Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of experiential festivals on visitor satisfaction at Sekaten Yogyakarta ceremony with perceived value as a mediating variable. The population of this study is tourists who have visited Sekaten Yogyakarta ceremony for the last two years and a sample of 150 domestic tourists was obtained. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale through Google Forms. Moreover, the method used in this study is quantitative analysis with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) which was processed by the Smart-PLS software. The variables of this study are festival experience consisting of sacredness and placeness as the independent variables, visiting satisfaction as the dependent variable, and perceived value as the mediating variable. Furthermore, the examination was executed on seven hypotheses which was found that sacredness and placeness affect perceived value positively and significantly. In addition, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on visiting satisfaction. In addition, sacredness and placeness have positive and significant effects on visiting satisfaction hence perceived value partially mediates between festival experience, which are sacredness and placeness, and visiting satisfaction.

Abstract

The investigation at SAMSAT Bantul explores the impact of tax awareness, tax knowledge, tax penalties, and service quality on motor vehicle tax compliance. The collected information was analyzed using SPSS version 21, applying multiple linear regression methods. A questionnaire was implemented as a data collection instrument and involved 155 respondents as sample subjects. The study revealed that the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers is significantly influenced by tax knowledge and tax penalties. On the other hand, no substantial effects were observed from tax awareness and service quality on the compliance levels investigated. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach which uses a number of previous studies such as the five mentioned above as references for finding new variations in the research being carried out. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the annual reports of the Central Statistics Agency from 2004 to 20024 for 20 years. The researchers analyzed these data using the Samrt PLS 4.0 analysis tool with several stages, namely validity testing, reliability testing, and path coefficients which determine whether the hypotheses used in this research can be accepted or not. The result in this article show that the investment variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on economic growth because the P-Values have a positive value and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.013.. This means that the more stable, large and well-utilized Indonesia is, the better the economic growth will be. In contrast to the research results above, in the second row of the third table the flow coefficients in this research show different results if the Government Expenditure variable does not have a positive and significant influence on Economic Growth because the P-Values are not below the 0.05 significance level. This means that the greater the Government Expenditure, it does not affect Economic Growth at all because there are still many other factors and variables that need to be considered, such as Good Corporate Governance variables, Education variables, HDI, and so on which make sense in influencing Economic Growth. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this research can be accepted and the second hypothesis in this research cannot be accepted. Abstract

Di tengah dinamika era digital, perusahaan startup di Kabupaten Karanganyar menghadapi tekanan yang meningkat untuk berinovasi dan bersaing secara efektif. Dalam upaya untuk tetap relevan dan berhasil dalam pasar yang semakin kompetitif, strategi pemasaran yang adaptif dan efisien menjadi hal yang utama. Salah satu pendekatan yang diakui untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran adalah melalui integrasi strategi akuntansi manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan strategi ini dapat membantu meningkatkan Return on investment (ROI) dalam konteks perusahaan startup di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi praktik dan persepsi terkait dengan integrasi strategi akuntansi manajemen dalam perusahaan startup. Melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemimpin dan manajer perusahaan startup yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Karanganyar, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data mengenai penggunaan strategi akuntansi manajemen terintegrasi dalam konteks pemasaran digital. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan untuk memahami peran dan dampak strategi ini dalam meningkatkan ROI pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi akuntansi manajemen terintegrasi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan ROI pemasaran perusahaan startup di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Meskipun tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kompleksitas integrasi sistem masih ada, penggunaan strategi ini secara efektif dapat menghasilkan keuntungan yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan pemasaran digital. Kesimpulan ini memperkuat pentingnya integrasi antara fungsi akuntansi dan pemasaran dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital, serta memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan startup untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pemasaran bisnis yang dijalankan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. Abstract

