Abstract

This study aims to make women more aware of their role as social beings. Most among women only know their role as housewives, but many education experts consider this to be incorrect because women have a major role in education. Prophet Muhammad, once said that the first upbringing of a child lies in a mother. This role was once played by a hero mobilizing education for a woman, namely R.A Kartini, who rebelled against the ignorance experienced by women. In addition, Hamka has the perspective that the role of women greatly influences one's success. Therefore, this thesis, entitled The Role of Women in Hamka Education, uses the library search method. By using the library search research method, this research is classified as Library Research (library research) with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques by collecting data or materials related to the theme of discussion and problems taken from library sources

Abstract

This research is motivated by the critical role of work culture and climate in enhancing the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the educational sector. The primary objective of the study is to analyze and describe the work culture and climate at Senior High School (SMA) 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon, Banten, through an Al-Qur'an perspective. This study employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing a thematic (maudhu'i) interpretation approach for Qur'anic analysis combined with exploratory field research. Data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that a productive work culture and a harmonious climate are achieved by implementing four holistic elements derived from Qur'anic signals: integrity (al-amanah), professionalism (al-itqan), responsibility (al-mas’uliyah), and exemplary leadership (al-qudwah). The findings suggest that the integration of Islamic values—such as honesty, loyalty, and mutual respect—significantly increases employee motivation and organizational performance. The study concludes that synergizing religious values with professional duties creates a sustainable and inclusive educational environment, positioning SMA 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon as an inspirational model for other institutions in Banten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa coaching perilaku kognitif dalam pelatihan kepemimpinan administrator efektif diterapkan melalui penggunaan metode GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will). Optimalisasi metode ini dilakukan melalui konsistensi pelaksanaan, integrasi nilai, serta refleksi diri yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan ini membantu individu dalam merumuskan tujuan secara jelas, memahami kondisi nyata, mengeksplorasi berbagai alternatif solusi, serta membangun komitmen kuat untuk bertindak, sehingga mendorong perkembangan pribadi dan profesional secara sistematis. Dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an, penerapan metode GROW selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam, seperti penetapan tujuan yang bernilai ibadah, kesadaran dalam memahami realitas kehidupan, upaya mencari solusi terbaik berdasarkan petunjuk Ilahi, serta komitmen yang tulus dalam bertindak. Integrasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dalam proses coaching memberikan penguatan makna dan motivasi, sehingga pelatihan tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi juga menjadi sarana pembentukan karakter dan pencapaian kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Temuan penelitian ini sejalan dengan konsep coaching yang dikembangkan oleh John Whitmore melalui model GROW. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengkritisi pendekatan Michael Bungay Stanier dalam The Coaching Habit yang dinilai belum memberikan panduan teknis yang sistematis, sehingga menyulitkan coachee dalam mengidentifikasi tantangan, meningkatkan kompetensi, dan mencapai tujuan coaching. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan coaching perlu disertai dengan proses pembiasaan (self-culture) hingga terbentuk nilai diri (self-value). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode tafsir maudu’i untuk mengkaji ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an secara tematik dan komprehensif sesuai dengan dinamika permasalahan kontemporer.
