Abstract

This research aims to determine the conformity of the Fatwa DSN MUI No. 23/DSN/MUI/III/2002 regarding early settlement deductions and Fatwa No:46/DSN-MUI/II/2005 regarding Murabahah Billing Deductions in the mechanism of Murabahah financing settlement at BSI KCP Malang. In the settlement of Murabahah financing, customers can make payments before the due date or accelerate the settlement, and it can also be done according to the agreed-upon period (due date). However, in its implementation, there is still some ambiguity in Bank Syariah when providing discounts on the remaining selling price of Murabahah in settlements. Therefore, an analysis is needed in the practice of the Murabahah financing settlement mechanism at BSI KCP Malang in accordance with the DSN MUI fatwa. The research method used is qualitative research with an empirical or field research approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from the research object through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that the Murabahah financing settlement mechanism carried out by BSI KCP Malang is in accordance with Fatwa DSN-MUI No.23/DSN/MUI/III/2002 and Fatwa No:46/DSN-MUI/II/2005. This can be seen from BSI's policy in settlement, where they provide discounts to customers who make payments on time or before the due date, and these discounts are not promised in the beginning. If customers inquire about discounts during the financing or before making the settlement, BSI KCP Malang does not explain the discount. However, if customers wish to settle, BSI KCP Malang will explain the discount or deduction given during the settlement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mutation, motivation and work environment on the performance of Karanganyar National Land Agency (BPN) employees. This research is descriptive research using quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of the Karanganyar National Land Agency (BPN), the sample used was 118 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the value of Fhitung> Ftabel = 11.978> 2.68 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that mutation, motivation and work environment simultaneously and significantly affect the performance of employees of the National Land Agency (BPN) Karanganyar. Among the three variables above, mutation and the work environment partially have no significant effect on employee performance, while motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Karanganyar National Land Agency (BPN). It is known that the calculation of the coefficient of determination R Square value obtained is 0.240, meaning that the independent variable in explaining the dependent variable is 24% while the remaining 76% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the BUMDES Strategy in Tourism Development at Tlocor Marine Tourism, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency, in order to find out the problems in tourism development through the role of government, managers. The approach taken in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that, first, the objectives carried out by BUMDES in tourism development at Tlocor Marine Tourism have been fulfilled and are running well because they have a significant impact on the community's economy, especially for the Tlocor Hamlet Community. Second, the surrounding community environment is very supportive and plays an active role with the development of tourism in Tlocor Marine Tourism. This is evidenced by the community fully participating in the development of facilities and infrastructure in the tourist area and maintaining the surrounding environment so that it is more beautiful and maintained. Third, the actions that have been taken by BUMDES and also POKDARWIS as managers in Tlocor Marine Tourism have been going well. This can be seen with several strategic efforts that continue to be carried out by BUMDES and also POKDARWIS as well as layers of society that support development such as by collaborating by holding tour packages with other tourism stakeholders, besides that the development of facilities and infrastructure continues to be developed to attract tourists and as the progress of tourism.

Abstract

This research aims to map research themes related to strategic management and marketing. The research method used is bibliometric analysis, where the research data source comes from the Scopus database. This study found that these two disciplines are closely related, with themes such as stakeholder engagement, employee participation, and human resource management being the main focus of the research—a new theme developing marketing strategy. A marketing strategy is a detailed plan that formulates how a company will achieve its marketing and business goals by identifying target markets, competitors, and the resources used. This research suggests future research to reveal more detailed insights into how companies develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies in various business situations. These findings imply the importance of integrating aspects of these two disciplines in the development of successful business strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate trends or developments in studies on risk management and organizations by searching published documents. The method that is maximized is by carrying out bibliometric analysis.. The method that is maximized is by carrying out bibliometric analysis. The data source comes from the Scopus database. The analysis tool used is Vosviewer. The main findings of this research indicate a significant growth in the number of publications related to risk management and organizations over the last few decades. The United States leads in the number of publications. The frequently cited documents in this study also provide insight into the most relevant topics in this research, including strategic planning, risk assessment, risk management, and more. However, several themes still need to be explored further, such as the role of accounting management and the impact of risk management on organizational performance. The implication of this study is the importance of better awareness and understanding of risk management in modern organizations.

Abstract

The research objective is to explain and analyze marketing content, electronic word of mouth (EWOM), and live broadcasts on purchase intentions through consumer emotions as intervening variables in the TikTok application. The quantitative method was analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0.9.4 with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. This research involved 119 respondents. The results of the analysis explain that content marketing has no effect on consumer emotions, EWOM has an effect on consumers' emotions, and live broadcasts have an effect on consumers' emotions. Marketing content has no effect on purchase intention. EWOM influences purchase intention, and live broadcast influences purchase intention. EWOM marketing content and live broadcasts have no effect on consumer emotional purchase intentions in the TikTok application

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how customer satisfaction mediation impacts service quality and marketing relationships on customer loyalty at BMT Maslahah Wagir Branch, Malang Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. This research involved customers of BMT Maslahah Wagir Branch. Simple random sampling was used to take samples. This research involved 170 people who answered. This data from this research was analyzed using the SmartPLS application with analysis (Partial Least Square). The results of this research show that customer loyalty is directly influenced by the quality of service provided. Unlike relationship marketing which does not directly influence customer loyalty, customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty directly. The mediating role of customer satisfaction shows that service quality and relationship marketing can control the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty

Abstract

After the enactment of the Job Creation Law, BUM Desa experienced significant changes in the regulatory area regarding the legal status of BUM Desa which is regulated as a legal entity. This has implications for the management of BUM Desa in general, which must adjust to the new arrangements in the era of the Job Creation Law. Due to these changes, problems were found in the village sector, especially in Jambuwer Village, Kromengan District, Malang Regency, where there were several problems related to BUM Desa business management, aspects of liability and business risk mitigation. The research method used is empirical legal research using primary and secondary data. The result of this research is that several stages of socialization are needed regarding the legal aspects of BUM Desa business management and formulating the BUM Desa Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the influence of the intention to buy on the local fashion brand. The data was collected through purposive sampling and dissemination of questionnaires to the Indonesian public by successfully collecting 374 respondents. This analysis uses SPSS and Smart PLS to test the data. The results of this analysis show that quality of service, brand image, trust, customer relationship, and purchase intention as dependent variables have significant positive influence, while customer satisfaction and perception have no influence. This research is one of the few that uses perception as a mediation variable.

Abstract

  This study aims to determine the effect of innovation capability and dynamic marketing capability on the performance of SME organizations in Tanggulangin District. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach.  Data is analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The sampling method is accidental sampling with a sample size of 63 respondents who have been calculated using the Slovin formula.  To ensure the data will not be done validity test and reliability test. Innovation capability has a positive effect on organizational performance, innovation capability has a positive effect on dynamic marketing capability, dynamic marketing capability has a negative effect on organizational performance, and dynamic marketing capability has a negative effect in mediating innovation capability on organizational performance in SMEs in Tanggulangin District.
