Abstract

This study examines the emerging concept of leaderpreneurship in higher education through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. By analysing 162 documents from 128 sources published between 2014 and 2024, this research explores the convergence of leadership and entrepreneurship in academic settings. The findings indicate significant growth in leaderpreneurship research, with an annual increase of 4.14%, highlighting distinct patterns in both theoretical development and practical implementation. Key themes identified in the analysis include entrepreneurial leadership development, institutional transformation, and ecosystem building within higher education contexts.

Abstract

Occupational skin diseases present significant challenges to workplace health, impacting both productivity and quality of life. The integration of telemedicine and artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed dermatological care by facilitating remote consultations, enabling early diagnosis, and supporting continuous monitoring. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital health solutions, underscoring their potential to enhance accessibility and efficiency in occupational dermatology.AI-driven innovations, including machine learning algorithms and wearable technologies, have further improved diagnostic accuracy and patient management. However, challenges such as healthcare disparities, technological limitations, and workplace-specific factors continue to hinder widespread implementation. This review explores the evolving role of telemedicine and AI in managing occupational skin diseases, highlighting key challenges, emerging opportunities, and policy considerations for enhancing workplace health outcomes.

Abstract

Resilience among health workers refers to their ability to withstand and adapt to pressure. Such pressure can arise in crisis and disaster situations, including pandemics, natural disasters, or conflicts. As the frontline providers of healthcare services, health workers frequently encounter both physical and mental challenges that can affect their performance. Previous research has identified several factors influencing resilience, including mental health, institutional support, and resource availability. However, efforts to enhance resilience still face various research gaps, particularly regarding the implementation of effective strategies, especially in developing countries. This review aims to analyse the factors influencing health worker resilience, evaluate evidence-based strategies for strengthening resilience, and identify challenges and solutions in the Indonesian context. The findings suggest that a holistic approach - encompassing individual, institutional, and policy interventions - is essential to address key challenges, such as burnout, resource disparities, and limitations in training. This study seeks to contribute academically by expanding the literature on health worker resilience, providing a foundation for future research, and offering practical recommendations to improve educational policies and health workforce management. Specifically, the findings of this narrative review can support universities in integrating resilience concepts into health curricula and disaster preparedness training programs.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) health system in addressing claim discrepancies in relation to health service standards in Indonesia. As a social security administration agency, BPJS Health faces various challenges concerning claim discrepancies, which can impact the quality of healthcare services provided to the community. Health insurance claims refer to submissions made by healthcare facilities to BPJS for reimbursement of healthcare service costs. These claims are submitted collectively on a monthly basis, accompanied by supporting documents. Upon submission, the claims undergo a verification process conducted by BPJS Health verifiers, whose role is to assess the accuracy and completeness of the administrative accountability for services provided to patients. Following claim verification, the insurer at the healthcare facility receives one of four claim status outcomes: eligible claim status, ineligible claim status (pending), post-claim verification status, or disputed claim status. This study employs a normative juridical research method, involving the collection and analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The findings reveal several factors contributing to claim discrepancies, including hospitals’ and healthcare professionals’ limited understanding of claim procedures, as well as inefficiencies in BPJS Health’s monitoring and evaluation system. The study also highlights that claim discrepancies often have a negative impact on patient satisfaction and the overall quality of healthcare services. To enhance the effectiveness of the BPJS Health claims system, improvements are needed, including systematic reforms, increased dissemination of information, targeted training programs for healthcare workers, and the strengthening of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. These measures will contribute to improving the efficiency and reliability of healthcare services in Indonesia.

Abstract

Unergonomic sitting positions and prolonged sitting duration can negatively impact workers' sleep quality and productivity. Various studies indicate that extended sitting is associated with sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), decreased heart rate variability, and an increased risk of other chronic diseases. To address these issues, ergonomics-based interventions—such as active workstations, dynamic work patterns, and increased physical activity during working hours—are recommended. Recent scientific literature highlights the importance of implementing strategies to prevent sleep disorders through interventions related to sitting posture, ultimately promoting workplace health. This aligns with the university's vision of supporting worker well-being, particularly in health, through an evidence-based approach. The findings from this review are expected to serve as a foundation for developing sustainable occupational health policies, particularly in workplace settings. This review examines the ergonomic impact of prolonged sitting on office workers' sleep quality and explores preventive measures to mitigate associated risks.
