Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves are the total amount of foreign currency owned by a country. A country's economy can be said to be strong or weak based on the level of foreign exchange reserves owned by that country. The aim of this research is to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of the exchange rate, export value, import value and inflation on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. This research was processed using the SPSS version 25 program using multiple linear regression analysis. This research data was collected through observation and documentation of existing data at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The results of this research show that: First, partially the exchange rate and export value have a significant positive effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia, the value of imports has an insignificant positive effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia, and inflation has a significant negative effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Second, simultaneously the exchange rate, export value, import value and inflation have a significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important contribution in increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Poor financial management not only has an impact on business growth but can have an impact on national economic growth. MSME players need knowledge and access to banking products and services. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on MSME financial management in Tanggulangin District and to examine the effect of financial inclusion on MSME financial management in Tanggulangin District. This research is a quantitative research using data collection techniques, namely questionnaires. This study used a sample of 151 MSME actors. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a t test. The results of this study show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on MSME financial management. Meanwhile, financial inclusion does not have a significant positive effect on the financial management of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior by considering the mediating effect of organizational commitment. This research used a quantitative approach and collected data using a questionnaire distributed to generation Z employees in East Java and obtained 118 respondents. Data analysis techniques use descriptive techniques and Partial Least Square Structural Equation (PLS-SEM). The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, and the mediation results of organizational commitment show that there is mediation. partial or partial mediation.

Abstract

The country’s economy slowdown causes the affected exchange rate or exchange rate to weaken, and Bank Indonesia’s interest rate policy at the time of the economic downturn decreases, it has an impact on the stock index in the JII. This research aims to determine the influence of macroeconomics on the IHS in JII. The method used is quantitative research, with an analysis model using the VAR technique. The data used is secondary data of a time series. The research results show that the influence of the ISSI and BI rate responded positively, while inflation responded positively. The exchange rate variable responded negatively to JII shocks until the end of the period. The results of the FEVD test show that the largest contribution was JII, inflation, ISSI, and BI rate, and the smallest contribution to JII was the exchange rate. Implication and recommendation this research are Bank Indonesia as the institution responsible for controlling inflation, can maintain inflation stability, lower the exchange rate against the dollar and maintain interest rate stability.

Abstract

Having the ability to use various types of technology, being quick in accessing information, being able to do many things at once compared to previous generations, and being responsive to social phenomena around them are some of the advantages of Generation Z growing into a generation that is intelligent, skilled, creative and critical in using technology. This effort can be started by preparing the quality of human resources from the next generation (Gen Z) to become a superior and skilled workforce. One way is to increase financial literacy so that financial prosperity can be achieved. Prosperous Society, Prosperous Country. Responding to the challenges and potential of Gen Z, researchers want to explore their views regarding the existence of the concept of financial well-being and what factors influence financial well-being. This research uses a qualitative research method using a phenomenological approach. Our research results show that Gen Z's view of financial well-being is more focused on having enough to meet their needs

Abstract

Entering a century after its establishment, it goes without saying that Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) has significantly contributed to World Peace through its engagements in societies, ranging from the promotion of moderate values to addressing conflicts in many countries. However, some empirical phenomena, especially when it was carried out by a faith-based entity, often get portrayed differently in academic settings. How do NU’s contributions to World Peace get incorporated into academic discourse? Using the taxonomy method, this article aims to analyze the contributions of NU to World Peace in the existing academic literature. It maps the consensus and ongoing debate on how NU exert its influence for peace and divides the literature into four taxonomical themes; (1) norm dissemination;(2) international diplomacy and peace-brokering; (3) education practices, and; (4) political practices. This paper concludes that NU’s contributions are widely recognized in academic discourse, but some gaps still need to be addressed in further research

Abstract

Today's passenger terminal is starting to erode its existence with various problems plaguing it. This research was conducted to examine the existence of the Waramosio Terminal in improving the welfare of the local community in terms of a sociological approach and to analyze the efforts that must be made to optimize the terminal's function by the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews with ten informants. The theory used is Coleman's Rational Choice theory. The results found are that the existence of the Waramosio Terminal today is increasingly eroded and its function is decreasing. This needs to be paid attention to and efforts made by the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service to optimize the terminal's function and its existence in the community.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pesatnya persaingan di era digitalisasi membawa banyak perubahan dalam sektor industri, salah satunya adalah industri pariwisata. Hal tersebut menuntut industri pariwisata untuk terus melakukan berbagai inovasi, termasuk berinovasi dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar mampu beradaptasi dan bersaing dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital yang digunakan dalam mempromosikan destinasi wisata malino melalui pemanfaatan Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam terhadap pihak terkait (staf dinas pariwisata, admin instagram Malino Kota Bunga, endorser), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran destinasi wisata malino, dengan menggunakan sistem endorsment, sale promotion, brand building, competitor review  dan konsisten berinteraksi dengan para followers terbukti efektif dalam peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke Malino.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital leadership on the level of creativity of millennial employees and its impact on employee performance. In addition, this study also considers the moderating role of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) in managing the relationship between leaders and team members. Data was collected from 179 millennial employees, using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SmartPLS. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SmartPLS which aims to test the relationship between variables, both among latent variables and with indicator variable. T-test results through the T-Statistics value of 1.421 with a P-Value of 0.155 prove that the LMX variable does not moderate the relationship between employee creativity and employee performance, so that suggestions for further research can change the LMX variable to a mediating variable for other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of board diversity on the performance of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research employs a quantitative approach. The data used is obtained from the financial reports and annual reports of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample for this study consists of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2022. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that age and nationality diversity have a significant negative impact on company performance. Gender diversity and tenure do not have a significant impact. The implications of these research findings for the banking sector suggest that when selecting a board of directors, diversity in terms of age and nationality should be avoided as it may lead to a decline in company performance.
