Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi yang pesat memunculkan kemudahan teknologi. Kemudahan teknologi memunculkan berbagai inovasi baru dalam dunia usaha dan jasa. Dengan inovasi tersebut, persaingan perusahaan semakin ketat. Persaingan yang ketat mengharuskan perusahaan melakukan pertahanan. Pertahanan yang dilakukan perusahaan membutuhkan manajemen yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen operasional dan preferensi terhadap keputusan pelanggan menggunakan jasa transfortasi online dengan kepuasan sebagai moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 150 konsumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Random Sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Adapun Tehnik analisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa manajemen operasional dan preferensi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pelanggan menggunakan jasa transfortasi online. Serta kepuasan mampu memoderasi pengaruh manajemen operasional dan preferensi terhadap keputusan pelanggan menggunakan jasa transfortasi online. Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that if an employee has good health, it can make the employee work more productively, efficiently, enthusiastically, and of course can have a good impact on the employee's performance. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of occupational health on employee performance. In contrast to a number of other studies, this research adds the Work Environment variable as a moderating variable which is believed to strengthen the influence of the Work Environment variable on the Employee Performance variable. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from 450 employees of Rumah Makan Pagi Sore spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained from the research was collected using an online questionnaire method in the form of multiple choice questions with 3 major themes covering Occupational Health, Employee Performance and Work Environment. Of course, this research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach by using previous related research as a foundation for leaping higher to discover new novelties. The result in this article show good occupational health can make employees more productive at work, work results more efficient, and time to achieve work targets more effective, which in the end can influence employee performance. The first researcher's hypothesis and speculation could be proven because the P-Values were below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.011.. Apart from the first hypothesis, researchers can also prove the second hypothesis if a comfortable, safe and peaceful work environment variable, both physical and non-physical, can increase the influence of occupational health on employee performance. The second statement and hypothesis is proven from the results of the third P-Values table, the second line Path Coefficient which is below the significant level of 0.05, namely 0.000, is more significant than the direct tester's 0.011. Based on this, the first and second hypotheses that researchers believe in this article can be proven and accepted. Keywords: Occupational Health, Employee Performance, Work Environment

