KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah was first published in April 2013 in printed and online form published since 30 April 2018 by Department of Non Formal Education, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah equipped with ISSN (p): 2354-693X and ISSN (e): 2655-3163, published twice a year in April and October. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah education contains articles from research and/ or analytical-critical in the field non-formal education specifically edult education study, community education, training and development of human resources, counseling, and community development. The spesification purpose are intended to explore, develop and explain the knowladge of history, philosophy, principles, policies, designs, and technologies that are used and developed in non-formal education services. KOLOKIUM: Jurnal Pendidikan Luar Sekolah have a role and participates in efforts to support the preservation of scientific traditions derived from the theoretical study of researchers and the practical experience of education practitioners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of device use and maternal bonding on early childhood cognitive and motor development in Situbondo Regency. In this research, the sample used was 311 respondents using quantitative methods. The multiple linear regression analysis technique was carried out using SPSS version 22 software. The data collection technique used in this research was observation, interviews, filling out Google forms and also direct questionnaires. The results of this research show a partial contribution, namely between the use of gadgets on cognitive development in early childhood, there is a partial contribution, namely between maternal attachment to cognitive development in early childhood, then there is a partial contribution between the use of gadgets and motor development in early childhood. , while there is no partial contribution of maternal attachment to motor development in early childhood. The use of devices in early childhood requires care and supervision, and also the mother’s role in the operation, as overuse of the device by the child can lead to addiction to playing with the device. This negatively affects the child’s growth and development process, especially the development of cognitive and motor skills. Dependence on the use of gadgets hinders the child’s growth and development process. Keywords: Gadget Use, Maternal Attachment, Cognitive Development, Motor Development

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was motivated by the low self-confidence of young children in PAUD Mutiara Bunda Padang City. This research aims to describe communication within the family, the self-confidence of young children, and the relationship between communication within the family and the self-confidence of young children at PAUD Mutiara Bunda Padang City. The approach in this research was carried out quantitatively with a correlational type. The population at the research location was 28 subjects (children), represented by 28 subjects' parents. The sample was 75% of the total population, namely, 21 children represented by 21 parents, with a sampling technique called simple random sampling. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses a percentage formula, and to find correlations, the Spearman rho formula is used. The results of this study show that: (1) Parental communication in the family with children is categorized as poor. (2) Early childhood self-confidence is categorized as low; (3) There is a significant relationship between communication within the family and the self-confidence of young children at PAUD Mutiara Bunda Padang City. Keywords: Parent Communication, Self-Confidence, Early Childhood

Abstract

MSMEs are an important part of the economy in Indonesia, marked by their contribution in reducing unemployment by absorbing labor. Cassava Multipurpose MSMEs in Cirendeu Traditional Village are also required to be able to innovate in marketing and product innovation produced in order to remain competitive against changing times. Some of the problems of Cirendeu's Multipurpose Cassava MSMEs are still in terms of the limitations of MSME actors to innovate such as the lack of innovation in processed products from cassava, still traditional packaging and conventional marketing. MSME development needs to be carried out in improving and fostering competitive capabilities. Therefore, the involvement of various actors will help the development run optimally. Through pentahelix synergy, which is cooperation between stakeholders consisting of academy, business, government, community, and media. This research aims to find out and describe community empowerment with the pentahelix model in the development of MSMEs. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative through interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the development of MSMEs has involved five actors in the pentahelix model, namely academics, business, community, government, and media.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning independence of students at TPA/TPQ Mushalla Nurul HAQ Padang City. This is thought to be due to parents' emotional support. This research aims to (1) describe parents' emotional support (2) describe students' learning independence and (3) see the relationship between parents' emotional support and learning independence at TPA/TPQ Mushalla Nurul HAQ Padang City. This type of research is a quantitative correlation type. The research population was students at TPA/TPQ Mushalla Nurul HAQ Padang City from classes I, II, III and IV totaling 50 people and 70% were sampled, namely 35 people using the Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment Percentage formula. The research results show that (1) parents' emotional support is relatively low (2) students' learning independence at TPA/TPQ Mushalla Nurul HAQ Padang City is still low (3) there is a significant relationship between parents' emotional support and students' learning independence at TPA /TPQ Mushalla Nurul HAQ Padang City. It is recommended that (1) parents should increase their emotional support to optimize students' learning (2) that educators should be able to provide motivation and also be creative in using learning media so that they can create enthusiasm for learning which makes students have learning independence (3) it is hoped that Other researchers should choose other variables related to learning independence. Keywords: Parental Emotional Support, Learning Independence

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat pendidikan di Kelurahan Dilam, Kecamatan Bukit Sundi, Kabupaten Solok, akibat tidak tepat pelaksanaan dana bantuan PKH. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran tingkat pendidikan masyarakat dan mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan dana bantuan PKH dengan Tingkat Pendidikan di Nagari Dilam Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat penerima manfaat PKH di Kecamatan Dilam, Kecamatan Bukit Sundi, Kabupaten Solok yang telah menerima dana bantuan pada tahun 2021 hingga tahun 2023 dengan total 280 keluarga penerima manfaat. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik stratifid random sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 11% dari 280 sehingga diperoleh penerima PKH sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian, persentase digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data untuk mencari korelasinya dengan menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan dana bantuan pada PKH belum optimal. Tingkat pendidikan di Nagari Dilam Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok masih tergolong rendah. Terdapat pula hubungan yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan dana bantuan PKH dengan tingkat pendidikan di Kecamatan Dilam. Abstract

Mini riset ini berangkat dari permasalahan lingkungan yang tercemar akibat buruknya pengelolaan sampah, baik sampah rumah tangga maupun sampah lainnya. Kehadiran Bank Sampah Sakinah menawarkan solusi dari permasalahan sampah yang ada di Kelurahan Batu Gadang. Salah satunya adalah system pengolahan sampah atau limbah kasar menjadi barang bernilai ekonomis. Langkah kongkritnya adalah menampung sampah dari masyarakat, ditimbang, dihitung dan dikonversi menjadi uang yang langsung dicatat di buku tabungan. Selain itu bank Sampah Sakinah memberikan dampak yang positif dari segi partisipasi masyarakat, lingkungan semakin bersih, berkontribusi terhadap ekonomi  dan mampu mengubah pola piker masyarakat terhadap lingkungan. Mini riset ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan mengamati secara langsung, melakukan dialog atau wawancara dengan informan, atau menelaah semua dokumen yang terkait dengan yang diteliti.

