Abstract

This study analyzes customer reviews and influencer reviews on purchase intention and their impact on purchase decision at Shopee as a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 385 respondents who have shopped for fashion products at Shopee, with data analysis using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that customer reviews have a significant positive influence on purchase intention, as do influencer reviews. Trust moderates the relationship between customer reviews and purchase intention, but does not moderate the relationship between influencer reviews and purchase intention. Purchase intention has a significant positive influence on purchase decisions, while customer reviews have no significant influence on purchase decisions, and influencer reviews have a significant positive influence on purchase decisions. This illustrates the importance of customer and influencer reviews in influencing purchase intention and purchase decision, as well as the role of trust in amplifying the influence of customer reviews on purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract Learning while playing is very important for young children aged 5 – 6 years. The game "Role Play" (maze) understanding the direction of the road is carried out "learning by doing" with the child's full direct involvement in the real world. All challenges of difficulty in understanding directions through the implementation of games (mazes) can be overcome in stages in the child's cognitive realm. This is a aspect of ability related to aspects of knowledge, reasoning and thought. This is where the ability to imagine and think intellectually in the cognitive realm will be created. It is possible to observe various very detailed things through the child's visual power in his visual spatial scope. Difficulties that are increasingly complex from understanding directions through games (maze) train children to solve problems by finding solutions to the problems they face. Realized through a sense of enjoyment by playing directly in the real world, through expanding cognitive and visual spatial abilities. The game (maze) of understanding directions that children actually do in the field feels fun and is always done with great joy. Besides that, the game also improves children's development in the form of motor, cognitive, language, emotional and social creativity of children, so that the results obtained, that the game "Role Play" (maze) in children aged 5-6 years can directly improve understanding of directions.). Abstract

The goal of the study is to determine how the profitability of the Shariah general bank (BUS), which is anticipated to provide a return on assets, is impacted by fee-based income, spread for income, and financing to deposit ratio. (ROA). Descriptive quantitative research is the term for this kind of study. Data from the SBH, FBI, FDR, and ROA BUS for the years 2015 to 2022 are used as secondary data in the form of time series or time rows. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) website's Statistics of the Shariah General Bank provided the information. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample for this investigation (based on criteria). Six Shariah General Banks (BUS) with OJK registration, namely BJBS, BMI, BMS, BSB, BCAS, and BTPN shariah, were utilized as samples. The study's findings demonstrate that the financing to deposit ratio, fee-based revenue, and spread for income collectively have a favorable and significant impact on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia banking at the Sharia General Bank in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to find out and see how the role of society and local government participation in the development of the tourism sector in Bukit Lawang. This research uses qualitative method with research noted during field observation and interviews conducted by the author to informants. Sample in this study used a puposive sampling technique while attention to the availability of the society to become research informants. The result of this study indicate that the current development if the Bukit Lawang tourist attraction shows the local government is not optimal gave attention to the potential of Bukit Lawang. Including first, the road infrastructure to Bukit Lawang still verry bad. Second, there is no availability of facilities. Third, the lack of implementation of education and training at the Langkat Regency tourism office for the development of human resources in the tourism sector. Forth, the lack of cooperation between the local government and the community to hold meetings both formally and informally with the aim of developing Bukit Lawang. Abstract

Abstract The research conducted discussed the role of the creative economy through UMKM in realizing sustainable tourism in Bahorok District. This research is a qualitative research, namely a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. The method used in this research is library research, namely a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of the research conducted show that the creative economy through UMKM contributes to realizing sustainable tourism in Bahorok District, the creative economy provides opportunities for individuals to generate added value through works and contributes to economic growth. The creative economy and tourism can create mutually beneficial synergies and create a positive economy and increase the attractiveness of an area as a tourist destination by utilizing the uniqueness of local culture and creativity. Apart from that, there are also several ways to support sustainable tourism through a creative economy that is managed through MSMEs, namely: 1) Promotion of local culture; 2) Development of local products and services; 3) Innovation and Collaboration; 4) Increased participation of local communities; 5) Homestay and local accommodation; and 6) Environmental preservation. Abstract

