Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Educational Background and Work Experience of the Employees Productivity at PT. Indotirta Suaka Moon Island, Batam. Data collect through questionnaires and conducted on 81 respondents.  Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 20 statistical sample technique and is based on research estimates using Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis.  Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that varaiables and satisfaction Educational Background influence Employees Productivity and Work Experience variables affect the Employees Productivity. Then through the F test can be seen that two independent variables simultaneously affect the employees productivity. Figure adjusted R2 of 0.415 indicates that 41.5% variable employees productivity can be explained by the two independent variables in the regression equation, while the remaining 58.5% is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence the development of human resource and leadership style and employee performance BP. Batam Hospital. In this research, total population 237 people with using help of slovin formula with the fault tolerance 10% get sample of 70 people to serve as respondents. Whereas the type of data used data premier and secondary data. Premier data sources from the questionnaire. While secondary data from BP. Batam Hospital documents and obtained from the literature related and can support as well as useful for this study. Techniques analysis data is do with validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, doulde linear analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2). The test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20. From the study authors conclude that the development of human resources (X1) are not positive and significant impact on employee (Y) and leadership style (X2) are positive and significant, whereas the development of human resources (X1) and leadership style (X2) together positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y).Keywords: Development of Human Resource, Leadership Style, Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja di Sekolah Widya Batam.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik kausal karena pengaruh beberapa variabel terhadap motivasi kerja. Populasi penelitian adalah guru di Sekolah Widya Batam sebesar 137 orang guru. Ukuran sampel yang di ambil adalah sebesar 102 orang guru, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner untuk mengukur tiga variabel: lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi. Instrumen ini telah dicoba sebelum digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, dan hasil masing-masing instrumen valid dan dapat diandalkan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, yang digunakan untuk menguji signifikansi masing-masing koefisien jalur.Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap Motivasi, dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi. Motivasi adalah variabel terikat. Lingkungan kerja dan  kompensasi sebagai variabel penting yang mempengaruhi motivasi, oleh karena itu disarankan lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi sebaiknya mendapat perhatian dari para pemimpin di Sekolah Widya dalam rangka meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether is a positive and significant relationship between performance appraisal and leadership style on work productivity, as well to determine jointly whether is a positive and significant relationship between job performance and assessment of leadership style on produktivity at work PT. Sumitomo Batam Indonesia.            From the result of multiple regresion analysis, the equation obtained to predict the magnitude of the effect between the independent variable (X) of the variable is dependent (Y), namely produktivity (Y)=2.664+2.450X1+1.184X2. cab be seen that the assessment of work performance/achievement has more higre influence than the leadership style.            Of the F-test result, obtained valuaes of 49.196, F value with probality values (sig) = 0,000. Fcount ( 49.196) Ftable (3,09), and the sig smaller than the probality value of 0,05 or 0,000 0,05; Means jointly work performance appraisal and leadership style have a significant effect on labor produktivity.            From the result of the t-test, in can be concluded that the variable job performance appraisal and leadership style variable has a significant influence on labor produktivity, with a significant level of 0,05% or 5%. Calculation ofthe t-test showed that the tcount ttable.

Abstract

Asal negara karyawan secara individual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.112 dan nilai signifikannya 0,002. Dengan batas signifikan 0,05, maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Disiplin kerja secara individual tidak ada hubungan  terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan t hitung sebesar 0.864 dan nilai signifikannya adalah 0,390. Dengan batas signifikan 0,05, maka Ho diterima Ha ditolak.Kepuasan kerja secara individual tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan t hitung sebesar 0,228 dan nilai signifikannya 0,820. Dengan batas signifikan 0,05, maka Ho diterima Ha ditolak. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa adjusted R2 sebesar 0,090, hal ini berarti 9,0% variabel dependen dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen yang terdiri dari variabel asal negara karyawan, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja.Asal negara karyawan, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. McConnell Dowell Services Batam. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diketahui bahwa variabel bebas berdistribusi secara normal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui : (1) Untuk menganalisis Return On Investment (ROI) berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (2) Untuk menganalisis Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (3) Untuk menganalisis Economic Value Added (EVA) berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (4) Untuk menganalisis Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Economic Value Added (EVA) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham perusahaan Otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif karena di dalamnya mengacu pada perhitungan data penelitian yang berupa angka-angka. Variable penelitian ini meliputi variable dependen dan independen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2016. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 11 perusahaan selama periode 2013-2016. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Economic Value Added (EVA) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

