Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and describe financial management in improving the quality of education in the Nur Masithah Sampang Playgroup. The research method was carried out qualitatively with a case study approach. Data collection techniques by interviewing school principals, teachers, students and parents; documentation techniques; and observation techniques. Data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique with source and technique triangulation. The results showed: (1) financial management: (a) acquisition of education funds: educational operational assistance funds from the Ministry of Education and monthly student fees. (b) use of education funds for: school administration, assessment and implementation of learning and play, honorarium, subscriptions to resources, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, admission of new students, library development, health administration, iqra', photocopying, office stationery, print and study tours. (c) distribution of education funds: from the Ministry of Education to schools and forwarded to treasurers (for funds from the Ministry) and from parents to teachers and forwarded to treasurers (for monthly contribution funds). (2) the impact of financial management: management runs smoothly, educational needs are met, learning goes well

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected almost all aspects of life, especially in the financial industry sector, namely banking. The direct impact includes three dimensions of risk, namely increasing non-performing financing on credit risk, decreasing value of Islamic Bank securities on market risk, and bank capital on liquidity risk. The purpose of this study was to compare the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia during the Covid-19 pandemic using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) approach. This research is quantitative research that is used to answer problems with certain variables and is classified as comparative research with secondary data sources. The results of this study show that based on the Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) approach, Bank BTPN Syariah has been resilient during the Covid 19 pandemic with a good profit level. While the two Malaysian Sharia Banks showed a decline in financial performance, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad was quite successful in maintaining financial performance. The Covid 19 pandemic has had quite an impact on Islamic banks in Indonesia, which have financing portfolios with sizable mudharabah musyarakah contracts which are quite large compared to Islamic Banks having financing portfolios with smaller mudharabah musyarakah contracts

Abstract

This paper discusses appropriate strategic alternatives in optimizing cash waqf products in Hasanah Waqf. This paper departs from the existence of several obstacles faced by Wakaf Hasanah as a collector of cash waqf so that this product has not experienced a significant increase. In this study the authors used SWOT analysis to determine internal factors and external factors related to the application of these products and appropriate alternative strategies. The results showed that the appropriate strategic alternatives were developing cash waqf operations through pilot projects, establishing business partnerships with other parties, approaching waqif candidates both religiously and socially, creating products with new innovations that could become a source of funding for business units; cooperate with regulators to increase public trust in waqf institutions, improve the quality of nazhir and increase socialization and education of cash waqf to prospective waqif (community).

Abstract

This study aims to make women more aware of their role as social beings. Most among women only know their role as housewives, but many education experts consider this to be incorrect because women have a major role in education. Prophet Muhammad, once said that the first upbringing of a child lies in a mother. This role was once played by a hero mobilizing education for a woman, namely R.A Kartini, who rebelled against the ignorance experienced by women. In addition, Hamka has the perspective that the role of women greatly influences one's success. Therefore, this thesis, entitled The Role of Women in Hamka Education, uses the library search method. By using the library search research method, this research is classified as Library Research (library research) with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques by collecting data or materials related to the theme of discussion and problems taken from library sources

Abstract

Leadership style is a characteristic of a leader who sits on his throne. Every leader will have a different leadership style. This research will try to analyze the leadership styles of prophets Moses and Pharaoh contained in the Old Testament Bible, the Qur'an, and ancient manuscripts. It is very interesting to combine the leadership styles of prophets Moses and Pharaoh which are full of complexity and then applied in character education. It aims to provide new nuance for educators to implement leadership styles in character education. a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach used in this research and collaborating comparative method to get a comparison of leadership styles that should be used as a basis and which should not be used as a basis for an educator. Prophet Moses and Pharaoh can be likened to positive and negative things. How not, if you hear the name Pharaoh it will lead to a negative paradigm. However, there are several leadership styles of Pharaoh that can be imitated. 13 leadership styles can be practiced in character education and there are 6 leadership styles that should not be exemplified for students. The results of this study can make the motivation of educators in improving their leadership style in teaching

