Abstract

Temuan dalam peneliti ini ada tiga, yaitu: (1) perencanaan bimbingan guru untuk menumbuhkan percaya diri anak berkebutuhan khusus dibuat berdasarkan karakteristik, kondisi nyata yang dimiliki peserta didik dan didokumentasikan berdasarkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran harian dan silabus; (2) pelaksanaan bimbingan guru dalam menumbuhkan percaya diri anak berkebutuhan khusus yaitu dengan melakukan tiga kegiatan yaitu, kegiatan awal, inti dan penutup. Pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbingan dilakukan dengan beragam strategi, metode, media, dan alat pembelajaran; (3) evaluasi bimbingan guru dalam menumbuhkan percaya diri anak berkebutuhan khusus dilakukan secara bertahap dan berjenjang, dari evaluasi harian, bulanan sampai dengan evaluasi semester. Bentuk evaluasi guru dapat dilakukan dengan teknik lisan maupun tertulis. Penilaian tersebut mencakup penilaian pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan.

Abstract

Abstract

Teacher performance is the level of work success accomplished by a teacher with the skills and expertise in carrying out the task in accordance with the task. Teachers are instrumental in the teaching and learning process. The teacher's  performance  can be influenced by the leadership in the Madrasah, with the transformational leadership delivered by the head of the madrasah. The problems in this research are how the  Teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the head of the  Kabanjahe Schoolis the transformation? How is the performance of Guru in kabanjahe Madrasah tsanawiyah? Is there a teacher perception relationship about the transformational leadership of the head of Madrasah with the teacher performance at the  Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Kabanjahe?. The purpose of this research is  to know the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the head of Madrasah in the  state madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe,  to know the performance of the teacher in the state madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe,  to know the relationship of teacher perception about transformational leadership of Madrasah head with teacher performance in  madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe.  This Research is a quantitative study conducted in the  Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri kabanjahe. The number of samples in this study was 30 teachers. Data collection is done using a poll to find out the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head and teacher performance. The analysis in this study uses correlation analysis. The results showed that the teacher's perceptual relationship to the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head was in a   very strong category of  8.1% against the teacher's performance. Based on the results of the analysis is known that the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head  is a positive and significant relationship  to the teacher's performance, the proven  pearson corelation value (0.284) is greater than the significant value of 0.128.

Abstract

Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; 1) Peran guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar sangatlah baik, sehingga minat belajar mereka untuk belajar dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatkan belajar khususnya di sekolah SUPMN Ladong Aceh; 2) Peran guru merupakan sangat penting dalam melakukan sistem dalam mengajar hal ini yang paling utama adalah melakukan suatu proses dimana belajar di outdoor sangat berbeda, dikarenakan memiliki perbedaan yang cukup jauht erhadap sistem saat belajar.

Abstract

Abstract

Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas IV MIS AL-HASANAH Medan mulai dari pelaksanaan pra tindakan hingga siklus II. (1) Hasil pra tindakan menunjukkan rata-rata nilai individu adalah 25%; (2) Pada siklus I menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dimana secara individu siswa adalah 55%; (3) Hasil siklus II rata-rata mencapai 80%; (4) Kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penerapan strategi inkuiri adalah; (a) Kesulitan mengontrol kegiatan dan keberhasilan siswa; (b) Sulitnya merencanakan pembelajaran oleh karena terbentur dengan kebiasaan siswa dalam belajar; (c) Guru kurang mengaplikasikan melalui teknologi.

Abstract

Objectives in this study to describe the concept of character education in the movie Super 30. The research, which is a library research using the primary data source of the film Super 30 Vikas Bahl in 2019. Thus the method of data collection is documentation research Methode, while the analysis of data using content analyze from the contents of the film, then poured in a qualitative descriptive consisting of three activities, namely data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion retrieval as well as data verification. The results of this study pointed out that (1) the concept of character education developed in the film Super 3 applies the value of modesty, responsibility, discipline, compassion, friendship, independence, hard work, and cooperation; and (2) methods used include methods of advice, habituation, and Solicit.
