Abstract

In the current era of digital development, the development of internet technology is so rapid. This changes the way of view, the way of working, and all fields including in terms of online shopping. This study aimed to examine the influence of trust, safety, and perceived quality on purchasing decisions. The sample consisted of 129 respondents, namely Shopee customers who have characteristics of at least 19 years and have purchases at Shopee. This study used Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) analysis on Partial Least Square (PLS) and used questionnaire distribution in the form of google form for data collection. The results of this study show that there is a significant positive influence of trust on purchasing decisions. This research shows a significant positive influence of security on purchasing decisions. The latest result of this study is that perceived quality also has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of brand hate on negative word of mouth, continued intentions to use, and brand equity among McDonald's customers in Indonesia as a pro-Israel brand. Research was conducted on consumers or customers who had made purchases at McDonald's in the last few months with a total population of 105 people. The sample used was only 100 respondents because some samples did not match the criteria. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire via Google Form. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale with a scale of 1-7 and analysis for data processing uses the SEM-PLS method with the Smart-PLS application ver. 3.0. The results of the research show that there is an influence of brand hate on negative word of mouth, continued intentions to use, and brand equity on McDonald's customers in Indonesia as a pro-Israel brand.

Abstract

The current research investigates consumer behaviour in the sharing economy, including consumer preferences, factors that influence consumer decisions, as well as economic and social impacts of the sharing economy. The established process for conducting bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review is the PRISMA protocol which found as many as 59 relevant articles. The research trend occurred from 2015 to 2023 where the average increase was 31.61% every year. Barnes, S.J. and United Kingdom became the most prolific writer and country. The co-occurrence shows that sharing economy and collaborative consumption are related to consumer behaviour and consumption. The systematic literature review shows consumer behaviour in the sharing economy is influenced by social, economic, and technological factors. Sharing platforms also encourage consumer preferences for collaborative consumption. Further research can explore tax practices, regulations, and the long-term impact of the sharing economy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of memorable culinary tourism experiences on revisit intention directly and indirectly through the mediating role of place identity. The research method used is a quantitative method. A sample of 162 people was obtained through the use of a purposive sampling method which took into account certain characteristics in the collection process. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Smart PLS. The results showed that a memorable culinary tourism experience has been proven to have a positive influence on place identity, however, place identity has not been proven to have a positive influence on revisit intention and there is no proven mediating role for place identity.

Abstract

A situation that is needed in an organization is a situation where employees provide opinions and ideas that support the progress of an organization which is commonly referred to as employee voice behavior. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) the trend of employee voice behavior research, 2) to map studies related to employee voice behavior, 3) to map which countries often conduct research on employee voice behavior, and 4) to explain studies on employee voice behavior. This study uses bibliometric analysis and narrative reviews. The results found in the last five years totaled 413 consisting of book articles, reviews, book chapters, and conference papers on employee voice behavior narrative studies discussing the relationship between employee voice behavior and employee motivation, morality of leadership style, employee performance, paternalistic leadership style and leader-member exchange relationships.  The limitation of this research is that it uses SCOPUS data from the last five years, but 2024 is only entering its second year, so the publications are limited. Researchers suggest further research to use a more diverse database so that the data obtained is more comprehensive.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impacts of Celebrity Endorsement in terms of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, and Expertise, E-WOM, and Perceived Quality on Purchase Intention of local skincare products among Gen Z consumers, with Brand Image as a mediator. The research adopts a quantitative approach and explanatory method. Samples are selected using purposive technique within non-probabilistic methods. Data are collected through questionnaire surveys, with a total of 300 respondents. The gathered data will be analyzed using SmartPLS and SPSS. The findings reveal that E-WOM and the credibility of celebrity endorsements significantly impact the local skincare brand image among Gen Z. Perceived quality and brand image also play a significant role in enhancing purchase intention. Furthermore, it is found that brand image acts as a mediator in the relationship between E-WOM and celebrity endorsement, ultimately enhancing purchase intention of local skincare among Gen Z consumers.

Abstract

The study's goal is to identify critical success elements in university-led village development programs. A quantitative technique was used, using a sample of 215 respondents. Respondents include residents and stakeholders involved in program execution. The data was gathered via a questionnaire. Factor analysis is used with the SPSS application to process data. That stakeholder commitment and communication with stakeholders are critical factors in determining the success of the village development initiative, for all stakeholders, campuses, and communities. Other aspects include local capacity and social capital. The study's contribution to the strategy of creating tourist villages, particularly the parties involved, including the government, NGOs, and universities, must pay attention to crucial criteria in order for the program to succeed. The study's new approach, in the form of an egalitarian and populist communication technique, can instill confidence and drive in village inhabitants to participate in village development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of brand trust, brand ambassadors and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The population of this study was consumers of Wardah cosmetic products in Semarang City and the sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling method based on special considerations with a sample of 100 respondents. Data retrieval techniques by distributing questionnaires through google forms. Research instrument tests include validity tests and reliability tests. The validity test was carried out using factor analysis techniques while the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha techniques. Furthermore, data analysis used multiple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests (R2), f tests and t tests processed using IBM SPSS 26.  The results of this study show that partially brand trust, brand ambassadors and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine internal factors affecting the performance of Rural Credit Banks (BPR) in Jambi province. Internal factors examined include credit risk, liquidity risk, BOPO, debt, intellectual capital, and bank capital. The type of research data used is quantitative data in the form of secondary data, namely published financial reports from 2018 to 2022 on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website. Based on data from the OJK, there are 19 rural banks in Jambi Province with 95 data used as samples.  The analysis was conducted using panel regression through the Eviews software. The results of the analysis indicate that BOPO and bank capital have negative impact on bank performance. On the other hand, debt has a positive effect on bank performance as measured by ROA but a negative effect as measured by ROE. Meanwhile, credit risk, liquidity risk, and intellectual capital do not have a significant impact on bank performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze issues related to unemployment influenced by foreign workers in Banten Province. The specific objective is to deepen the study related to strategic efforts to increase government capacity to improve the quality of human resources in overcoming unemployment in Banten Province. This research uses a qualitative method based on a combination of primary and secondary data processing conducted using a discourse analysis approach. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews and documentation, in addition to discussions related to strengthening field data. Based on the discussion that has been explained above, the researcher draws the conclusion that foreign workers do not have a significant impact on unemployment in Banten Province; knowlage transfer is needed and becomes a priority scale rather than profit sharing; work ethic is an important asset that must be owned by job seekers and those who are already working.
