Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Equity, Social Media Marketing, and Brand Trust on Customer Loyalty to Lux Soap products in Semarang City. Tight competition in the personal care industry, especially soap, requires companies to not only maintain product quality, but also build customer trust and loyalty through brand equity and effective marketing strategies. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method distributed to 145 respondents who are Lux Soap users. AMOS software was utilized to facilitate the application of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique for data analysis. The results of the study indicate that Brand Equity and Social Media Marketing have a positive and significant effect on Brand Trust, which in turn increases Customer Loyalty. This study contributes to the development of more effective marketing strategies through a deeper understanding of the relationship between brand equity, social media marketing, and brand trust in increasing customer loyalty. The practical implication of this study is that companies need to strengthen their presence on social media and build strong brand equity to increase customer trust and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence corporate taxpayer compliance at KP2KP Banjarnegara. Taxes are a very important source of state revenue to finance government spending and the development of public facilities. Taxpayer compliance is one of the crucial aspects in achieving the tax revenue target. In this study, the focus of the variables studied includes understanding tax regulations, tax audits, and tax sanctions, and how these three variables affect the level of compliance of corporate taxpayers. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of corporate taxpayers registered at KP2KP Banjarnegara. The results showed that understanding tax regulations has a significant influence on corporate taxpayer compliance. However, tax audits and tax sanctions do not have a significant effect. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that a better understanding of tax regulations can increase the level of compliance of corporate taxpayers. Meanwhile, audit efforts and sanctions need to be evaluated to be more effective in improving tax compliance in the Banjarnegara area. Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of total quality management on the satisfaction of Hajj pilgrims at the Ministry of Religion, Bengkulu Watuk City. To test this, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS. From the results of the research and discussion, it was found that total quality management does not have a significant influence on the satisfaction of Hajj pilgrims from the Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this studi was to describe a marketing mix based on sharia marketing in increasing visitors to the Kumayan Island tourist attraction, Bengkulu City. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the research concluded that the Kumayan Island tourist attraction has implemented the 7p marketing mix but there are 2 elements that have not been implemented perfectly, namely the place related to distribution which has not involved third parties to collaborate with tourism managers and physical avidence where the physical facilities provided are not yet adequate. from road access which is often flooded, toilets (WCs) which are only in the parking area, to wooden prayer rooms located above swamps are very vulnerable to use. The marketing carried out by the managers is also carried out in accordance with sharia, starting from the absence of any element of usury in the marketing, in all aspects it is carried out without coercion (consensual), free from defective goods and also free from false promotions. By implementing a sharia marketing mix, managers can increase visitors as proven by visitors who always come to visit more than once.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the accountability for handling general election violations at the General Election Supervisory Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2019 using Koppel Theory which includes indicators of transparency, liability, control, responsibility and responsiveness. This research uses a qualitative approach using the case study method to examine the Accountability for Handling General Election Violations at the General Election Supervisory Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2019. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with informants such as the Commissioner of the Violation Handling Division, Head of the Violation Handling Section, and Violation Handling Staff. Apart from that, field observations and analysis of program documents were also carried out to obtain a comprehensive picture. Data was analyzed by Koppel Theory, which includes Transparency, Liability, Control, Responsibility and Responsiveness. The results of this research show that there are many violations of campaign props in all districts/cities in South Sumatra being installed not in accordance with the regulations, such as being installed on trees, electricity poles, crossing bridges, hedges and public facilities which cause damage to aesthetics and the environment, from several These violations were only a few campaign props that were successfully controlled. The conclusion of this research, it can be assessed that the accountability of Bawaslu of South Sumatra Province regarding handling violations in the 2019 election in general is still classified as not having mature accountability, because it still has obstacles that need to be corrected due to the lack of transparency in the process of handling violations, such as a lack of openness in conveying information, as well as in handling campaign props, the results of controlling campaign props are still many that have not been completed.