With attitude towards usage as an intervening variable, this study intends to determine the link and influence of perceptions of utility, usability, and risk to interest in using mobile banking services. (Study on Mahasiswa in Sumatera Utara Using Bsi Mobile). The study employs an associative quantitative methodology to explain how perceptions of utility, usability, and risk affect interest in utilising mobile banking services, with attitude towards use serving as an intermediary variable. The study is titled "Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Uin Sumatera Utara Pengguna Bsi Mobile." Primary data came from questionnaires that respondents themselves filled out, while secondary data came from books, journals, research findings, practical work reports, and information linked to the author's research topics. The population for this study will consist of all 25.188 North Sumatra students from 2019 to 2022 (https://sumut.bps.go.id). There will be 99 participants in this study. The study's findings indicate that the Attitude Towards Using in Using Mobile Banking Services is significantly influenced by the Usability Perception variable. Abstract

Business continuity in information technology services is starting to become a concern for many industries, along with these developments making employees look for job opportunities to be able to have a career in IT companies. In addition, employees who have the intention to change jobs consider several other factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of co-worker relationships, job mismatch, work-life balance on job satisfaction and turnover intention in Information and Technology Service Companies in West Jakarta. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire and library research. This study has a sample of 100 respondents which is the entire population of employees of an Information and Technology Services Company in West Jakarta using a saturated sampling technique as a sampling technique. Structural equation model (SEM) method with AMOS software version 22. The results of this research show that co-worker relationships have a positive effect on job satisfaction, job mismatch has no effect on job satisfaction, while work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, then job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has made the business world provide more innovative services in reaching a wider range of consumers, one of the systems that is expected to support these efforts is the Cash On Delivery (COD) service with the hope that it can support purchasing decisions. The results of the study found that there is a positive direction coefficient from Cash On Delivery on purchasing decisions, with the ability to explain Cash On delivery to purchasing decisions worth a strong correlation (R). The partial hypothesis test (Test) t shows a positive and significant effect of the Cash On Delivery variable on purchasing decisions. This means that Cash On Delivery is able to support the decision of consumers to make purchases when these consumers do not have a digital payment system, such as mobile banking, shoope pay, funds and so on.

Abstract

Kota Jakarta merupakan kota dengan populasi penduduk yang padat dan juga padat bangunan, sebagian besar berupa bangunan hunian, sedangkan ruang terbuka hijau dan ruang terbuka biru belum memadai. Proporsi hamparan bangunan hunian tapak lebih dominan dibandingkan hunian vertikal. Tipe kawasan hunian tapak dapat berupa kawasan tertata maupun tidak tertata, banyak diantaranya berupa bangunan hunian tapak padat penduduk, kumuh, dan bahkan liar. Banyaknya kawasan hunian kumuh dan liar menjadi salah satu faktor peningkatan Pulau panas perkotaan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak kawasan kumuh dan liar sebagai salah satu faktor peningkatan Pulau panas perkotaan di DKI Jakarta pada studi kasus Kampung Pojok Muara Baru yang berada diatas perairan teluk Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer dengan pengamatan lapangan serta kajian data sekunder dari peta citra satelit, dianalisis menggunakan teori Pulau panas perkotaan. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa dampak konfigurasi bangunan dan jenis tutupan lahan pada kawasan hunian tidak tertata dan kumuh menjadi salah satu faktor peningkatan Pulau panas perkotaan karena minimnya vegetasi, aliran angin terhambat, panas matahari terserap dan terperangkap, serta terhambatnya fungsi badan air serta tercemar oleh limbah domestik rumah tangga. Solusi atas permasalahan tersebut adalah kebijakan relokasi lahan, pengembalian fungsi badan air serta penataan kawasan pesisir.

Abstract

This study examines Corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the mining industry in Indonesia, which often results in negative impacts on the environment and society. This study specifically targets publicly listed companies in the mining sector on the IDX during the years 2021-2022. The identified population consists of 59 mining companies. Purposive sampling is employed to select the sample, resulting in 25 mining companies being chosen as the research sample. The study involves observational data collected over two years, namely, the years 2021-2022, comprising a total of 50 observation data points. Secondary data used are derived from the annual reports of mining companies registered on the IDX for the period 2021-2022. The dependent variable in this study is CSR disclosure, while the three independent variables include environmental performance, media exposure, and profitability. The research approach is quantitative analysis, utilizing various quantitative analysis techniques to evaluate the strength of relationships between the dependent and independent variables within the study. The analysis results indicate that profitability has a positive influence on CSR disclosure, while environmental performance and media exposure do not exhibit significant impacts.
