Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the forms of legal protection for workers that can be given to women workers according to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and knowing the factors influencing the implementation of legal protection for women workers. The research used normative juridical research with statutory approaches and conceptual approaches. Data obtained through documentation and interviews were analyzed, described, explained, compared, and interpreted for conclution. The results of the study revealed that legal protection for women workers was related to clarity of status, equal treatment, and exercise of rights. In addition, factors that need to be considered were the relativity of law, the absence of an agreement between women workers and employers to strengthen gender in the workplace, the low awareness of employers about women's labor rights, the low bargaining position of women, the type and type of work, wrong perceptions of employers regarding labor force, and the company's play on the status and rights of women workers. To fulfill the desire for legal protection for women workers, the legal product must prohibit gender identification in the entire management process, the legal product must not be related to relativity in perception and implementation, the legal product must be rational and not have an ambiguous impact, and all regulatory formulations and company policies must in the light of Pancasila philosophy..

Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar IPA siswa pada materi bencana alam dan mitigasi bencana di SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain model dari Kemmis & Mc Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 2 Tondano Semester I tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 21 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah lembar observasi siswa, lembar kerja siswa (LKS), soal pilihan ganda, dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil observasi aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I diperoleh nilai presentase 61,12% dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai presentase 88,89%, Kemudian pada hasil belajar siswa secara individual pada siklus I diperoleh nilai 57,14% dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai 82,14%, sedangkan secara klasikal pada siklus I diperoleh nilai 28,57% dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai 85,71%, Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar IPA siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Kata-kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Aktivitas Belajar IPA, Jigsaw, Bencana Alam Dan Mitigasi Bencana.

Abstract

Sustainable agriculture systems utilizing PGPR (Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria) have the potential to increase due to their environmentally friendly and practical nature, to replace the increasing use of chemical-based fertilizers and pesticides. Peanut (Arachis hypogea L) local variety Maybrat is a plant that has the potential to be isolated by bacteria in its rhizosphere area to be used as a biostimulant candidate. This study aimed to determine the type of rhizobacteria in the rhizosphere area associated with local varieties of peanuts in the Maybrat Regency and obtain superior rhizobacteria for biostimulants (PGPR). A total of 8 isolates were successfully isolated from peanut rhizosphere and based on physiological characteristics showed that KM2 isolates produced the highest IAA of 2,625 mg l-1, and KM8 isolates produced the highest GA3 concentration of 4.19 mg l-1. KM7 isolates produce salicylates with the highest concentration of 0.788 mg l-1, while KM3 isolates produce the highest type of catechols of 1.89 mg l-1. The KM8 isolate is capable of dissolving the highest phosphate of 12.46 mg l-1. Cyanide production tests showed that all eight bacterial isolates did not have the ability to produce cyanide. Based on physiological characteristics, it shows that these 8 isolates have the potential to be biostimulants and biofertilizers for plants.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimen, dengan menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa, menggunakan response 69 orang yang terbagi dalam tiga kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan presentase gaya belajar Visual adalah 17,39%, gaya belajar Auditori 60,87%, dan gaya belajar Kinesthetik 21,74% sehingga bisa kita simpulkan bahwa kecenderungan gaya belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tondano ialah gaya belajar Auditori. Koefisien korelasi gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA sebanyak 0,025, jika dibandingkan dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,05, dari hasil ini menandakan bahwa ada perubahan yang signifikan terhadap hubungan antara gaya belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dikelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. Kata Kunci: Gaya Belajar, Hasil Belajar Siswa.

Abstract

Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is a scientific field that studies human-computer interaction in order to design systems that satisfy user requirements and enhance the user experience (UX). HCI is very important in the development of websites because a good user experience is necessary to improve user satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness. The motivation behind this study is to recognize the qualities and shortcomings of the STMIK AKI site as far as client experience, as the need might have arisen to further develop client UX. From a HCI perspective, SUPR-Q is one way to use a questionnaire to measure user experience. To analyze various UX dimensions, UX testing will use Task Level Satisfaction methods like Single Ease Question (SEQ), Scenario Testing, and System Usability Scale (SUS) in addition to the SUPR-Q method. The SUPR-Q Loyalty variable had a low value, but the SEQ, SUS, and SUPR-Q methods produced results with an average grade of B, supporting the hypothesis that respondents were satisfied with their use of the STMIK AKI website. The worth got was 59.1% with Grade C and the speculation was adequate in utilizing and suggesting the STMIK AKI site page. Furthermore, in the Situation Testing strategy, the typical worth got is 57.5% with Grade C, with the speculation that the respondent or client is very able in finishing jobs or working the STMIK AKI page framework.

