Abstract

This research discusses the message in Poetry for the Indonesian People, a of poems from Korean poets. The aim of this research is to convey the message in Poetry for the Indonesian People, a collection of poems from Korean poets. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this research are words or sentences contained in Poetry for the Indonesian People, a collection of poems from Korean poets. The data collection techniques used to obtain research data are documentation, reading, listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used is a content analysis technique by reading, analyzing, describing and concluding the contents of the message in Poetry for the Indonesian People, a collection of poems from Korean poets. The results of this research are that there is a message in Poetry for the Indonesian People, a collection of poems from Korean poets, in the implicit and explicit form of the 3 poems that were analyzed.

Abstract

Intrinsic elements are elements of a fictional story that are directly within, become part of and help shape the existence of the story in question. The intrinsic elements contained in a fictional story are intended to form a story. One of them is the intrinsic element contained in Athar's novel Cinta Dalam Ikhlas. This research aims to describe the intrinsic elements contained in the novel Athar Cinta Dalam Ikhlas. The research method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative. The analytical technique used in analyzing the novel Athar Cinta Dalam Ikhlas is the listening and note-taking technique. The instruments used in this research were the researchers themselves and data inventory tables as supporting instruments. The results obtained in this research are intrinsic elements (1) the theme of a journey of love full of secrets from god’s destiny (2) backward plot because the character”i” in the story tells his journey and lift experisinces (3) the setting in the roam, yerd, cemetery, schools. Night, morning, afternoon settings. The setting is a sad, silent, tense, and uncertain atmosphere (4) story building characters with 2 main charakters (athar and Ara) and 4 supporting characters (Mama, Pak Farhan, kang Zein, and Mamat) and 5 implied message never forget good because everything that happens which is our destiny is all his will.

Abstract

The song belongs to the literary genre in which poets and writers have used words to convey their emotions. These heartfelt declarations and the lyrics' commentary on duties and love between humans represent culture in day-to-day living. Toba batak songs from the dorman bead feat rany symbolon album many contain cultural values. This study used a qualitative, descriptive methodology that made use of textual content. The data completed in this study consists of data obtained from the quotes from the fi fi album dorman manik feat rany symbolic. Based on the results of research, it can be summed up in ten songs in almeans dorman manik feat rany symbolon discovered cultural values (a) cultural values in human relations with god (b) cultural values in human relations with nature. Abstract

This research aims to describe the accuracy of word choice or diction in Denny Sumargo's podcast. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source in this research is Denny Sumargo's podcast in December 2022-January 2023. The data collection technique for this research is using document techniques. The instrument used in this research is a human instrument, namely the researcher himself, with his knowledge, collects data based on understood criteria regarding word choice or diction contained in Denny Sumargo's podcast. The results of this research prove that there is the use of words with denotative and connotative meaning, the use of words with synonymous meaning, the use of euphemisms, the use of words with generic and specific meaning, and the use of words with concrete and abstract meaning.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of the talking stick learning model on the ability to identify the content of descriptive text in class VIII of Batam 40 State Junior High School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Normality test provisions use the Kolmogrov-Smirnov formula. Judging from the significance of the pretest data, it is 0.001 < 0.05, so the data is not normally distributed. In the posttest results, the data had an abnormal distribution with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. It was concluded that the data was not normally distributed, so non-parametric tests were used for hypothesis testing. After carrying out normality and homogeneity tests to see whether the data was influential or not, the researcher carried out a hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon test to obtain Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) amounts to 0.001. The test decision value is 0.001 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion of the research is that there is an influence of the talking stick model on the ability to identify the content of descriptive text of class VII students at State Junior High School 40 Batam for the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the explanation above, it is concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. The talking stick learning model can have an influence on increasing the ability to identify the content of descriptive text for class VII students.