Abstract

The Umrah pilgrimage is an appropriate choice for Muslims to visit the Baitullah, in Mecca, but the prevalence of Umrah fraud cases has caused trauma among pilgrims in selecting Umrah travel agencies. This research aims to assess whether there is an influence of reporting on Umrah fraud cases on public interest in choosing Umrah travel agencies in Linggae Lintang, South Sumatra. To test this hypothesis, the researchers employed a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicated that there is a significant influence of reporting on Umrah fraud cases on public interest in choosing Umrah travel agencies.

Abstract

The development of the Smart Village in Sumber Mekar Mukti Village was carried out top-down through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) from CSR, namely PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. In 2022. This research aims to find out the extent of the implementation of the Smar Village dimensions in Sumber Mekar Mukti Village as well as the factors inhibiting the implementation of the Wifi installation program. The theory used is Ramachandra's Theory (2015), which refers to Herdiana's (2019) study, namely the Smart Government, Smart Community and Smart Environment indicators. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, with a phenomenological case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of Smart Government, Smart Community and Smart Environment in Sumber Mekar Mukti Village is not yet in accordance with what was expected, in the Smart Government indicator itself the implementation of public and social services is still not optimal because there are still many people who come directly to village office. In the Smart Community indicator itself, community participation in contributing and making decisions is not yet optimal, because there are still people in Sumber Mekar Mukti Village who do not understand government policies, and digital technology users are limited to information only on the WhatsApp feature. Community participation in this case related to the Smart People dimension is also the main key in sustainability indicators. Community participation as the subject of program implementation plays an important role in the development of Smart Villages in villages. The Smart Environment indicator here is not yet running according to the existing concept, because many people still do not know about public information and have not received public services from the Sumber Mekar Mukti Village government, this is due to a lack of socialization and the absence of a SID Website to make it easier for the people of Sumber Mekar Mukti Village. Blooming Mukti. The inhibiting factors in implementing Smart Village development in Sumber Mekar Mukti Village are the community's limitations in accessing ICT for the elderly and limited facilities and infrastructure related to smartphone (cellphone) ownership for accessing information in the village.

Abstract

The final assignment with the title "Shariah Assistance for Palm Sugar Small Businesses in Palak Siring Village, Kedurang District, South Bengkulu Regency" was prepared by Levia Rahayu, student of the Sharia Economics Study Program. With assistance in the form of Marketing techniques with Social Media Marketing, and Product Packaging Optimization, especially palm sugar entrepreneurs. Due to the low level of knowledge and skills regarding marketing and packaging optimization among palm sugar entrepreneurs in Palak Siring Village, Kedurang District, South Bengkulu Regency, the parties involved are the village head, palm sugar entrepreneurs, and the palm sugar marketing community in Palak Siring Village, Kedurang District, South Bengkulu Regency. .This assistance is carried out for 5 months, starting from October 13 2023- March 15 2024. With a total cost of Rp. 810,000. It is hoped that future researchers who wish to continue community service on the same object can carry out more educational activities related to sharia marketing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous studies as the main basis for obtaining novelty and is developed in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are secondary data from various credible sources, namely the Central Statistics Agency from 2010 to 2024. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the two hypotheses proposed in this article, namely the Human Development Index variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Economic Growth can be accepted and proven. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.009. The reason for these results is that the Human Development Index which is influenced by Health and Education Levels can have a good, positive, and significant impact on Economic Growth. On this basis, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this article can be accepted. In the next section, the researcher also has another hypothesis, namely that the Population Size variable can moderate the influence of the Human Development Index variable on Economic Growth because of the same thing, namely the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.009. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Population Size, Human Development Index, Economic Growth

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem that was used as the object of the research is the lack of implementation of good organizational culture towards employees, resulting in decreased employee motivation at work, and compensation that is not appropriate. This research aims to anaylze the job satisfaction factors of Bukit Hambalang Villa employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The assessment system used in this research is a Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 80 employees of Bukit Hambalang Villa. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
