Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and training on motivation and its impact on the performance of Great Surabaya Cadres in Karang Pilang District. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method was by using a questionnaire distributed to 203 respondents. Data analysis consists of descriptive analysis using index values and inferential statistical analysis using SEM AMOS. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence of compensation on performance, there is a positive and significant influence of training on performance, there is a positive and significant influence of compensation on motivation , there is a positive and significant influence of training on motivation, there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance, there is a positive and significant influence of compensation on performance through motivation, and there is a positive and significant influence of training on performance through motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah variabel rekomendasi dan referral, peringkat dan ulasan, serta forum dan komunitas merupakan variabel yang membangun sebuah perdagangan sosial atau social commerce. Atau bisa disebut sebagai variabel konstruk dari perdagangan sosial atau social commerce. Dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dalam non-probability sampling, didapat sampel responden sebanyak 472 responden dengan 401 diantaranya merupakan para pengguna Tiktok dan pernah menggunakan atau setidaknya mengetahui layanan Tiktok Shop. Data dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kemudian diolah menggunakan metode analisis konfirmatori menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Dari hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan metode CFA second order, didapat hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa rekomendasi dan referral, forum dan komunitas, serta peringkat dan ulasan merupakan variabel yang membangun social commerce. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pencerahan pada pelaku bisnis khususnya yang menggunakan fitur Tiktok Shop. Selain itu, diharapkan juga penelitian ini bisa menjadi acuan pada penelitian selanjutnya mengingat adanya keterbatasan dalam penulisan penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance. This research aims to determine and analyze the mediating effect of motivation on the influence of learning organizations on employee performance in the VUCA era. This research method is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of state-owned banks in Indonesia. The sample in this research was 100 employees with purpose sampling. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the classic assumption test and path test to see the influence and the Sobel test to see which variables were successful as mediators. The results of this research show that 1) Learning organizations influence Employee Performance in the Vuca Era and 2) Motivation mediates the influence of learning organizations on Employee Performance in the Vuca Era. The results of this research indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance, they must also improve organizational learning and employee motivation.

Abstract

This article examines the education of the prophet Ya'qub towards Yusuf in the view of the interpretation of al-Misbah. This research takes the form of library research with a qualitative approach. The data collection used is documentation. This writing uses the tafsir of Al-Misbah as a reference. Data analysis using content analysis method. And found that the success of the Prophet Yusuf was a form of his parents' upbringing, with all the attitudes that the Prophet Ya'qub showed towards him, including: with compassion, patience, forgiveness, remaining confident and not giving up on the grace of Allah SWT.

Abstract

Every company strives to maintain its business continuity and avoid bankruptcy. Financial distress are the initial condition of a company experiencing bankruptcy. That condition initiate every company to see factors that can cause financial distress. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data, namely the annual report of Consumer Non-Cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The total sample is 57 Consumer Non-Cyclical companies during the period 2020-2022. The regression data analysis methods are used to test hypotheses. The results of this study show that the political connections, board gender diversity, and board national diversity of the council effect the financial distress. However, the board educational diversity and board tenure diversity have no effect on financial distress. Abstract

The result of the research has the aim of impacting the determinants of accountability in village’s financial management in Demak Regenc). Research testing uses causal testing (hypothesis testing) because it uses hypotheses for tests carried out between variables. The sample on the researches was taken just use purposive sampling of 80 respondents. The data on this research using method uses quantitative data and primary data. That type use research on data uses validity test methods, reliability of tests, multiple linear regression for analysis, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis tests processed using SPSS 26. The results of task are presentation of financial statements is not significant and negative. That research Internal Control System the results are significant and positive. The results of Community Participation are not significant and positive. The Village Apparatus Competency results are significant and positive in. Meanwhie results of Financial Report Accessibility are insignificant and negative. Abstract

The Influence of Price and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao, North Toraja Regency. The problems in this study are: Does the price affect purchasing decisions at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao. Does the quality of service affect purchasing decisions at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao.) Do prices and service quality affect purchasing decisions at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao. Sampling in this study is Nonprobability Sampling. The data analysis technique used is instrumenttest, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing. The results of the study The price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions because the value of t_count>t_table is 0.254>0.2006 and the resulting significance is 0.800 t_table or 0.677>0.2006 and the resulting significant is 0.500

Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of audit tenure, profitability, and financial difficulty on the duration of audit report lag, while also considering the moderating role of the audit committee. The present study employs a quantitative research approach, utilizing secondary data analysis to examine the population of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the period of 2019-2021. The data collecting process involves purposeful sampling of information from annual financial statements obtained from the BEI or from companies registered on the web. The total number of samples is 372. The study employed double regression analysis and MRA utilizing SPS version 23.0 as the data analysis approach. The findings of the conducted test indicate that there is no significant impact of tenure and financial hardship audits on audit report lag. However, it is observed that profitability has a detrimental effect on auditing report lag. The moderating role of the audit committee in the relationship between audit tenure, profitability, financial difficulty, and audit report latency is limited. Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan perubahan yang disebabkan oleh internet, maka muncullah suatu inovasi dalam dunia informasi dan komunikasi yang sekarang dikenal dengan media sosial. Media sosial, telah menjadi suatu trend dalam kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sosial Media Marketing dan Online Customer Review terhadap minat beli melalui aplikasi Shopee. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah berbelanja secara online melalui aplikasi Shopee dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 250 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SPSS dapat diketahui hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosial media marketing dan online customer review berpengaruh terhadap minat beli melalui aplikasi shopee. Abstract

Perkembangan pengguna internet dewasa ini semakin meningkat. Data Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet per tahun 2023 menunjukkan jangkauan pengguna media aktif mengalami penambahan peningkatan pengguna internet, ada 215,6 Jt orang. Dari data tersebut menjadikan kedatangan media sangat berpengaruh pada pola komunikasi dan interaksi dalam Masyarakat. Hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap moral-moral perilaku social keagamaan bagi manusia, seperti perpindahan informasi keagamaan ke media sosial, dengan maraknya media social, orang-orang yang tidak pernah belajar agama, seolah-olah lebih paham tentang agama yang hanya mengandalkan informasi-informasi di media sosial. Oleh sebab itu kedatangan Moderasi sebagai pertengahan yang menjadikan manusia bersikap adil dan seimbang. Dengan mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama seperti keadilan, keseimbnagan, dan toleransi, media dapat dijadikan alat efektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan online yang mendukung harmoni dalam masyarakat. Dengan demikian, media bukan hanya menjadi alat komunikasi, tetapi juga menjadi wadah syiar nilai moderasi beragama demi mencapai harmoni dalam masyarakat yang beraneka ragam. Penelitihan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengantahapan pengetahuan tentang: 1) peran media sosial sebagai syiar nilai moderasi beragama. 2) revolusi media sosial. Untuk membentuk Masyarakat tang dewasa dalam menggunakan media sosial, agar dapat meminimalisir problematika-problematika yang terjadi di media sosial. Kata kunci: Media, Syiar Moderasi Beragama.
