Abstract

Abstract Actor relations in determining policies for the Education City area in Majene Regency. This study examines actor relations in determining the education city area in Majene Regency involving actors with various interests. Policy determination lies in the central position of the various political actors themselves, that the validity of any public policy determination process cannot be understood thoroughly without understanding the processes that occur, where actors interact with each other. The urgency in this research is related to why Majene is used as an educational city and how the interactions between actors in forming networks include and safeguard their interests. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. To obtain the data needed for this research, internet surfing and field research were carried out. The analysis technique used in this research uses the Miles and Haberman model, namely: Data Reduction, Data Display (Data Presentation), and Drawing Conclusions Keywords: Actor relations, policy determination, Education City, Majene Regency.

Abstract

The writing of this article aims to discuss the role of the Jami Ilir Mosque located on Jl. Diponegoro, Ilir, Gunungsitoli City, Nias. The Jami Ilir Mosque is the oldest mosque in Nias Regency which was very influential in the spread of Islam on the island of Nias, the first mosque was founded in 1115 H, with buildings still made of wood. Due to the increasing number of worshipers the mosque building was enlarged but still half concrete, in 1970 the construction was carried out again with a fully concrete foundation. Development continues because of the increasing number of worshipers. In addition to the place of worship, the jami ilir mosque is also used in several activities such as, a place for Islamic education for children, a place for deliberation of the Kings who lead, meeting halls and others. Some activities are still running until now such as, a place of study and a place for Islamic holidays. Despite not being a Muslim- majority area, Gunungsitoli city can still coexist with adherents of religions outside Islam. In some villages there are also families who follow Islam. Although no longer in its original form, the Jami Ilir Mosque is still known as the first mosque in Gunungsitoli and its name remains as historical evidence of the entry of Islam on Nias.

Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights as common property must be shared in principle When a divorce occurs, both in a cumulative lawsuit or a stand-alone lawsuit, but in practice it is not well understood or known in judicial practice in Indonesia, and even still seems foreign. In fact, referring to Article 35 of Law Number 1 of 1974 stipulates that every property acquired during the marriage period is common property, including Intellectual Property Rights, because it is a material right of a part of intangible objects. In the research, the author uses the normative law research method. The issues described were regarding the Judge's Consideration in the West Jakarta District Court Decision No. 1622/Pdt.G/2923/Pa.Jb and discussed the copyright qualification for Virgoun's song as joint property in marriage. From the results of the research, the judge's consideration in the West Jakarta District Court Decision No. 1622/Pdt.G/2923/Pa.Jb is appropriate because in its consideration the Panel of Judges uses reference to the relevant laws and regulations and the Copyright of the Virgoun Song can be legalized as Joint Property in Marriage based on Article 35 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Effectiveness of The SISUMAKER Application Implementation in Electronic Archive Management at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of West Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative, using the Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP) technique. The results of this study indicate that the analysis from several aspects for The Effectiveness Of SISUMAKER Application Implementation In Electronic Archive Management At The Regional Office Of The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights Of West Sumatra includes, from the aspect of adaptation, most employees are able to use the SISUMAKER application, but some employees in UPT are still unable to utilize it. Then, from the aspect of integration, the SISUMAKER application is effectively integrated into each division. From the aspect of motivation, the SISUMAKER application greatly facilitates employees in the process of distributing or disposing of incoming and outgoing letters. Lastly, from the aspect of production, incoming and outgoing letters, as well as other archives, are managed effectively and efficiently but sometimes encounter obstacles due to network and system issues from the central office. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of the SISUMAKER application include occasional problems from the central system or the Data and Information Center (PUSDATIN), facilities and infrastructure experiencing damage or not functioning properly, a lack of features that hinder the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters, a lack of understanding among some employees in utilizing the SISUMAKER application, and some employees who are not competent in using the application. Finally, the solutions undertaken to improve the effectiveness of the SISUMAKER application implementation include providing guidance and monitoring in the use of the application at each UPT, maintaining and strengthening the application system and improving facilities and infrastructure, proposing the addition of features to PUSDATIN that are deemed necessary to expedite the management of incoming and outgoing letters on the SISUMAKER application, and conducting quarterly surveys on the effectiveness of the SISUMAKER application usage.

