Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach which uses a number of previous studies as a reflection of the old to form an element of novelty in future research . The data that researchers used was obtained from 300 Muhammadiyah students spread throughout Indonesia who already had smartphones. The data obtained was distributed through an online questionnaire containing 5 choices of statements for questions, namely statements of strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree, and normal/so-so. The data used was analyzed using the Samrt PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Live Streaming Engagement variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Continuous Watching Intention. This can be proven because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.006. . This is because Live Streaming's collaboration can make live creativity continue to increase with new innovations and new objects that can make live streaming viewers not bored and decide to watch live continuously. Apart from the results of the first hypothesis above, in the second row of the third table the path coefficients in this study show similar results if the Electronic-Word of WOuth variable can moderate the influence of the Live Streaming Engagement variable on Continuous Watching Intention because the P-Values value is positive and is at below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, is more significant than the direct assessment of 0.006. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted. Keywords: Live Streaming Engagement, Continuous Watching , Electronic-Word Of Mouth

Abstract

Abstract As we know, Indonesia is an agricultural country whose main income comes from the agricultural sector. Indonesia's position in the equatorial region and tropical climate makes Indonesia a country with megabiodiversity. Indonesia has a variety of regional conditions with agricultural management techniques according to the needs of farmers in the region. Smart farming 5.0 which utilizes artificial intelligence has become a mainstay for the Indonesian Government in the current digital era. Smart farming 5.0 can encourage farmers' work so that agricultural cultivation becomes measurable and integrated. Farmers can cultivate without depending on the season but through mechanization. The planting to harvesting process can be carried out accurately starting from labor, planting time and the harvesting process. Several smart farming technologies such as blockchain which can make it easier to track the supply of agricultural products for modern off-farm farming, agri drone sprayer (drone spraying pesticides and liquid fertilizer), drone surveillance (drones for mapping land), soil and weather sensors (soil and weather sensors) , smart irrigation system (smart irrigation), Agriculture War Room (AWR), Siscrop (information system) which have been implemented in several areas. The varying levels of education of farmers, the phenomenon of aging farmers, the high cost of Smart Farming technology tools are the biggest obstacles for farmers in implementing Smart Farming. This article aims to analyze the magnitude of the role of Smart Farming 5.0 to utilize the potential of millennial farmers as actors and analyze various government policies to support the implementation of Smart Farming 5.0 as an effort to create Indonesian food sovereignty. Abstract

Abstract Agriculture is an important sector for Indonesia. Because around 30% of the population works in the agricultural industry. Currently, agricultural conditions in Indonesia are facing challenges due to climate anomalies. Unpredictable climate changes, shorter growing seasons, an increase in pests and diseases and these conditions have an impact on increasing production costs while yields are not optimal. Climate change is one of the obstacles in increasing plant productivity. The negative impacts of extreme global climate change include the degradation of land and water resources, damage to agricultural and irrigation infrastructure, the emergence of floods and droughts, and increased attacks by pests and plant diseases. Therefore, farmers need knowledge and farming skills that are adaptive to climate change or what is known as Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA). Climate Smart Agriculture is a useful approach to guide the actions needed to transform and reorient agricultural systems to effectively support development and ensure food security in conditions of climate change. CSA technology focuses on climate resilience and food security with the main objectives being: 1.) Increasing agricultural productivity and income in a sustainable manner, 2.) Adapting and building food security to climate change, 3.) Reducing and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions (Mitigation), 4.) Optimizing the use of various resources. So it is hoped that optimal results will be obtained in the agricultural sector. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The researchers use research data in the form of secondary data obtained from a number of credible sources such as scientific articles, books and a number of other sources that are credible and commonly used in research. These data were analyzed using analytical tools with stages of data collection, data selection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of audit quality, auditor turnover, and operational complexity on the duration of audit reports, with a particular focus on the moderating role of board gender diversity. The research conducted is quantitative in nature and utilizes secondary data. The population under study consists of manufacturing companies that were listed on the IDX between 2019 and 2021. The data collection process employed a purposive sampling technique, utilizing annual financial report data obtained from either the IDX or the company's website. The overall sample size consisted of 276 individuals. The research employed multiple regression analysis and MRA utilizing SPS version 25.0 as the data analysis approach. The findings derived from the conducted tests indicate that there is no significant impact of auditor changes and the complexity of firm operations on audit report lag. However, it is observed that audit quality has a detrimental effect on audit report lag. The moderating effect of board gender diversity on the relationship between audit quality, auditor turnover, and the complexity of firm operations on audit report lag is found to be ineffective Keywords : audit quality, auditor changes, complexity of firm operations, audit report lag, board gender diversity

Abstract

Abstract

Keywords: Fenomenologi, Masyarakat pesisir, Pengalaman kebahagiaan, & Suku Bajo. Abstract: This research aims to explore the experience of happiness in the coastal communities of the Bajo Tribe. This research was conducted using a descriptive phenomenological approach, which attempts to see how participants interpret events in their lives. Data collection was carried out through interviews with the Bajo community spread across several regions. Participants came from three different areas, namely the Bajo Mola community, the Bajo Lamanggau community, and the Bajo Islands community in Banggai. The results of this research show that the experience of happiness is closely related to the fulfillment and actualization of one's identity as a sea person or Bajo community who have physical and social characteristics that are different from other communities; carrying out cultural rituals, which are also a tradition of asking for protection from sea spirits, is the way to achieve happiness; and "Lao ilu elung" (the sea is life) are the main themes that describe the meaning of happiness. The sea and the Bajo people are two entities that cannot be separated. Recommendations for further research explore specifically the stereotypes and self-identities that shape the concept of happiness and their integration into the implementation of local value-based education in Bajo society.
