Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of return on equity ratio (ROE) in mediating the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) on price book value (PBV) of coal sector issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative based and uses secondary data. The population of this study were 43 issuers, sample withdrawal using purposive sampling with the number of samples that met the criteria of 34 issuers that published complete financial reports from 2020-2022 so that the total sample used was 102 data analysis units. Panel data regression analysis was used with the help of Eviews 13. The results showed that the debt to equity ratio (DER) variable had a significant positive effect on price book value (PBV). In other tests, there is evidence that the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a significant positive effect on return on equity (ROE), besides that this research also finds that return on equity (ROE) has a positive and insignificant effect on price book value (PBV). For the mediation effect, there is evidence that return on equity (ROE) cannot mediate the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) on price book value (PBV).

Abstract

E-commerce mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan akibat adanya pembatasan sosial dan pergeseran perilaku belanja ke arah online. Fenomena ini telah meningkatkan persaingan antara platform e-commerce dan membuat pemahaman tentang apa yang dapat mempengaruhi minat beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Harga dan Sales Promotion Terhadap Minat Beli Pelanggan Shopee. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan yang dilakukan ialah pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik Universitas Mulawarman dalam jangka waktu 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket atau kuesioner alat pengumpulan data, yang kemudia diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. (2) Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. (3) Sales Promotion berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. dan (4) Kualitas Layanan, Harga dan Sales Promotion berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli.

Abstract

The volume of literature in popular media and among practitioners serves as a guide for practitioners in human resource management, particularly in Talent Management within the business context. However, what constitutes Talent Management and its foundations in the scientific principles of human resources and management? In this writing, we address these questions by examining the issues with the definition of Talent Management and the lack of data supporting many practitioner claims. Subsequently, we outline research that supports a definition of Talent Management as a system-oriented approach focused on strategic talent management. We then delineate future research directions to further develop the field of Talent Management and align it more closely with the extensive body of work in strategic human resource management.

Abstract

This study's objective is to find out how employees perform at PT. Nusantara X Kediri New Islamic Boarding School plantation which is affected by training and salary. Because the research data for this study is numerical, can be checked statistically, and meets scientific criteria, namely, definite, objective, measurable, logical, and systematic. Using quantitative research methodologies. The 69 employees of PT. Nusantara X Kediri New Islamic Boarding School is a research population. The sample in the study consisting of all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Pesantren Baru Kediri. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Multiple linear regression tests, tests of classical assumptions, tests of validity and reliability, partial significance tests (t statistical test), concurrent /simultaneous significance tests (f statistical tests), and determination coefficients during the process of data analysis. The study's conclusions lead to the following conclusions: (1) Training significantly and profitably affects employee work performance, according to the findings of the regression test conducted on the second hypothesis. The results of the regression analysis related to the third hypothesis show that remuneration has a beneficial and significant impact on employee performance. (3) We can draw a conclusion from it. from the output of the first hypothesis that employee performance is affected by compensation and training at the same time. This implies that a person will perform better in the workplace if they receive greater training and salary.

