Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis pondok pesantren melalui program santripreneur, dengan fokus pada bagaimana program ini dapat meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren dan santri. Pondok pesantren yang memiliki peran sentral dalam masyarakat berpotensi besar dalam mengembangkan ekonomi lokal melalui kewirausahaan santri Methodology/approach yang digunakan yaitu Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai pondok pesantren di Lampung yang menerapkan program santripreneur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami dampak program terhadap ekonomi pesantren dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program santripreneur mampu meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pondok pesantren dengan menciptakan unit-unit bisnis yang dikelola oleh santri. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pendapatan pesantren tetapi juga memberikan pelatihan keterampilan kewirausahaan kepada santri, yang dapat mereka gunakan setelah lulus. Kegiatan usaha yang dikembangkan meliputi produksi barang kebutuhan sehari-hari, kuliner, dan jasa lainnya yang konsumennya adalah santri dan masyarakat sekitar. Untuk limitations Penelitian ini terbatas pada pondok pesantren di wilayah Lampung dan belum mencakup pondok pesantren di daerah lain yang mungkin memiliki karakteristik berbeda. Keterbatasan lainnya adalah data yang digunakan lebih berfokus pada observasi langsung dan wawancara, tanpa analisis kuantitatif mendalam yang dapat memberikan gambaran statistik tentang peningkatan ekonomi. Sedangkan contribution pada penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dengan menunjukkan bahwa program santripreneur berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan ekonomi yang efektif bagi pondok pesantren. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi di pesantren lainnya, serta menginspirasi pesantren untuk lebih berorientasi pada kewirausahaan dalam rangka mencapai kemandirian ekonomi.

Abstract

This study seeks to address key barriers impeding the advancement of tourism villages operated by Village-Owned Enterprises in East Java. It aims to devise efficient strategies for enhancing the management of these tourism villages by employing the Inside-Out Logic Business Strategy. This methodology emphasizes prioritizing obstacles and optimizing decision-making trade-offs. The research methodology integrates Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and DEMATEL techniques in a two-phase hybrid approach. ISM constructs a hierarchical framework of identified barriers, while DEMATEL quantitatively assesses interrelations among factors. The study's sample comprises 350 purposively selected BUMDes overseeing tourism villages in East Java. Findings reveal critical hurdles like stakeholder coordination deficits, inadequate lodging facilities, and community innovation shortcomings as primary obstacles in the tourism village development ecosystem. Factors like limited access and connectivity are notably influenced by these primary barriers. The hierarchical depiction and interplay analysis of these factors offer strategic decision-making insights. This study presents a novel ISM-DEMATEL model that not only pinpoints key hurdles hindering rural tourism progression but also furnishes an evidence-based decision-making instrument for formulating more effective and sustainable policies.

Abstract

In an effort to understand how Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) affect employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediator in higher education institutions, quantitative methods were chosen for use in this study. A total of 72 employees were selected as a sample in the study conducted. Questionnaires are selected as data collection methods, and tested and analyzed with multiple linear regression methods using SPSS. Regression analysis shows that OCB plays a role as an intervinning variable on relationship between EQ and SQ to employee performance. So that to improve employee performance, that is necessary to increase EQ, SQ and OCB

Abstract

Discipline, creativity and responsibility influence employee work performance. The aim of this research is to analyze discipline, creativity and responsibility whose impact on work performance is both partial and simultaneous. Type of explanatory research or level of explanation using census research techniques. Discipline, creativity, and responsibility are the independent variables of this research. This research refers to the entire staff of 134 road construction contractors. Validity and reliability tests, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test were carried out using SPSS calculation tools. The anova test shows that the model is fit, meaning that the independent variables can predict the dependent variable. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Research finds that discipline, creativity and responsibility have a significant impact on employee work performance, either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi (KP), Lingkungan Kerja (LK) dan Motivasi (MK) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (KK) di RS Musi Medika Cendikia. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 114 pekerja. Kuisioner digunakan sebagai metode dalam mengumpulkan data, yang setelah itu akan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk menganalisis uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan hasil uji t variabel KP terhadap KK, thitung 3,081 > ttabel 1,98137, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji t variabel MK terhadap KK, thitung 10,406 > ttabel 1,98137, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji t variabel LK terhadap KK, thitung 12,805 > ttabel 1,98137, Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji f, fhitung 69,137 > ftabel 2,69, terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 59,6%.

