Abstract

The main use of Village Funds is directed for community development and empowerment projects, including the development of basic services: education, health, infrastructure and basic needs. Its effective management is an integral part of overall village financial management in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). Transparency and accountability are very important considering the potential for abuse such as Village Fund corruption cases. In Dusun Selatan District, South Buntok Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, there are 24 villages where part of the Village Fund is set aside and collected as participation in the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), with the business name: "BUMDes BERSAMA 24." An investigative audit conducted by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) concluded that (in the 2018-2020 period) there was State financial losses amounting to IDR 583,553,383.00. The research is intended to examine investigative audit practices and the use of audit results in prosecuting Village Fund corruption cases, especially regarding the irregularities in the "BUMDes Bersama 24" management. It was found that the Investigation Audit was the basis for calculating state financial losses in the Village Fund corruption case, even though the audit was not carried out by the BPK (Financial Audit Agency). Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from an online questionnaire of 350 Mitra Bangunan employees spread throughout Indonesia. The questionnaire consists of 10 statements related to Job Embeddedness, Employee Performance, and Resonant Leadership. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show convincingly that the Job Embeddedness variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.011.. In the next row, the second hypothesis can also be accepted and proven. This is due to the same reason, namely the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000. On this basis, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Job Embeddednes, Employee Performance, Resonant Leadership

In addition to attaching importance to the aspect of ability to acquire and work together to compete in the labor market competition, the concept of personal branding is important as a tool to win the competition. The current aspect of social media is quite a consideration for new HR recruiters in every company. The collection of research data was carried out online through a google form using a structured questionnaire. A total of 52 research samples were recruited using the purposive sampling method. This study uses the SmartPLS statistical analysis tool to process data. The results of the study show that soft skills and social media from students have a significant positive effect on student work readiness. Meanwhile, daily behavior is considered to have no effect on students' work readiness. The value of R2 = 0.471 explains that around 47% of the variance of the student work readiness variable is caused by the soft skill variable and student social media in the model.