Abstract

The current condition of women's reproductive health in Indonesia is not in accordance with reproductive health indicators. It is necessary to analyze how the implementation of mentoring provided to young mothers to maintain reproductive health at productive age. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the implementation of mentoring young mothers in raising awareness of the importance of maintaining reproductive health. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis. The subject of this research is the mother guardian of students from PAUD Lazuardi located in Kedungrejo, Pakis, Malang. The results showed that the implementation of this mentoring activity carried out found that there were still many mothers who had not conducted cervical breast examinations so that the implementation of mentoring began with meetings with mothers, program socialization and personal hygiene practices.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the picture and also the relationship between parental attention and learning discipline at SKB Lima Puluh Kota. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study is all residents studying Package B class 9 of SKB Lima Puluh Kota, namely 40 people who have the characteristics of living with their parents. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a random sampling method, so the total sample taken by the researchers was 30 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire format and a list of statements as a data collection tool, the data analysis technique uses percentages to find correlations using the product moment formula. The results of this research are: 1.) Parents' attention to residents studying package B at SKB Lima Puluh Kota is relatively low, 2.) The educational field of residents enrolled in package B at SKB Lima Puluh Kota is relatively low and 3.) There exists a notable correlation between parental attentiveness and academic discipline at SKB Lima Puluh Kota.Keywords: Attention, Discipline, SPNF SKB.

Abstract

Melayu Kepualaun Riau adalah suku bangsa memiliki tradisi adat, salah satunya adalah tradisi adat perkawinan. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, implementasi tradisi-tradisi tersebut mengalami perubahan, disebabkan setiap masyarakat akan selalu mengalami perubahan sosial, khususnya pada tradisi adat perkawinan. Perkawinan mempunyai arti yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan pada masa depan pendidikan informal. Transformatif learning adalah sebuah proses perubahan yang mendasar pada diri manusia dan pembelajaran yang menghasilkan perubahan mendasar pada diri generasi milinial. Jika dahulu belajar hanya mengedepankan aspek kognitif, akan tetapi pembelajaran transformatif menampilkan pembelajaran ke dalam suatu keadaan yang mampu mengembangkan seluruh potensi yang dimiliki peserta didik serta memotivasi pembelajar dalam usaha pengalaman pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Mendeskripikan proses tradisi adat perkawinan masyarakat melayu sebagai pendidikan informal di pulau penyengat; (2) Mendeskripsikan Pembelajaran transformatif  pendidikan informal makna dan simbol adat perkawinan masyarakat melayu pulau penyengat  kepada generasi muda. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan: wawancara mendalam,  observasi partisipatif dan studi dkomentasi. Kesimpulan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) proses tradisi adat perkawinan masyarakat melayu sebagai pendidikan informal Proses adat istiadat perkawinan  pada masyarakat Melayu ini juga sebagai proses pendidikan informal dimana terjadi proses yang berlangsung sepanjang usia sehingga setiap orang memperoleh nilai, sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan yang bersumber dari pengalaman hidup sehari- hari, pengaruh lingkungan termasuk di dalamnya pengaruh kehidupan keluarga, hubungan dengan tetangga atau masyarakat. sakral . Acara perkawinan masyarakat Melayu Kepulauan Riau sebagaimana panjangnya merupakan suatu proses adat istiadat yang perjalanan yang harus dilakukan menjadi lembaga majelis perkawinan yang begitu suci, (2 Pembelajaran Transformatif  Pendidikan Informal Makna dan Simbol Adat Perkawinan Masyarakat Melayu Pulau Penyengat  Kepada Generasi Muda pada masyarakat Melayu Kepulauan Riau semakin mudah menerima perubahan tanpa menyedari perubahan yang drastis memberi kesan terhadap keaslian adat istiadat itu sendiri. Hal Ini menjadikan masyarakat Melayu begitu terbuka dan tidak menutup sesuatu yang baru  serta mempunyai daya untuk membuat perubahan.

Abstract

One Desa Tingkarang, Jorong VIII, Nagari Tarung-tarung Selatan, Kecamatan Rao, Kabupaten Pasaman, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, has abundant natural bamboo potential. Up to now, the utilization of bamboo has not been optimal in terms of both quantity and quality, even though bamboo can be used for various woven and non-woven crafts. Based on this, the village of Tingkarang, Jorong VIII, Nagari Tarung-tarung Selatan, Kecamatan Rao, Kabupaten Pasaman, Provinsi Sumatera Barat was chosen as the location to implement Community Empowerment (Pemberdayaan Kepada Masyarakat - PKM).The goal of the service is to produce bamboo woven crafts called "Tampah" with innovations in weaving techniques and colors. The partner group involved in the activity can apply bamboo craft weaving techniques for "Tampah" with various weaving styles and attractive colors. Through product innovation, the selling value of the products will increase, and there will be an improvement in the partners' ability to manage their business, including product innovation, marketing, and business bookkeeping.