        The research was conducted PT Leo Utama Motor Batam.The purpose of this study to determine the effect of  work discipline and satisfied to the performance of employees either separately (partial) or jointly (simultaneously).         In this study,the outhors use a sample of  55 employees is taken as a whole from the total population (employees).while this type of data is primary data and secondary data. The primery data source obtained from the questionnaires with employees who are competent in the PT Leo Utama Motor Batam.While the sources of secondary data obtained from PT Leo Utama Motor Batam.Documents obtained from the literature are related and can support as well as useful for this study. Data gathering technique conducted by way of  interviews and questions data analysis was performed with descriptive setatistics, which are used to describe the given picture of the object studied througth a sample or population data obtained in the field associated with the relevant theories and techniques of the quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the scale of measurement used the likert scale and to test the results using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.         From the results of the study outhors conclude that the partial Discipline (X1) Has positif and significant impact on performance employees (Y) and satisfied (X2) has positif and significant impact on performance employees (Y) and simultaneously work Discipline and Satisfied have a positif and significant (Strong) against employees (Y)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja  terhadap peningkatan  kinerja karyawan, pengaruh keahlian (skill) terhadap peningkatan  kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, pengaruh penempatan kerja,keahlian (skill), dan kepuasan  kerja secara bersama – sama terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel dari populasi karyawan bagian PT. Osi Electronics Batam, yang berjumlah 95 orang dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana (random sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji F, uji t serta uji (R)2.Hasil perhitungan statistic menunjukan nilai F hitung sebesar 124.188 F table 3,10 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 maka kesimpulannya Ha diterima, Ho ditolak  yaitu secara bersama-sama antara variable Penempatan Kerja,Keahlian (Skill) dan Kepuasan Kerja  terdapat  pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable Peningkatan Kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja, keahlian (slill) dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja kayawan. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. Osi Electronics Batam harus memberikan penempatan kerja, keahlian (slill) dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama sehingga kinerja kayawan akan meningkat. Kata Kunci : Penempatan Kerja, Keahlian (Skill), Kepuasan Kerja, Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect Product Quality And Price On The Level Sales in PT.Mitra Global Joint Jig in Batam. This research was conducted with pedekatan survey consists of variable Product Quality and Price (X), and the rate of Sales (Y). To prove the influence of Product Quality and Price on the level of sales, the authors collected data by distributing questionnaires as much as 39 respondents in the sample taken from customers Jig in PT.Mitra Global Shared ever used the product JIG. Data were collected through questionnaires were processed using the application program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20. The results showed that the variable quality of the product (X1) individually do not have a positive and significant impact on the level of sales variable (Y), it can seen in a positive regression coefficient (0.652 (2,042) and the numeric significance of 0.519 (greater than 0.05), while the price variable (X2) individually have a positive influence and signifiikan to variable rate of sales (Y), it is can be seen in a positive regression coefficient (3.750)) t table (2.042) and a significant number of 0.001 (less than 0.05). Product Quality and Price together contribute to providing a positive and significant effect on the level of sales by 30% while the remaining 70% are influenced by other factors. Partial regression analysis results indicate that the variable quality of individual products do not affect the level of sales, while the price variables individually have a positive and significant impact on the level of sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction to employees performance at PT. Citra Shipyard Batam. This study using simple random sampling technique and data analysis methods used are validity, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. As the object of this study are employees of PT. Citra Shipyard Batam sample image with 65 employees as respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and interviews.   The results obtained from this study indicate that the value of t hitung for the variable of leadership style at 2,086 and significant level of 0,041, value of  thitung for the motivation of 2,576 and a significant level of 0,012, and t hitung for job satisfaction at 7,092 and significant level of 0,000, which is smaller than 0,05. This indicate a positive and significant results to the improved performance of employees at PT. Citra Shipyard Batam. Data variables that most influence in establishing the performance of employees is job satisfaction variables.