Abstract

Di Kabupaten Banyuwangi terdapat balita stunting sejumlah 4.367 dari 10.7840 balita. Pemicunya dari pasangan dari pernikahan dini, kurang paham pola asuh anak, kondisi ekonomi, kualitas gizi ibu saat hamil, dan kurangnya asupan gizi pada bayi. Keseriusan Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi mencegah dan menurunkan stunting di buktikan dengan kebijakan dalam bentuk Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi nomor 7 tahun 2018 dan Peraturan Bupati Banyuwangi nomor 39 tahun 2021. Kebijakan tidak akan efektif jika tidak diinternalisasi oleh aparaturnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsi, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasi upaya aparatur pemerintah dalam implementasi pencegahan dan penurunan stunting. Metode yang digunakan berprinsip pada deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer dari hasil wawancara, dan data sekunder dari hasil kajian studi pustaka dan berbagai peraturan yang relevan dengan subtansi penelitian. Hasil: kepatuhan aparatur terhadap kebijakan pencegahan dan penurunan stunting berdampak pada: (1) pengawasan pada lingkungan masyarakat terdampak stunting; (2) terbentuknya hubungan sosial sehingga masyarakat memberi respon cepat pada masyarakat terdampak stunting; dan (3) terbentuknya masyarakat sehat dari satu generasi ke genarasi selanjutnya. Simpulan dari penelitian ini: Partisipasi masyarakat pada program pencegahan dan penurunan stunting di Banyuwangi perlu ditunjang dengan peningkatan kualitas aparatur dalam menginternalisasi kebijakan tentang pencegahan dan penurunan stunting.

Abstract

To achieve a guarantee, certainty and legal order, the beneficial owners of the foundation must play a role and be responsible in the form of openness and accountability to the State by carrying out ownership reports. This is a form of implementation Presidential Decree No 13/2018. In addition, to create transparency in the context of preventing and eradicating criminal acts of money laundering and terrorist financing This type of research in legal writing is normative legal research (normative legal research) or doctrinal legal research. The approach method used is a conceptual approach (conceptual approach), namely the study departs from the views and doctrines that have developed in legal science. The role and responsibilities of beneficial owners in foundation legal entities, both when first established and already in operation, are required to comply with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 13/2018, namely conducting an ownership report. This ownership report needs to be disclosed because there is potential for abuse of power within the foundation. Principles and accountability in foundation management are very necessary to ensure that foundation organs carry out their duties solely to achieve the foundation's social goals and not for other purposes in order to realize good governance within the foundation

Abstract

This article discusses a portrait of the development of educational institutions during the Japanese occupation in Indonesia in 1942-1945. The aspects of education include the level of education, the language of education, access to education, the cover and contents of textbooks, types of subjects, infrastructure, students and teachers, the heritage of semi-militaristic education, and the general goals of Japanese education in Indonesia. This research is important to find out the continuity regarding the heritage of Japanese education that still alive today. This research uses a historical method that includes four main stages, which are heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data collection techniques use literature studies (library studies) in the form of books, theses, journals, and articles. The research results show that educational principles during the Japanese occupation tended to be contradictory compared to education in the Dutch colonial era. Education in Indonesia during the Japanese occupation was no longer discriminatory but inclusive (open to all people). The education of the Japanese occupation was not intellectualistic but rather semi-militaristic which prioritized physical fitness and agility. Education became a means of mobilization and a means of indoctrination in makes people who were ready to support the victory of Japan's war against the Allies in the Pacific and make Japan the leader of Greater East Asia.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the comparison of Standard Clauses regulations in Indonesian and New Zealand consumer protection laws. This research is normative legal research, in which this research obtains data from primary legal materials, including legal principles and legal norms contained in laws and regulations within the consumer protection sector in Indonesia and New Zealand, supported by secondary legal materials in the form of books, journals, articles, papers, previous research related to research problems. The results of this study indicate that there are notable differences between the regulations for the use of Standard Clauses in Indonesian and New Zealand consumer protection laws. These differences are observed in several aspects, such as the terminology used, the determination process for prohibited Standard Clauses, the legal implication of the use of Standard Clauses, and the legal accountability for business actors who include Standard Clauses prohibited by the law. Indonesia uses the term "Standard Clauses", while New Zealand uses the term "Unfair Contract Terms”. In Indonesia, it is illegal for business actors to include Standard Clauses that fulfill the provisions mentioned in Article 18, Paragraph (1), and Paragraph (2) of the UUPK. If such clauses are included, they are declared null and void by law. On the other hand, in New Zealand, if a business includes an Unfair Contract Term in a consumer contract, the court can cancel it upon request by the Commerce Commission or the affected consumer.