Abstract

In order to prove the influence of personal selling and company’s responsiveness that makes purchasing decisions with consumer trust as a mediating variable, research was conducted. This research was conducted at PT. Arka Kelola Konsultindo by taking 67 samples which is calculated by using the Slovin formula from a total population of 206 consumers who buy motor vehicle insurance in 2022 through PT. Arka Kelola Konsultindo, with a 10% margin of error. The research was conducted quantitatively and used WarpPLS 8.0 analysis with hypothesis testing using the t-test and sig 0.05. The research found that personal selling, responsiveness directly had a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, consumer trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, personal selling, responsiveness indirectly has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer trust.).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pentingnya pengungkapan laporan keuangan dalam meminimalisasi asimetri informasi dan dampaknya terhadap berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Pengungkapan yang transparan dan akurat dapat mengurangi konflik keagenan antara pemilik perusahaan dan manajer, serta memberikan informasi yang relevan untuk pengambilan keputusan ekonomi dan meningkatkan likuiditas saham. Meskipun proses pengungkapan ini memerlukan biaya dan waktu yang signifikan serta memiliki kompleksitas dan keterbatasan dalam menangkap risiko mendatang, penting untuk memastikan bahwa informasi keuangan disajikan dengan jelas dan transparan untuk membangun kepercayaan dari pihak eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PRISMA untuk menyusun systematic review dan meta-analysis terkait pengungkapan laporan keuangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas laporan keuangan yang andal dipengaruhi oleh ukuran perusahaan, audit yang berkualitas, dan pengungkapan informasi yang luas. Pengungkapan laporan keuangan yang baik dapat memprediksi arus kas masa depan dan memiliki dampak signifikan pada pengambilan keputusan investasi. Teori keagenan dan teori pengungkapan laporan keuangan menjelaskan pentingnya transparansi, kepatuhan regulasi, dan kepercayaan investor dalam pengungkapan informasi keuangan. Auditor memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan kebijakan pengungkapan perusahaan, dan peningkatan pengungkapan dapat meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan serta mengurangi peluang kecurangan. Secara keseluruhan, regulasi yang lebih ketat dan kesadaran yang lebih tinggi diperlukan untuk mendorong perusahaan melakukan pengungkapan informasi yang lebih baik, yang pada akhirnya akan melindungi investor dan meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the potential of local specialties as food tourism; and (2) local specialty food strategies as food tourism in increasing and developing tourism in Indonesia. This research uses SWOT analysis to analyze local specialty food strategies as food tourism in increasing and developing tourism in Indonesia. The results of this research show that (1) the diversity of typical foods that exist in each region is a potential that needs to be developed and is of concern to the government to manage it professionally which can increase the interest of tourists to come to visit Indonesia and generate foreign exchange in the tourism sector; and (2) the local specialty food strategy as food tourism in increasing and developing tourism in Indonesia consisting of the SO strategy through the promotion of food tourism by displaying local Indonesian specialties, the WO strategy by developing a food tourism concept to attract tourists, the ST strategy through collaboration with Tourism stakeholders support food tourism, and WT strategies through educating food tourism managers, especially tourism actors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of audit tenure, company size and audit quality on audit report lag in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data. The method of determining the sample used purposive sampling, so that 12 companies were used as research samples for 5 (five) years of observation, with a total sample of 60 samples obtained. Data analysis techniques using eviews version 9. The results obtained show that (1), audit tenure, firm size and audit quality simultaneously have a significant effect on audit report lag, (2) audit tenure have a significant effect on audit report lag,( 3) company size has no effect on audit report lag, and (4) audit quality has a significant effect on audit report lag.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan yang dilakukan orang tua dan masyarakat dalam memberikan pendidikan agama pada anak, apa saja usaha yang dilakukan serta untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan agama pada anak di Barak Neuheun. Untuk memperoleh data yang konkret penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik penelitian Library Research dan Field Research, sedangkan teknik penarikan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan dilaksanakan dalam dua pusat pendidikan yaitu keluarga dan masyarakat. Usaha orang tua dalam melaksanakan pendidikan agama yaitu dengan memberikan penyajian di rumah serta dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai agama. Sedangkan dalam masyarakat dibentuk kelompok pengajian khusus bagi anak-anak dengan materi-materi keagamaan. Faktor pendukung pendidikan agama di barak Neuheun adalah kesadaran orang tua dan masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan agama bagi anak. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah ekonomi keluarga yang menyebabkan tersitanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SD Negeri 5 Sa’dan, Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan sumber data berasal dari laporan realisasi anggaran dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) SD Negeri 5 Sa’dan Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Teknik analisis data menggunaan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, yang dilakukan dengan cara mengalisis laporan keuangan dan realisasi penggunaan dana BOS, serta melakukan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan bendahara sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang di lakukan, tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) SD Negeri 5 Sa’dan tahun 2023 tahap I adalah 56% dengan kriteria penilaian kinerja keuangan dikatakan sangat efisien dan tahap II adalah 86% yang dalam kriteria penilaian kinerja keuangan dikatakan cukup efisien. Sedangkan tingkat efektivitas tahap I adalah 101% ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kriteria penilaian kinerja dikategorikan sangat efektif, dan tahap II persentase pencapaiannya sebesar 99% ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kriteria kinerja dikategorikan efektif. Abstract

Abstract Learning while playing is very important for young children aged 5 – 6 years. The game "Role Play" (maze) understanding the direction of the road is carried out "learning by doing" with the child's full direct involvement in the real world. All challenges of difficulty in understanding directions through the implementation of games (mazes) can be overcome in stages in the child's cognitive realm. This is a aspect of ability related to aspects of knowledge, reasoning and thought. This is where the ability to imagine and think intellectually in the cognitive realm will be created. It is possible to observe various very detailed things through the child's visual power in his visual spatial scope. Difficulties that are increasingly complex from understanding directions through games (maze) train children to solve problems by finding solutions to the problems they face. Realized through a sense of enjoyment by playing directly in the real world, through expanding cognitive and visual spatial abilities. The game (maze) of understanding directions that children actually do in the field feels fun and is always done with great joy. Besides that, the game also improves children's development in the form of motor, cognitive, language, emotional and social creativity of children, so that the results obtained, that the game "Role Play" (maze) in children aged 5-6 years can directly improve understanding of directions.). Abstract

This study set out to examine the beneficial effects of customer satisfaction, brand trust, and good brand. image on repurchase intention. The survey approach that was employed to examine the study's findings. A questionnaire instrument was used to carry out the data collection technique. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The target population of the study is all buyers of Starbucks Coffee products who have made at least two purchases. The sample size was determined as many as 250 samples. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach from the SmartPLS program. The results showed that brand image and brand trust have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand image and brand trust have a positive influence on repurchase intention. Finally, customer satisfaction has a positive influence on repurchase intention.
