B equality in SPNF-SKB Region II Padang City. At the same time, the sampling technique used was stratified random sampling with a proportion of 50% (36). Data collection technique employs the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents. Percentage and product moment formulas are used in data analysis techniques. From the research conducted, it was found that the classroom conditions of students who used package B in studying equality were classified as unsupportive, and citizen participation in studying equality in package B tended to be low. Apart from that, there is a significant relationship between class conditions and student participation in package B equality learning at SPNF-SKB Region II Padang City. Tutor research findings suggest that the class atmosphere in Package B learning can be improved.Keywords: Clasroom Clite,, Participation, Learning Cittiziens

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reduction of aggressive behavior through group counseling using aversion conditioning techniques in class VIII students at MTs Darul Huffaz. This research used the guidance and counseling action research (PTBK) method with subjects of 10 students selected using purposive sampling. The results of the research showed that in the actions from cycle I to cycle II there was a decrease in students' aggressive behavior. Group counseling service activities in reducing the aggressive behavior of class VIII students at MTs Darul Huffaz had been carried out well. This is proven by the results of the achievement of cycle II results which show a decrease in students' aggressive behavior, namely by 8 students or equal to 80% and these results have achieved the target set by researchers, namely 6 students. Results of the student aggressive behavior questionnaire instrument with group counseling services This research shows that starting from the activities before the action until the research ended, the results were quite satisfactory because there was a decrease in each cycle, namely in cycle I after the service was provided, the average score obtained by students only decreased for 3 students, while students who still experienced behavior aggressive is the same as 7 students. And after the service was carried out in cycle II, the average score obtained by students decreased in aggressive behavior by 8 students, while the students who still experienced aggressive behavior in the moderate category were the same as 2 students and had reached the expected target. Keywords: Group Counseling, Aversion, Aggressive Behavior

Abstract

Technological advances have resulted in changes in consumer behavior, from offline shopping to online shopping. This study aims to determine the effect of Shopee advertising, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchase interest in the Shopee marketplace. This study uses a quantitative method with the population being Shopee marketplace users in the Sidoarjo area. The sampling technique for this study uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method and the number of respondents is 100 people. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. The data analysis technique for this study uses multiple linear analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 22.0 for Windows program. The results of this study prove that Shopee advertising, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings have an effect on purchase interest, while the effect is positive and significant.

Abstract

The desire to learn is a human nature, moreover, the complexity of learning needs in society is getting higher in this digital era which is aimed at meeting the needs of the time. Hayat School, a non-formal education institution rooted in divine values, facilitated education programs for students and the surrounding society. It starts from elementary school, society education, and vocational education that is conducted to fulfill their learning needs. This research aims to analyze the management of Hayat School in facilitating the life-long learning needs of Students and society and to describe the dimension of the enablers and barriers in the management. The research method used a qualitative approach with interviews, questionnaires, participation observation, and documentation as collection data techniques. The result is that Hayat School continues to make improvements to the managers, educators, and programs so they can manage creatively, some collaborations with local and international partners, and also involves surrounding society to participate in conducting society education comprehensively and make efforts in providing education programs for the community so they can be empowered and independent. Thus, Hayat School has managed a learning program that can meet the learning needs of students.

Abstract

 This research aims to produce and describe teaching materials in the form of problem-based science e-modules that are valid, practical and effective. This research is a type of research and development with the ADDIE development model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate. E-Module for problem-based science material which aims to make it easier for students to study independently, as well as helping students solve problems in science material. The research results show that the e-module was designed using the Canva application, containing science material from semester 1 to semester 2, as well as chapters 1 to chapter 8. Apart from that, it also contains learning outcomes, learning videos, room discussions, practice questions and evaluation questions. The e-module developed meets the criteria of being valid, practical and effective. The level of validity of the material from the e-module developed is 90% with the criteria "Very Valid". Meanwhile, the results of the assessment of the level of validity of the e-module media developed were 88.75% with the criteria "Very Valid". The teacher's assessment of the level of practicality of the e-module being developed was 97% in the "Very Practical" category. The results of the e-module effectiveness questionnaire by students or the student response questionnaire showed an e-module effectiveness level of 92.2%. The average Gain Score obtained was 0.65, which was included in the "Quite Effective" category

Abstract

The problem in this study is what are the social values in the barter tradition in the Wulandoni market, Lembata district, with the aim of exploring more deeply the social values in the barter tradition in the Wulandoni market, Lembata district. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were conducted in Wulandoni Village, Wulandoni District, Lembata Regency. The subjects in the study were barter actors, community leaders and village heads. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation used was data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study showed that the barter tradition contains values adopted by coastal and inland communities. These values include the value of compassion where barter actors maintain the barter market because it has been more than 10, and the barter tradition has become a habit and can help people in meeting their living needs. In the barter tradition, there is also often a bargaining process until an agreement is reached between the two parties which is contained in the value of helping each other. The Wulandoni barter market is still maintained because it has become a legacy from our ancestors, this is contained in the value of a sense of belonging. The rules in the barter market are that before the whistle is blown, the barter process still uses money, but after the whistle is blown, transactions in the form of money are not used but barter transactions between goods and goods, this is contained in the value of discipline. In the Wulandoni barter market, where the coastal community sits on the east and the interior on the west, this is contained in the value of discipline. The value of harmony in life, it was found that in the Wulandoni barter market, barter actors who bring goods to be exchanged have an equivalent value. The barter system is considered to be very helpful for the community's economy.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyse the advantages of flexible and innovative leaders, (2) analyse the advantages of leaders who are able to manage and organize, and (3) analyse the advantages of leaders who are able to communicate well in ensuring that information about education programs can be conveyed well to the community. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection methods were conducted using interviews, observations and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data condensation, data display, and verification and conclusion drawing. The data validity test was carried out using the triangulation method. The results showed that: (1) The head of PKBM Papua Sejahtera has adopted a democratic leadership approach that allows for member participation in decision-making, while also demonstrating flexibility and responsibility towards change. The head of PKBM, evident through his responsiveness to behavioral changes and openness to suggestions and inputs, affirms his commitment to adaptive and sustainable learning, especially in the context of implementing an independent curriculum and online and offline learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) The Head of PKBM Papua Sejahtera applies innovative leadership that integrates various leadership theories, including inclusive and collaborative approaches in decision making, wise task delegation strategies, and handling difficult situations with various strategies, (3) Good and effective communication skills possessed by the Head of PKBM Papua Sejahtera are a key element in the successful management of the education unit. His inclusive communication approach, various means of communication used, and consistency in communication ensure that information is conveyed well and on time to the PKBM community. The honest, transparent, trustworthy and understanding attitude shown by the leadership builds a strong foundation of trust, which then opens up space for openness and positive participation from PKBM members. A holistic approach to conveying information, including the use of various media and in-person interaction, helps ensure communication effectiveness, especially in the face of change or uncertainty. Effective communication is a key driver in creating an enabling environment for the growth, participation and successful management of PKBM. Keywords: Leadership, Motivator, Community Learning
