Abstract

This study aims to determine the social values ​​contained in the novel "Barata Yudha" by Sunardi D.M. Then studied using qualitative methods in an Islamic perspective. The object of the objective is clear in the novel "Barata Yudha" itself, and the main sources of the Islamic perspective used are the Qur'an and hadith. The research technique used is reading the whole novel, looking for data in the form of social values ​​in it, collecting data, studying it with an Islamic perspective sourced from the Qur'an and hadith, and drawing conclusions. It turns out that Islam is indeed a perfect religious teaching, this is evidenced by the various rules in it which include social values ​​from novels with historical backgrounds of other religions.

Abstract

In general, premarital marriage guidance is carried out by the District Office of Religious Affairs, but the reality is different from Lubuklinggau, the implementation of marriage guidance is carried out at the Ministry of Religion Office. In addition, divorce in Lubuklinggau is quite high, ranging from 1,200 cases. This research is a qualitative research with a field research method and uses a statute approach or a law approach. This study concludes that, firstly, premarital marriage guidance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lubuklinggau City was held quite well, that the participants who were guided did not include the total number of prospective brides who registered at KUA because it adjusted the Budget Dipa/RKA-KL and there were no other policies. The implementation is flawed because many informants have not been educated. The divorce that occurred in Lubuklinggau may be caused by other factors such as economic factors, social factors and so on.

Abstract

The reason for opposing polygamy is because it is considered to have many negative effects and is considered to discriminate against women. While those who agree, argue that Islam does not prohibit polygamy, under certain conditions polygamy is one solution to overcome household problems. This research is a library research. So based on the results of the research the authors conclude that the sirri polygamy practiced by the community today does not contain mashlamat because: first, sirri polygamy is legally flawed, both religious law and state law; second, polygamy sirri does not achieve the purpose of marriage in sharia, namely so that human life in this world is full of peace and love; third, sirri polygamy is detrimental to women and their offspring.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the normative law of marriage guardians for children born to pregnant women out of wedlock (this study focuses on the opinion of Imam Syafi'i) and to find out the views of the Sukakarya District community regarding guardianship of children born to pregnant women out of wedlock. This research is field research and library research. This study concludes that according to Imam Syafi'i the guardianship of a child resulting from adultery where there is no right for the biological father to marry off a child resulting from adultery the Prophet cancels the nasab relationship by way of adultery in Islam, does not recognize the nasab relationship with him after the arrival of Islam, then guardianship of the child out of wedlock the result of a pregnant woman out of wedlock if the child is going to marry then the guardianship falls on the guardian of the judge.

Abstract

This study focuses on the concept of monotheism education based on the thoughts of Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab. This study uses library research methods (Library Research). primary data sources which include books written by Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab. Tawhid education according to Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab, he classified monotheism into three parts, namely the monotheism of Rububiyah, the monotheism of Uluhiyah, and the monotheism of Asma` wa Nature. The relevance of monotheism education in Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab's perspective with the current model of Islamic education. Meanwhile, Islamic education is currently changing the dualism system into scientific integration (general science and religious science) to create generations of Muslims who have intellectual intelligence in science and religion.

Abstract

Principal leadership is one of the factors that can encourage schools to be better. The leadership in question is leadership with the ideal type. In general, there are still schools whose leadership type is still not ideal. So that the school they lead is still not able to progress and develop. For example: principals are still less able to maintain school facilities; the principal has not been able to create a conducive school culture and atmosphere; principals are also less able to involve school personnel to be active in various activities at school; the principal has also not been able to direct the teachers to compose and develop the syllabus and lesson plans (Learning Implementation Plan); principals tend not to involve teachers in school committees for decision making. There are still many things that need to be addressed from the leadership of the principal. it is the author's interest to reveal how the ideal type of leadership figure is?

Abstract

The development of education is undergoing a rapid, dynamic transformation with technological advances in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This change is felt by the teaching and learning process at SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau implementing 4.0-based learning in its application that has not been maximized and the existing technology is not used as well as possible. This study uses a qualitative approach with this type of research being field research, interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Analysis technique according to Miles and Humbersman. The findings of the first research, the implementation of PAI learning at SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau still uses conventional methods, complete learning resources, delivering appropriate and clear material. Second, the efforts of teachers in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 to master learning technology by using smartphones for online learning. Third, the supporters are facilities and infrastructure, internet network, focus, and learning resources. The obstacle is that students feel pampered by technology that is instant and easy to access, students are lazy to read in detail.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the subsystem of Islamic education in National Education, with the aim of looking at the existence and the basis of education for the implementation and recognition of Islamic education as a sub-system of national education which is assumed to be a product of dichotomy and discrimination. This type of research is a literature study with a qualitative description by analyzing and interpreting the data. Islamic education has the right to gain legitimacy to develop in meeting the educational needs of Muslims who are the majority in Indonesia and the State's appreciation of Islamic education that has been going on since the birth of Islam such as kuttab, halaqah, suffah, and madrasah, through Law No. 2 of 1989 and Law No. 20 of 2003, namely for the first time Islamic education became a national education subsystem and as a solution in responding to the challenges of the times and answering the problem of discrimination and the dichotomy between education under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of Education and Culture although until now Islamic education is still feeling it, such as the refusal of ASN to PGMI Alumni at the Ministry of Education and Culture while PGSD Alumni can walk under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

National education aims to increase faith, piety, and noble character, which is an aspect of the basic needs of all citizens, in the education process students should receive a strong educational formulation of religious values. This study aims to explore the formulation of national education attainment comprehensively and find new models, or postulates about the formulation of spiritual education based on spiritual intelligence in achieving the main educational goals, namely the achievement of the level of faith, piety and noble character of students. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data sourced from secondary data, namely library data, interview data and field data related to the topics we discussed. While the secondary data aims to support the main data. Data collection techniques collect relevant documents and conduct interviews with related subjects, while data analysis is through data collection, data reduction, data display, verification and data presentation. The results show that the achievement of national education goals in practice has not holistically developed the potential of students, but is more dominant in developing the nature of the mind including cognitive, affective, psychomotor with the Intellectual Quotient (IQ) paradigm approach, Emotional Quotient (EQ), Spiritual Quotient (SQ) so that the educational outcomes meet the legal formalities, while the behavior deviates from the educational outcomes that are not in line with the main national education goals, namely increasing faith, piety and noble character. This illustrates that the attention to the application of the spiritual education dimension of students based on transcendental philosophy is still not focused. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate transcendental-based spiritual education, namely Ruhiologi Quotient (RQ) to be understood by educators and students holistically to guide the IQ, EQ, SQ intelligence paradigm for the achievement of holistic educational goals.

Abstract

Journalism is considered as the act of collecting, preparing, compiling, changing, and conveying or disseminating news to the general public through certain media channels. As web time appeared, newscasting faced new difficulties. Rushing at a unique pace, different editorial standards, for example, confirmation entered the stage of redefinition. Another test is the emergence of content assertiveness that puts news broadcasting into small but deep spaces such as scientific reporting, job news coverage, entertainment news casting, design news casting, and travel industry news casting. As an industry, the religious travel industry will not be known by the general public and the possibility of explorers assuming it does not blend and advance sufficiently and widely. In addition to using the correspondence techniques and practices shown, religious tourism locations can also be conveyed through news. What is the procedure for writing encouraging news to advance travel industry objections? This diary proposes a travel industry editorial writing model that can deliver compelling writing results through the development of standard 5W 1H recipes (what, who, when, where, why, and how) and generous content changes tailor-made for travel industry outreach reasons for religious tourism.