Abstract

Lontar Yusup is an ancient manuscript that lives textually because it is still copied continuously in the form of handwriting and also lives Mocoan from the Javanese language which means reading. Therefore, some artists and the government of Banyuwangi Regency made a breakthrough in attracting the interest of the community and the younger generation to the cultural tradition of Mocoan Lontar Yusup by organising training for the younger generation. The purpose of this research is to be an important contribution to the development of effective cultural strategies, provide an understanding of the character values that exist in mocoan lontar, and ensure the continuity of a cultural heritage that is very valuable to the people of Banyuwangi. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used is the theory of cultural inheritance by Edgar H. Schein. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study show that the application of Schein's theory in cultural preservation carried out by the Kemiren community is how they are more selective about the times so that many outside developments can reduce the sense of concern for tradition, one of which is this mocoan lontar tradition. With the existence of the community and the creation of a schedule for reading the Yusup lontar manuscript, the theory conveyed by Schein is very appropriate in shaping the character of the osing community. Mocoan members after participating in mocoan activities experience spiritual improvement and character values and feel the impact or blessing

Abstract

This research was motivated by a problem discovered by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi, Lubuk Pinang Village, there were still several inequalities that occurred which were not in accordance with community expectations. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) carried out by PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi to pay attention to environmental conditions and community welfare and to find out what factors influence them. This research is included in the field research category with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The research results show that PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi has indeed implemented Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), in this case the company has carried out various kinds of social activities towards the environment and society, but there are still several shortcomings and obstacles in the process. Apart from that, there are factors that influence the implementation of PT Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, seen from supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factor is the synchronization between the proposals from the buffer villages and the CSR program which works together to implement the CSR program of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi in improving the welfare of the community in Lubuk Pinang village. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor that is an obstacle is that CSR which is realized is not yet significant for society.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the significance of increasing students' learning motivation through the provision of group guidance services to students of SMAN 3 Baubau. This research used quantitative method, with pre-experimental design using one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Baubau with the research subject of class XI students who have low learning motivation category. The population in this study totalled 48 students. Sampling through nonprobability sampling technique with the technique of determining the number of samples through purposive sampling. The number of research samples is 8 students who have low learning motivation. The posttest results consisted of 5 students with a percentage of 62% in the medium category and 3 students with a percentage of 38% in the high category and there were no low category students. In the Ranks Uiji Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks data shows that negative ranks or negative differences between pre-test and posttest results are 0 in the N value, Mean Rank and Sum of Ranks. On positive ranks the results of the pres test posttest show 8 on the n value, mean ranks or an average increase of 4.50 and sum of ranks with a value of 36.00. While the level of similarity in the pretest and post test scores is 0, where the value of 0 is said to be no similarity in the pres test and posttest scores. It can be concluded that group guidance services are effective in increasing students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

Pelayanan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh suatu organisasi yang menyangkut kebutuhan konsumen, dengan pelayanan yang baik masyarakat akan merasa puas, dengan demikian pelayanan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam upaya menarik minat konsumen untuk menggunakan barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan Penerbitan Surat Izin Magang di Pusdiklat PT Semen Padang dengan harapan pengguna jasa/pelanggan, peneliti menggunakan tiga komponen teori Morgan dan Murgatroyd yaitu. “Segitiga keseimbangan dalam kualitas pelayanan” yaitu komponen interpersonal, komponen lingkungan prosedur atau proses, dan komponen teknis atau profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi kualitatif atau desain pseudo kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode simple research design (SRD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Proses Penerbitan Surat Izin Magang yang dilakukan oleh Pusdiklat PT Semen Padang cukup baik dengan mempertimbangkan keseimbangan teori yang digunakan, proses pelayanan yang berjalan juga cukup sesuai dengan SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) dan standar pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang perlu diperhatikan, salah satunya adalah kenyamanan ruang tunggu bagi para pelamar magang yang datang untuk mengurus izin magang.

Abstract

This research discusses the History of the Fourth Century Church Council and its Relevance for GMIM. The research method used is a qualitative method with a historical approach. The aim of this research is so that congregations can learn about the history of the fourth century church council and its relevance for GMIM. It is hoped that the results of the research will provide the congregation with an understanding and knowledge of the history of the fourth century church council and its relevance for GMIM. To be able to grow, develop and learn from history and become a congregation that continues to be a blessing. The conclusion obtained is that the GMIM, which is a member of the church, must continue to be updated and reformed so that it can understand the church council of the fourth century and can be a lesson for the church today.
