Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Satisfaction on Employee Performance, mediated by Employee Loyalty and Employee Engagement, among manufacturing sector employees in Jakarta. Data were collected from 266 respondents using purposive sampling. Descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing were conducted using AMOS software version 26. The results indicate that Employee Satisfaction positively influences Employee Loyalty, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance. Additionally, Employee Loyalty and Employee Engagement both positively influence Employee Performance. Regarding indirect effects, Employee Loyalty partially mediates the relationship between Employee Satisfaction and Employee Performance, while Employee Engagement also partially mediates this effect. The managerial implications suggest that management can improve employee performance by providing training to meet employee needs, ensuring employees apply what they have learned at work, fostering ongoing communication and involvement, and motivating employees to feel confident in their tasks.

Abstract

This study develops a strategic marketing plan for Remedies Postpartum Care Center in Jakarta, Indonesia, addressing the growing demand for specialized postpartum care services. The postpartum period is a critical phase for mothers, often accompanied by physical, emotional, and mental health challenges, yet comprehensive care services remain limited in Indonesia. The research aims to enhance brand awareness, build customer loyalty, and ensure financial sustainability by identifying target markets, customer needs, and effective marketing strategies. Using a mixed-method approach, the study combines qualitative and quantitative data, including surveys, interviews, and market analysis, to formulate a marketing mix strategy 7Ps framework (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence). Results reveal that Remedies caters to diverse customer segments through tailored One Stop Solution and Partial Solution packages, supported by digital marketing strategies such as social media campaigns and a dedicated mobile app. Revenue projections indicate significant growth, from IDR 5.17 billion in Year 1 to IDR 23.46 billion in Year 5, demonstrating the financial viability of the proposed plan. The study concludes that a customer-centric approach, combined with personalized services and digital tools, can effectively address the underserved postpartum care market, ensuring long-term success and improved maternal health outcomes.

Abstract

Tax planning and tax management are strategies used by companies to optimize tax obligations to improve financial efficiency and minimize tax risks. This study aims to identify research gaps and understand the relationship between tax planning, tax management, and tax strategies on financial performance. The method used in this research is Sistematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing 25 academic literatures from scientific databases such as Garuda, Sinta, ResearchGate, MDPI, and Springer in the 2020-2025 publication period. This study highlights tax regulations, corporate governance, financial transparency, and industry characteristics that influence tax strategies. The results reveal that there are inconsistencies in the results of previous studies, especially regarding the effect of tax planning and earnings management on tax strategies. Some studies find that tax planning can improve financial performance, while other studies show that aggressive tax strategies risk reducing financial transparency and stability. In addition, it was found that external factors such as tax policy, corporate governance, and international regulations have a significant role in shaping corporate tax strategies. This finding confirms that the effectiveness of tax strategies does not only depend on internal corporate factors, but is also influenced by regulatory dynamics and macroeconomic factors. This study has limitations in the scope of the literature analyzed, so future studies are expected to expand references and deepen the analysis of tax strategies in various industrial sectors and different jurisdictions.