Abstract

In a company, employees or human resources in the company must contribute and perform well for the company they work for. To improve an employee's performance and increase the company's success rate, the company's manager or leader must pay attention to supporting factors, one of which is Work-life Balance and Employee Engagement. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Work-life Balance and Employee Engagement have an impact on employee performance at Sinar Bangunan stores in Palopo City. This study took a sample from all Sinar Bangunan Palopo store staff, which amounted to 66 employees. The type of research is quantitative research. The Likert scale method is a data collection technique used. IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 is a data analysis technique used to process and test this study. This study shows that there is no influence of Work-life Balance on Employee Performance, there is a significant positive influence of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance, while Work-life Balance and Employee Engagement simultaneously have a positive impact on employee performance. Abstract

Brand loyalty is one of the important components in maintaining the competitive advantage and sustainability of non-bank financial institutions. This study aims to determine brand loyalty in the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative and explore the factors that shape it from the perspective of members. The research method used is a qualitative method with an exploratory approach through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the members of the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative have a high brand loyalty, which is formed through brand trust, brand satisfaction, service quality, perception of quality, and local wisdom. Brand trust and brand satisfaction are the main factors in building brand loyalty, as indicated by the long-term commitment of members to remain part of the cooperative. In addition, good service quality and perception of quality are drivers of the formation of member brand loyalty. The local wisdom values owned by the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative form a strong emotional bond, thus supporting the formation of member loyalty to the Balo'ta brand. Abstract

The Effect of Efficiency, Convenience, and Security on Customer Interest in Using Bank Mandiri Cardless Cash Withdrawal Service. Cardless cash withdrawal is one solution to overcome emergency conditions such as missing a wallet, not carrying cash, or lost or swallowed cards at A.T.M.s. This cardless cash withdrawal service can also be accessed quickly via the Customer’s smartphone. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of efficiency, convenience, and security on customer interest in using cash withdrawal services without bank mandiri cards. This study used quantitative research methods. The sampling technique was accidental sampling. The population and sample were Bank Mandiri K.C.P. Ambon, Pattimura University customers, with 98 respondents. A questionnaire was used to obtain data, and the Likert scale was used as an instrument. Quantitative analysis with S.P.S.S. software version 26.0 was used to analyze data in the preparation of this study. The results of this study are efficiency of providing positive and significant influences, ease of positive and significant influences, security, negative and significant influences, and significant positive influences simultaneously (together) on customer interest in using Bank Mandiri cardless cash withdrawal services.

Abstract

Every year the industrial world experiences very rapid development, resulting in tight competition between organizations or companies. This situation certainly creates various challenges and problems for each company in order to survive. One of the obstacles that is often faced is financial distress. Financial distress refers to a condition where a company's finances begin to decline before bankruptcy occurs. Financial distress can be caused by various aspects, which can come from internal or external sources. One important factor that influences financial distress is the company's ownership structure. In this study, ownership structure is proxied by institutional ownership, management ownership, foreign ownership, and public ownership. The study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure on financial distress. The research population includes all consumer cyclicals sector companies listed on the IDX during 2020-2023, with a sample of 29 companies taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis which is first tested using the classical assumption test. The results showed that institutional ownership, managerial ownership and public ownership had no significant effect on financial distress, while foreign ownership had a significant negative effect on financial distress.

Abstract

The development of the current digital era forces businesses to adapt and change so that entrepreneurs turn to online and digital businesses, especially in marketing, providing and shipping products sold. Muslim entrepreneurs must pay attention to ethics in their business activities so that marketing and business promotion activities carried out digitally must align with the values and principles of business ethics in Islam. This qualitative study seeks to illustrate how MSME digital marketing and business ethics values are applied and how their impact increases the competitive advantage of MSMEs in East Kalimantan. The research was conducted on 24 MSMEs in various business fields. The data collection technique uses interviews conducted with MSME actors and several consumers; besides that, data is also supported by observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model qualitatively. The study's results found: 1) various forms of digital marketing used by MSMEs are Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Gojek, Grab, and Shopee, 2) The application of Islamic Marketing Ethics to MSME entrepreneurs has been carried out by being friendly to buyers offline and online, being honest (Siddiq) with the products marketed, and there is no fraud mandate in product delivery (Amanah), 3) Applying Islamic marketing ethics to digital marketing makes the business development with an increase in sales, relation and can increase the business's competitiveness.
