Abstract

This study aims to: 1). Determine the level of validity, the effectiveness, and practicality of student worksheets developed with the learning model problem-based learning class XI in SMK, 2). Find out increase the learning interest of the students of class XI SMK after using students' worksheets with the model of problem-based learning. The research type used is Research and Development refers to model 4-D, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, in this study, the research development worksheet using problem-based learning is modified bounded only at the stage of development. Subjects in this study were students of class XI business management of SMK Budi Utomo Cikampak. Instruments of assessment used are a validity questionnaire, a test of interest in learning, and a student responses questionnaire. The results obtained that the worksheet has been developed to meet the criteria of validity with an average score of 4.2 in the valid category. Mastery learning in the classical style has been experiencing an increase in trial I (59,09%) in trial II increased by (90,90%) with the learning time does not exceed the usual learning, the student worksheet has been effective. Student Worksheet has been developed to meet the criteria of practicality review of the questionnaire responses of students to the shows that the average score 81,76% with the strong category. (2) the learning Interest of students has increased, namely with an average increase from the pretest to the posttest with a score increase of 80.5% with a high category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mastery of vector arrangement and decomposition on students' abilities in the matter of Newton's laws. In collecting data for this research, tests were given on the material of vector arrangement and decomposition and the material of Newton's laws. This test is to see the ability in mastery of the learning materials above. Data analysis shows that there is an influence of mastery of vector arrangement and decomposition on students' abilities in Newton's laws of matter. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained an r value of 0.86 and continued with the significance test of the correlation coefficient, the t value was 9.70 which was greater than the t table value, which was 1.694. In the calculation of the coefficient of termination obtained a value of 0.7427. This result shows 74.27% which shows that there is a contribution of mastery of vector arrangement and decomposition to students' abilities in Newton's laws of matter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model on learning outcomes and student learning activities at SMP Negeri 9 Pematangsiantar. The method used in this research is an experimental method using a True Experimental Design in the form of Pretest-Posttest Control Design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class which was treated with the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model and the control class which was given the conventional learning model, each of which amounted to 32 people. The data were collected by the method of tests and questionnaires. The number of test items used were 5 essay questions and 20 questionnaire items that had been declared eligible. Data analysis used normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing showed that there was an effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on learning outcomes and student learning activities at SMP Negeri 9 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model on students' mathematical critical thinking skills. This study uses the Quasy experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling was carried out using the Purpose sampling technique so that students from classes VIII-2 and VIII-3 were selected as the control class and 32 people from the experimental class were selected. The instrument used in the form of an essay test of 5 items that have been declared worthy. Both samples have met the test data requirements and are declared to meet the requirements of normality and homogeneity. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis using the T-Test, the results show that there is an influence of the discovery learning model on students' mathematical critical thinking skills on number pattern material in class VIII of SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan seseorang dalam suatu organisasi akan menentukan efisiensi dan kinerja organisasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Buddhist Manjusri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa deskriptif analitis yang membandingkan antara kajian pustaka dengan kenyataan dilapangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMK Buddhist Manjusri, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru di sekolah yang sama. Data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan lembar observasi yang digunakan untuk mengamati variabel-variabel penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian diidentifikasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dibandingkan dengan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMK Buddhist Manjusri yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah degan memerapkan gaya kepemimpinan partisipasi.

Abstract

This study discusses a mathematical model for the transmission of influenza virus in the human body. The mathematical model used is the SITR model. As an effort to inhibit the influenza virus, the model is considered as herbal treatment therapy.The purpose of this study was to analyze the stability of the equilibrium point of the mathematical model of the influenza virus in the human body with herbal medicine therapy. The method used in analyzing the problem is literature study. The steps taken are determining the problem, literature study, analysis and problem solving and drawing conclusions. As a result of the research, the model obtained is. . From this model, there are two equilibrium points, namely the disease-free equilibrium point and the endemic equilibrium point. The analysis carried out resulted in the basic reproduction ratio number . After analyzing the two equilibrium points, it can be concluded that the disease-free equilibrium point will be locally asymptotically stable if . Meanwhile, the endemic equilibrium point will be locally asymptotically stable . Furthermore, to illustrate the model, a model simulation is carried out using the Maple.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of risk management in MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan Model. Risk management aims to manage these risks so that we can obtain the most optimal results. In this study, researchers used descriptive research methods. This research method is a method that seeks to reveal the facts of an event, object, activity, process, and human as it is at the present time or a period of time that is still possible in the respondent's memory. The research location is at MAN 2 Model Padangsidimpuan which is located at Jalan Sutan Soripada Mulia No. 29. The results show that the development of risk management in MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan Model is the entire Madrasa risk management process that must be monitored, and if necessary modifications are made. In this way, the system can react dynamically, changing according to existing conditions. Monitoring is carried out through ongoing management activities, separate evaluation of the Madrasah risk management process is a combination of the two.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of mathematics modules based on Higher Order Thinking Skills to increase student learning independence at SMK YPK Medan. The mathematical logic module developed is feasible to use and has met the valid, practical and effective criteria. The method used in this study is a Research and Development method with define, design, develop, disseminate. The results of the research that have been carried out show that the module developed is valid. This is based on the results of four different validators in terms of material, language, and design with an average score of 4.0 and are in the valid category. Practicality is obtained from the results of student questionnaires with an average score of 58.47 and is in the practical category. The effectiveness is obtained from the results of increasing student learning independence on the first trial test of 68.3 and on the second trial test of 81.65 which is included in the effective improvement category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of the 3D Cabri application had an impact on student learning outcomes in studying prisms of building materials or not. This research is quantitative research with experimental research methods and True Experimental Design in the form of a Pretest-Postest Control Design. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Jorlang Hataran. The samples used in this study were students of classes VIII-4 and VIII-8, each of which amounted to 32 people. The instrument used is an essay test with 5 items that have been tested for feasibility. Data collection techniques in research are through observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using Liliefors test for the normality test, Fisher's test for the homogeneity test, and a t-test for hypothesis testing. After the two sample data are declared normal and homogeneous, it can be continued with hypothesis testing. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the use of Cabri 3D had an effect on student learning outcomes in the material of building prisms at SMP Negeri 1 Jorlang Hataran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Gaya Mengajar Personalisasi Guru berpengaruh Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Kelas V SD Negeri 065011 Medan Selayang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V C SD Negeri 065011 Medan selayang. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi dijadikan unit sampel yaitu 30 orang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa menggunakan Gaya Mengajar Personalisasi Guru termasuk kategori baik sekali dengan rata-rata  81,86.  Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,200 lebih besar dari 0,05. Maka sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji normalitas Kolmogorov-smirov di atas jika 0,05 maka Ha diterima (berdistribusi normal) dan jika taraf signifikan yang diperoleh 0,05 maka Ha tidak diterima (tidak berdistribusi normal). Pada pengujian kolerasi, nilai koefisien sebesar 0,665 artinya rhitung ≥ rtabel 0,361. Maka terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Gaya Mengajar Personalisasi Guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SD Negeri 065011 Medan Selayang. Hasil pengujian uji-t dimana   ≥  yaitu 4,708 1,697 sehingga Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar Personalisasi Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada mata pelajaran matematika Kelas V SD Negeri 065011Medan Selayang Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022.
