Abstract

In the current era of globalization, organizational culture cannot be separated from Human Resources, which is one of the main elements that occupies an important and strategic position in improving company quality. By using these Human Resources in the current era of globalization and increasingly sophisticated technology, it makes it easier for people to access any activity via technology. The online delivery service feature is useful for buying food that consumers want without having to waste time queuing and traveling. In fact, consumers often experience problems when ordering food via online delivery orders. However, providers of online delivery features are still able to convince consumers to stay and continue to use these features. In this research the author used a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is the measurement of objective quantitative and statistical data through scientific calculations derived from samples of people or residents who are asked to answer a number of questions on a survey to determine the frequency and percentage of their responses. In this quantitative theory, research will be predetermined, analyzing statistical data and interpreting statistical data. The population in this study was 100 random online or remote application users of the GoFood application. The research method used is the explanatory survey research method. Data collection used is a questionnaire or self-administered questionnaire. The research results prove that using this online application can make it easier and create a culture among people to order online. Of course, the nature of new culture or traditions can influence people's behavior in carrying out transactions every day, especially in terms of food products that every Indonesian citizen needs every day.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how to assess information technology governance by utilizing the COBIT 5 framework and the domains of APO01 (Manage the IT Management Framework), EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization), and APO04 (Manage Innovation). The COBIT 5 architecture is employed in this study. Both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies were used in this study. Through surveys, interviews, and observations, we gathered primary data. The secondary data came from various existing sources, including websites, literature reviews, and the findings of other investigations. This study's information technology governance data analysis approach complies with COBIT 5's Assessment Process Activities. According to the analysis, the current state's capability value in the EDM04 domain is 1.8. In the meantime, the capability value is 2.9 for the anticipated circumstance. The APO01 domain's recent state results in a capability value of 1.7. In the meantime, the capability value is 3.1 for the expected circumstance. In the APO04 domain, the current state has a capability value 1.6. Under ideal circumstances, the business receives a capacity value of 3. This implies that the business needs to fulfill the prerequisites for level 2 process capacity indicators, which are now unfulfilled. For instance, producing papers outlining the management of the innovation process and documents evaluating rejected innovative ideas.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that affect users' acceptability of using an e-wallet to pay for parking. We used a cross-sectional quantitative approach to carry out this study. We distributed questionnaires and conducted surveys to gather data. This study's population includes anybody who pays with a mobile wallet and utilizes parking services. One hundred people made up the study's sample. Using SmartPLS, we performed statistical data analysis that involved hypothesis testing, inner and outer model analysis, and examination of the data. It's evident from the hypothesis results that using e-wallets to pay for parking makes consumers feel more productive. Users' perception of the usefulness of utilizing e-wallets to pay for parking is indicated by their approval of the PU3 indication. However, because security rejects their goal of using e-wallets, users do not feel secure when using them. Perceived utility and subjective norms are the main determinants of e-wallet acceptance as a payment method; design comes in second. The hypothesis that most influences this research is the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, with perceived ease of use being influenced by design.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of user acceptance and readiness on implementing information systems. Researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Researchers collected samples using a multi-stage purposive sampling strategy. There were one hundred participants in the study's sample. This study used two data collection methods: unstructured interviews were conducted to gather supporting data for the research, and questionnaires were distributed to get primary data. Inferential statistical analysis was performed in this study utilizing the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS. At this point, two analyses, the measurement model analysis, and the structural model analysis, must be completed. These findings indicate that sentiments of optimism and inventiveness positively impact opinions about the advantages and usability of information systems. This factor encourages users' interest in accepting or continuing to use the information system so that it will have a good influence on its implementation. On the other hand, user discomfort in using information systems tends to negatively influence assessments of the benefits and ease of use of information systems. User discomfort in using information systems hinders users' interest in using the information system, which impedes implementing the information system. The insecurity factor did not influence the assessment of the benefits and ease of use of information systems. These findings have several differences from previous research.