Abstract

There is a learning process at SMK Negeri 71 Jakarta that has not used learning media that is easy to understand and apply, one of the learning media that is easy to apply is Microsoft power point. This study aims to calculate and analyze how much influence learning media has on students' motivation at SMK Negeri 71 Jakarta. This research method is a correlation method. The sample of this study were 35 students, namely all students of class XI RPL 2. The data collection used a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the data analysis in this study used the product moment correlation formula, namely that there was an influence of learning media on students' critical thinking skills of 0.834 or 83.4% with an interpretation of moderate. Then the results of the correlation value significance test show positive and significant results by comparing r_xy and r tables of 5% and 1%. Based on this comparison, the results of the 5% and 1% r tables are 0.344 and 0.442. then r_xy ≥ r table 5% and 1% which means the null hypothesis or Ho is rejected and the alternative hypothesis or Ha is accepted and the results indicate that there is an influence of learning media on students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of human resource management to improve the quality of education in tertiary institutions, human resource management is analyzed in the dimensions of forming human resource management consisting of knowledge, skills, and personality of lecturers which are associated with the quality of education in tertiary institutions, the research was conducted on students at the Al-Barokah Islamic High School. The study was analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis, from the results of the study for human resource management factors, namely the knowledge, skills, and personality of lecturers that have a positive and significant influence on improving the quality of education, the highest factor can be seen from the knowledge of lecturers and followed by other factors, namely knowledge of lecturers has an influence of 53.2%, the personality of the lecturer is 24.4%, and the skills of the lecturer are 10.4%. From the results of the study, it was concluded that improving the quality of education in tertiary institutions can be carried out with good human resource management, by identifying dimensions or forming factors that can provide a positive and significant role or influence, it is hoped that this will be able to provide real changes in efforts improving the quality of education in terms of managing human resources in tertiary institutions. For this reason, universities need the right strategy in providing changes to the quality of human resources so that they will be able to improve the quality of the learning process which will ultimately be able to improve the quality of education

Abstract

The first 1000 days of a child's life is the golden age. In this period, various potentials develop in children. Among them, physical abilities, cognitive, affective, language, arts, social, emotional, moral, self-concept, independence, discipline, and religion. Independence and discipline are important parts of the concern of the Montessori method. In the Montessori method, adults provide full freedom and support for children's independence, through various types of activities. Children are allowed to observe and intervene in the types of daily activities, so that children will be more interested, responsible and concentrate on the tasks they are doing. So, in the end the child will achieve the character education process through the daily activities that have been carried out. In this study, we will briefly describe the combination of Islamic concepts and Montesori methods, especially for building character education, especially independence in children. The primary source in this study is the writings of Maria Montessori which have been translated into Indonesian entitled The Absorbent Mint "A Mind that Absorbs Easily", the Qur'an and Al Hadith. The results of the discussion in this paper are that it is hoped that parents can apply a number of things that help develop children's character education, such as: accustoming them to carrying out activities independently, teaching monotheism, telling what is haram and halal, instilling faith in Allah SWT, teaching worship , be honest, brave and always grateful as well as, be disciplined, but most importantly parents are expected to be a good whole example in every child's activity, because children are like sponges who easily absorb everything and imitate all behavior

Abstract

The focus of this study is to examine parenting styles that are limited to one type of parenting, namely permissive parenting. This study aims to determine the influence of permissive parenting on interpersonal intelligence in adolescents. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method of correlational analysis. Using a questionnaire instrument distributed to 31 samples from 100 total adolescent populations in Rw. 007 Jl. Petojo Enclek, Central Jakarta. The questionnaire instrument amounted to 20 positive and negative statements on each variable X and Y. This study showed the results that there was an influence but very weak or low on permissive parenting on adolescent interpersonal intelligence, this proof came from the ro rt hypothesis test with ro results of 0.113 then the results were smaller than the "rt" significant level of 5% of 0.367 and a significant level of 1% of 0.470 and a coefficient of determination of 0.13 or 13%. Thus, the results of this study show that the influence of parenting, especially permissive parenting, has a very weak or low correlation with adolescent interpersonal intelligence with a value of 0.113 or 11.3%.

Abstract

This research discusses the concept of a learning society and its implementation in the development of Islamic education. The concept of a learning society focuses on changing the mindset and behavior of society obtained through the improvement of education quality and adequate access to education for all segments of society. Recommendations for the development of Islamic education include improving the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Islamic education programs, as well as providing adequate facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative methodology and employs techniques including literature review, interviews, surveys, and observations. This combination of techniques will help to obtain valid and accurate data and result in conclusions that can be held accountable. The results of this research will ensure the success of Islamic education programs. Overall, the results of this research will make a significant contribution to the development of Islamic education as part of a learning society. This will strengthen and enrich the concepts and strategies for the development of Islamic education, and help to improve the quality and access of education for all segments of society