Research on the factors that influence the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand image on attachment to festival destinations with brand loyalty as an intervening variable at Solo Great Sale can provide a clear picture of the factors that influence consumer interest in returning to visit the festival. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. Hair et al. (2012) recommend the minimum number of research samples between five and ten times the number of variables or indicators of the questions being studied. In this study, there are 29 indicators so the recommended sample size is around 290. To mitigate the potential for invalid questionnaires, or in case of constraints, this study expanded the sample size to 313 participants. Data was collected via Google Form in questionnaire format, and there were a total of 313 responses. The results of the analysis show that brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty at Solo Great Sale. Brand awareness and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on destination attachment at Solo Great Sale.Brand image and brand loyalty have no positive and significant effect on destination attachment at Solo Great Sale.Brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand image have no positive and significant effect on destination attachment with brand loyalty as an intervening variable. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely making a number of previous studies related to Per Capita Expenditure, Human Development Index, and Poverty like a reference mirror which is used as the main source in finding elements of novelty and research gaps in the research being carried out. The data used in the research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the annual reports of the Central Statistics Agency from 2017 to 2024 respectively. Researchers analyzed these data using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool in several sequential stages, namely validity testing, reliability testing and path coefficients. The result in this researc show the Per Capita Income variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Poverty variable because the P-Values value is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.008. This is because the greater the per capita expenditure, the more people's consumption costs will increase and in the end it will bring people closer to the brink of poverty and even into it. Apart from that, in the second hypothesis which can be seen from the second row of the third table, the Path Coefficient can be concluded if the Human Development Index variable cannot strengthen the influence of the Per Capita Expenditure variable on Poverty because the higher the Human Development Index makes people smarter and less willing to spend their money on things. which is not urgent. These results were obtained from the P-Values which were above the significance level of 0.232. Thus, the first hypothesis in this research can be accepted, while the second hypothesis cannot be accepted. Keywords: Per Capita Expenditure, Poverty, Human Development Index

Abstract

PT X is a company that operates in trading textile fields that sells fabric for Muslim’s fashion in Indonesia. As a trading company, the marketing employee position is one of the key positions. However, in 2023 there will be a decline in sales due to the employees occupying these positions not having competence in the field of marketing. It can be avoided if the recruitment process has reference documents, namely competency standards. This research aims to address the issues of the insufficience of competence in sales marketing employees in PT X who are unable to achieve company sales targets. The fact that competency standards are really needed as a basis for employee development and recruitment, therefore in this research, competency standards were formulated using the Spencer competency dictionary with the steps from regional model competency standard (SKKNI). This research was conducted in a descriptive qualitative supported by a literature study to explore and strengthen the phenomenon that happens in PT X. The research results show that sales marketing positions require various competencies such as achievement of orientation level 5, initiative level 4, concern for order level 4, information seeking level 5, customer service orientation level 6, relationship building level 3, and interpersonal understanding level 3.

Abstract

Superior human resources are very necessary in the current era of globalization. Therefore, it is very necessary for human resources who have superior talent in an organization or company. This aims to provide an understanding related to the innovation process of employee recruitment and selection in order to obtain competent human resources. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results obtained in this research are that in the employee recruitment and selection process an organization can apply things such as being able to to analyze needs, appling competency tests to be a key elemnt in the selection process, conducting an interview process, being a critical stage where companies evaluate, not only technical skill, in the selection process, setting high standart by ensuring that the selection team consists of members perents, further minimizing the risk of value gaps and building trust, conducting reference and background checks on prospective employees, as weel as a trial for 3 months or conducting in-depth interviews. The implication of implementing selection and recruitment is ensuring human resources ar in accordance with the needs and demands of the business environment.

Abstract

This Research aims to see the influence of bloking technology on the efficiency and security of financial transaction, with a case study in the banking industry in Indonesia. The method in this research uses a combination approach, including analytical and descriptive approaches. The result of this research are that the use of this technology provides significant benefits in terms of safety and operational efficiency. This blokchain technology can increase transaction security and reduce the risk of fraud, besides that it can strengthen data integrity so that transactions are more efficient. This blokchain technology can increase transaction security and increase the trust of customers and banking authorities.

Abstract

The development of the global world has now entered the era of society 5.0, with advances in technology making financial management easier. The aim of this research is to determine the financial behavior carried out by the millennial generation in the era society 5.0 in terms of financial knowledge and financial attituted, which wiil help the millennial generation to be wiser in managing their finances. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research, financial behavior can be seen from financial knowledge and financial attitude. In determining or determining attitudes in financial management, this can be done so that it will make it easier for students in the era of society 5.0 with advances in technology to organize and manage their finances. With this, it is necessary to increase students’ understanding of financial literacy. This aims to enable students to make decisions about technology-based financial management and wil make students’ lives easier in the era of society 5.0, which will enable students to manage finances effectively and afficiently in the era of society 5.0.
