Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja dimediasi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Tirta Rangga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori dengan unit analisis analisis 68 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model persamaan struktural Partial Least Square dengan alat bantu software komputer SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

In a competitive business world, customer satisfaction is the main key to maintaining the sustainability and growth of a company. Satisfied customers tend to make repeat purchases, provide recommendations, and build a positive image of the company. To achieve this, companies are required to continue to pay attention to various factors that influence customer satisfaction, such as service quality, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness. CV Rossapati Sinar Sosro as a company engaged in the distribution of beverage products also faces similar challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction amidst market competition. This study was conducted to determine how much influence the quality of service, price, and promotion have on customer satisfaction in the company. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis method, data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 80 respondents to customers. The results of the study indicate that the quality of service, price, and promotion simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at CV. Rossapati (Sinar Sosro). From the study, the most dominant is the price of 0.647 or 64.7%. The results of the R2 test prove that the model is able to explain the dependent variable studied, namely the customer satisfaction variable of 0.764 or 76.4%. Dalam dunia bisnis yang kompetitif, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci utama dalam menjaga keberlangsungan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Pelanggan yang puas cenderung akan melakukan pembelian ulang, memberikan rekomendasi, dan membangun citra positif terhadap perusahaan. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, perusahaan dituntut untuk terus memperhatikan berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, seperti kualitas pelayanan, strategi penetapan harga, dan efektivitas promosi.CV Rossapati Sinar Sosro sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk minuman juga menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan di tengah persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan tersebut, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada cv. Rossapati (sinar sosro), dari penelitian yang paling dominan adalah harga sebesar 0,647 atau 64,7%. Hasil uji R2 membuktikan model mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen yang diteliti yaitu variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,764 atau 76,4%.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, the use of endorsements, influencers, marketing and social media has become an increasingly popular marketing strategy and is believed to be able to influence consumer behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of endorsements, influencers, marketing, and social media advertising on consumer purchasing decisions towards Pondok Hijau restaurants. The method used in this study is quantitative and data is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 98 respondents who are customers of Pondok Hijau restaurants. The analysis method applied in this study is the multiple linear regression technique using SmartPLS as a tool. The research findings indicate that endorsements, influencers, marketing, and advertising on social media platforms have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions, both individually and simultaneously. From this study, the most dominant is endorsement at 0.276 or 27.6%. The results of the R2 test as evidence that it is able to explain the dependent variable that has been studied, namely the consumer purchasing decision variable of 0.722 or 72.2%. This finding provides important implications for business actors in designing effective promotional strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Labuhanbatu Regency is the subject of this study, which aims to examine the relationship between employee performance and factors including salary, communication, competence, and work discipline. Increasing employee effectiveness in managing regional funds and assets to support good governance is the main topic underlying this study. Using a saturated sample technique, researchers in this study surveyed 44 BPKAD employees of Labuhanbatu Regency to compile quantitative data. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis after conducting conventional assumption tests. At a level greater than the t-table, this study found that the remuneration variable had a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. Other characteristics that had a significant and positive effect on employee performance were competence, communication, and work discipline. The four independent determinants at BPKAD Labuhanbatu Regency simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance, which was 76% of the performance difference and the remaining 24% was influenced by other variables not studied. These results have real consequences for the executives of BPKAD Labuhanbatu Regency, who should prioritize aspects such as remuneration, communication, competence, and work discipline if they want to see better performance from their employees

Abstract

The Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department (Damkar) of South Labuhanbatu Regency are the locations of this quantitative research. All 53 people who became research participants were employees of the Fire Department (Damkar) of South Labuhanbatu Regency, as the name of the department is. In this sampling method, a saturated sampling strategy was used, namely the entire population of less than one hundred people were sampled. The sample size in this study was fifty-three employees. In this study, the data collection techniques used were Likert scale questionnaires, recording, and observation. For the purposes of this study, the traditional assumption test was used. The tests include heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and data normality tests. For the purposes of multiple linear regression analysis, the SPSS program was used to simultaneously test the partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests. The performance of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department (Damkar) of South Labuhanbatu Regency was partially and simultaneously influenced by several factors including career development, training, organizational commitment, and cooperation, as explained in the results of this study.

Abstract

At the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Labuhanbatu Regency, this study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction factors, organizational environment, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance. Research on internal issues that have the potential to affect employee performance is very important to improve the efficiency of regional financial and asset management. This study was conducted involving 38 employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Labuhanbatu Regency. For the purposes of this study, data were collected by distributing questionnaires to BPKAD employees working in Labuhanbatu Regency. Survey techniques and quantitative methodologies were used. A data analysis approach known as multiple linear regression was used to ensure that several variables had simultaneous and partial influences on each other. Employee performance was significantly and positively influenced by job satisfaction factors, organizational climate, leadership style, and work motivation, according to the results of the study. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs, who work in an organizational environment that supports their work, who are led by successful superiors, and who have a high drive to complete their tasks tend to show greater optimal performance. In addition, it has been proven that these four factors simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of work development and work motivation on employee performance by considering workload as a moderating variable. In an ever-evolving work environment, employee skill development and increased work motivation are important elements in supporting performance. However, workload is often a challenge that can affect the effectiveness of both factors. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using moderated regression techniques to illuminate direct relationships and interactions between variables with smartpls.

Abstract

The purpose of the current literature review is to (a) provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between work life balance, perceived organizational support, coaching and job performance with employee engagement as mediating variable; (b) construct an integrated conceptual framework based on empirically validated factors and their relationships, along with relevant theories. An integrative literature review of 12 empirical studies indicates that work-life balance, perceived organizational support, coaching and employee engagement has a significant positive effect on job performance. The findings also indicate that work-life balance, perceived organizational support, coaching indirectly significantly influence the job performance through the mediating role of employee engagement.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada Kafe Teringat Kopi, ditemukan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan mengalami fluktuasi dan cenderung belum terbentuk secara konsisten, yang berdampak pada penurunan jumlah transaksi penjualan pada periode tertentu, khususnya saat libur nasional dan Ramadan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Kafe Teringat Kopi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 29 dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi.   Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, dan kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar F hitung 57,179 > F tabel 3,17 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Kafe Teringat Kopi baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Ikan Tenggiri (Scomberomorus commersonii) merupakan jenis ikan pelagis yang memiliki cita rasa yang khas dan kandungan gizi yang tinggi, dengan warna daging yang putih cerah sehingga sangat cocok diolah menjadi berbagai produk, salah satunya adalah otak-otak. CV. Torani Sumber Makmur adalah salah satu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) pengolahan hasil perikanan yang memproduksi otak-otak ikan tenggiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dan manajemen industri produk Otak-otak ikan tenggiri di CV. Torani Sumber Makmur. Penelitian di laksanakan pada bulan Mei 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Hayami untuk mengukur dan menentukan nilai tambah produk dengan mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis nilai tambah produk otak-otak ikan tenggiri di CV. Torani Sumber Makmur menunjukan rasio sebesar 16,14% atau Rp15.778,00 per kg bahan baku dan keuntungan mencapai Rp 6.333 per kg bahan baku dengan rasio sebesar 6,48%. Manajemen industri di CV. Torani Sumber Makmur melibatkan pengadaan bahan baku berupa daging lumatan ikan tenggiri segar. Segmentasi pasar UMKM CV. Torani Sumber Makmur adalah static attribute segmentation dengan penetapan harga produk menggunakan metode cost plus pricing. Strategi pemasaran melalui media WhatsApp dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut dengan mengikuti bazzar produk olahan perikanan.