Abstract

The research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade 9.7 students of Manado 7 Public Middle School through the implementation of problem based learning multimedia learning models. The lack ability of students to think, understand, and solve problems, exacerbated by the situation after the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in disrupted learning activities, so learning multimedia is needed that can optimize learning outcomes and facilitate the learning process. Using the classroom action research method, the research subjects were 34 students. Conducted in two cycles with four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were analyzed using the formula P=????/????x100%. The results of the analysis show an increase in learning outcomes, as well as the ability to solve problems. This increase can be seen from the increase in classical completeness in each cycle, from an average of 65 cycles I to 82 in cycle II. Increasing the percentage of learning outcomes is 26%. The number of students fulfilling the minimum completeness criteria is 67% or 23 students (cycle I), to 94% or 32 students (cycle II). Student completeness from cycle I to cycle II increased by 27%.

Abstract

This study tries to apply an inquiry approach, which is a constructivist learning method. In this approach, students are given a problem in a particular situation or phenomenon that stimulates them to think critically, analyze and even draw conclusions based on prior knowledge. Through this approach, students are invited to study a problem that must be observed and scrutinized, so that it is hoped that understanding of course concepts in learning activities can increase. In the context of plant tissue culture courses, the learning methods that have been applied so far are less varied, and this seems to have a negative impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of the application of the guided inquiry method on the learning outcomes of semester VI students in that course. It is hoped that with the application of the inquiry method, students will experience an increase in understanding of concepts and skills in plant tissue culture courses. And of course, this increase is expected to have a positive impact on overall learning outcomes. This study used a quasi-quasi experimental design with subjects in the sixth semester of biology students. Data obtained through pretest and post-test, and the hypothesis was tested using the t test. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant effect of the application of the inquiry method on improving student learning outcomes in tissue culture engineering courses. This can be concluded from the calculated t value which is greater than t table at a significance level of 0.05. Thus, it can be confirmed that the inquiry approach contributes positively to improving student learning outcomes in these courses.

Abstract

The reseacrh of effect using Google Classroom as an LMS learning on student learning outcomes in Tondano City is an experiments carried out at several schools in Tondano City where the used of online learning platforms has been widely used by students due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 in Indonesia.. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano and SMA Negeri 3 Tondano with the sample chosen not randomly but with a specific aim, namely to see the equality between the control class and the experimental class. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using google classroom as an online learning application on student learning outcomes in Tondano City. The research method used is a quasi-experimental research with the form of nonequivalent control group design where there is one experimental group and one comparison group or control group by being given tests before and after treatment (treatment). Data on cognitive learning outcomes were analyzed using parametric statistics, namely the calculated homogeneity test, normality test, t test and N-gain, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of using Google Classroom on the learning outcomes of High School Students in Tondano City

Abstract

Graceful labeling, first introduced by Rosa as β-labeling. A graceful labeling (or β-labeling) on a graph G involves assigning labels to its set of vertices, forming an injective function f that maps each vertex to the set of non-negative integers {0, 1, 2, ..., |E(G)|}, where |E(G)| denotes the number of edges in G. This induces a bijective function f* that maps the edges of G to the set of positive integers {1,2,...,|E(G)|} which the edges label obtained by absolute number of the subtraction between 2 neighboring vertex labels. One renowned conjecture proposed by Kotzig-Ringel-Rosa, known as the Graceful Tree Conjecture (GTC), posits that all trees are graceful. To this day, this remains an open problem, challenging researchers to substantiate its validity. The quest for graceful labeling, particularly for specific types of trees, continues to be an active zona of research. Notably, caterpillar graphs have been established as graceful. It is worth noting that not all graphs possess a unique labeling. For instance, in the case of graceful labeling for caterpillar graphs, there exist four distinct methods, which will be elucidated algorithmically in this article. By demonstrating various approaches to labeling caterpillar graphs, it is hoped that this concept can be extended to other graceful labelings, ultimately contributing to the identification of more graceful trees

Abstract

Mata kuliah Praktikum Perancangan Instalasi Listrik menjadi dasar perancangan atau perancangan instalasi listrik untuk sebuah bangunan atau rumah. Selain itu, mata kuliah ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menganalisis gambar dan rangkaian listrik, serta melatih kerjasama antar kelompok dalam perencanaan instalasi listrik. Praktikum Desain Instalasi Listrik dilakukan dengan seksama dan setiap mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan wajib mematuhi K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) dan wajib memiliki peralatan lengkap sesuai SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia). Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti selama ini, kampus hanya menyediakan beberapa peralatan praktikum. Hal ini menyebabkan mahasiswa dituntut untuk membeli atau meminjam alat agar dapat mengikuti praktikum mata kuliah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti ingin mengetahui permasalahan yang timbul atau timbulnya dari mata kuliah praktikum desain instalasi listrik, sehingga setiap mahasiswa dapat mengikuti praktikum tanpa menanggung beban tambahan, terutama bagi mahasiswa yang kurang beruntung.
