Background of Study: Hypertension is one of the main causes of mortality and morbidity in Indonesia, hypertension treatment can be done pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically, to get low side effects, use complementary therapy, namely music therapy in lowering blood pressure, namely classical, Mozart music and instrumental music. This study aims to determine the effect of music therapy on reducing blood pressure. Methods: This study was conducted to collect data on several types of music therapy to lower blood pressure. This research done with collect from several research results to know as much information as possible from data obtained through Google Portal Garuda (IPI), while the research instrument used was observation sheets from journal articles that have been previously researched, namely classical music therapy and insrumental music. Results: Classical music therapy, Mozart music and instrumental music can reduce blood pressure. From the three types og music therapy, classical music therapy was the most effective. If it was done regularly so that music therapy can be used as non-pharmacological therapy to reduce blood pressure, and there was one journal which states that there was no effect of music therapy on effectiveness. Conclusion: Three music therapies that have been compared, the most effective music therapy for lowering blood pressure was classical music therapy. For this reason, it is expected to apply nursing interventions to patients with hypertension by using complementary therapy, namely music therapy. Keywords: Music therapy, hypertension

There were 20 respondents for sampling. The instrument data used questioner to measure knowledge, attitudes and actions about behavior change. Analysis data used Wilcoxon statistical test. Results: For statistical test knowledge indicators p-value = 0.055 (˃0.05), this showed that the alternative hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. As for the attitude indicator, the statistical test value of p-value = 0.025 (˂0.05) and the indicator of statistical test action p-value = 0.004 (˂0.05), this showed that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Conclusion: Health education through audio visual aid (AVA) can influence the behavior of obese patients. Keywords : health education, audio visual aid (AVA), obesity

Abstract

Background of Study: Chicken is a food ingredient with high nutritional value that is consumed by  community, the high nutritional value of chicken meat makes it a food ingredient that is susceptible to biological hazards. One of the microbes that contaminate chicken meat is Salmonella Spp. These bacteria cause disease by food borne transmission and are mostly pathogenic. This pollution is caused by the environment, handling and marketing errors. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk factors for contamination of Salmonella Spp. on Broiler Chicken sold at Banguntapan MarketMethods: This research method was quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population of all chicken traders in the Banguntapan market. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using the Chi Square Test. Results: The results of data analysis, there was a significant influence between environmental factors on Salmonella Spp contamination on Broiler Chicken with a p value of (0.033 0.05). There was a significant influence between Hygiene factors and seller activity on Salmonella Spp contamination on broiler meat with a p value of (0.013 0.05). There was a significant effect between the pH factor on Salmonella Spp contamination on broiler chicken with a p value of (0.0100.05). There is no significant effect of temperature on Salmonella Spp contamination on Broiler Chicken with a p value of (0.3510.05)Conclusions: Risk Factor in this research, there was a significant influence between the selling environment, hygiene and seller activities, and pH on the risk of Salmonella Spp contamination in Broiler Chicken (Gallus gallus domestica), and there was no significant effect between temperature and contamination of Salmonella Spp. on Broiler Chicken (Gallus gallus domestica) at Banguntapan MarketKeywords: Salmonella Spp; broiler chicken; Gallus gallus domesticus

Abstract

Background of study: The Covid-19 pandemic has had a psychological impact on students, especially teenagers. The limited learning activities, the opportunity to meet friends and the limited means of supporting distance learning infrastructure bring their own burdens for students. This is often causes complaints such as anxiety, boredom, wanting to meet friends, worrying about the family's economic condition. Those are some indicators that there has been a stressful condition for students. This usually occurs in teenager students aged 13-14 years, who are still unstable emotionally and not enough yet to facing a problem. The purpose of this study is to increase the knowledge of teenager students about stress management through education. Methods: This research was an experimental type with a one shot case study design and the subject of 30 students. Results: The results showed that the average knowledge of students was 76.3. Hypothesis testing with an independent t-test of one sample showed a significance value of p = 0.026 at p = 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, it means that the lowest level of student knowledge was 73 (with value = 73).Conclusion: This indicates that education is an important point that needs to be considered, with a good understanding of how to manage stress. It is hoped that the level of stress experienced by students during the Covid-19 pandemic can be reduced. Keywords: Level of knowledge; Education; Stress Management