Abstract

Abstract – Artikel ini mengkaji dampak Teknik Audit Berbantuan Komputer (CAAT), pendidikan, dan pengalaman terhadap pengambilan keputusan heuristik auditor. Pertanyaan penelitian didefinisikan sebagai: "Apakah CAAT, pendidikan, dan pengalaman memengaruhi penggunaan heuristik auditor dalam pengambilan keputusan?" Novelitas artikerl ini memperkenalkan inovasi dalam menyelidiki efek gabungan CAAT, pendidikan, dan pengalaman terhadap pengambilan keputusan heuristik auditor, memberikan wawasan tentang interaksi faktor teknologi dan manusia. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa pengalaman secara signifikan mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan heuristik auditor, sementara pendidikan dan penggunaan CAAT tidak menunjukkan efek yang signifikan. Diskusi menyoroti peran penting pengalaman dalam membentuk strategi heuristik auditor. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman proses pengambilan keputusan auditor, menyoroti signifikansi pengalaman sebagai penentu penggunaan heuristik yang efektif, dengan implikasi pada praktik dan pendidikan audit. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah literasi keuangan dan penggunaan financial technology terhadap kinerja pada UMKM Sektor Kuliner di Kabupaten Pelalawan yang terdaftar di aplikasi Iron. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sumber data dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapat dari responden yangdikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari 22 pernyataan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh UMKM Sektor Kuliner Kabupaten Pelalawan yang terdaftar di aplikasi Iron. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random simple sampling, sampel terdapat 54 responden pelaku usaha. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik normalitas, uji asumsi klasik multikolinearitas, uji asumsi klasik heterokedastisitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM, (2) financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan (3) literasi keuangan dan financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze leadership style, employee motivation, work stress, employee diversity on employee turnover with employee satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at mining companies in the Morowali area, Central Sulawesi, research is needed in order to determine the equality of treatment carried out through the variables mentioned above. This research was analyzed with a quantitative method approach where the analysis used was descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing with partial least square (PLS). This research uses the explanatory research method. Sample determination is done by simple random sampling method. Our research sampling was conducted in 4 different companies so that in each company we took a sample of 21 people. The results showed that there is a significant effect of employee diversity on job satisfaction where the existence of employee diversity in increasing employee job satisfaction has a moderate/moderate effect at the structural level. Then there is a significant effect of employee job satisfaction on employee turnover where the existence of employee job satisfaction in increasing employee turnover has a low influence at the structural level.

Abstract

One sort of quantitative research is used in this investigation. The dependent variables in this causality study design include training, career advancement, and compensation, whereas the independent variable is employee performance. This research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Cikarang Jababeka which is located in the Cikarang Industrial area, Indonesia. The individuals that work at Bank Mandiri Cikarang Jababeka Ruko Roxy comprise the population under investigation. In this survey, 27 employees made up the population. Non-probability sampling is the method of sampling used in this investigation. Bank Mandiri Cikarang Jababeka uses questionnaires to collect information from respondents on their training, professional growth, and pay. SPSS software was used to aid with data processing for this investigation. This study employs a number of data analysis techniques, such as validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests that comprise hypothesis testing (F, T, and Determination tests), and classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests). The results of this study state that There is a positive and significant partial effect of the training variable (X1) on performance (Y), There is a positive and partially significant effect of the career development variable (X2) on employee performance (Y), There is a positive and significant partial effect of the compensation variable (X3) on performance (Y), Training, career development, and compensation together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, The correlation or relationship between training, career development, and compensation on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Cikarang Jababeka is quite strong at (r = 0.541) and the coefficient of determination or r square number is 0.598% or equal to 59.8%.

Abstract

Most humans have problems with oily facial skin. Oily facial skin is one of the enemies or also a threat that affects a person's appearance and self-confidence. The presence of facial wash is able to overcome these problems and can reduce pore blockage due to blackheads and acne, rejuvenate facial skin, make facial skin look brighter, fresher, and make you stay young. The mandom coperaton company that produces Gatsby facial wash was established in Indonesia in 1969. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of advertising media, brand ambassadors, and prices on purchase decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used includes Pelita Bangsa University students who have used or purchased Gatsby facial wash products. The number of samples obtained in this study is as many as 76 respondents. The data collection technique carried out in this study uses purposive sampling techniques using primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study show that : 1.) advertising media on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect,. 2.) brand ambassador to the purchase decision has a positive and significant effect, then 3.) the price on the purchase decision has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan asuransi syariah di Indonesia melalui analisis data statistik keuangan kinerja asuransi syariah selama periode 2018-2022. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (liblary research) yang berasal dari sumber pustaka berupa buku, jurnal-jurnal yang relevan, data statistik dan laporan keuangan asuransi syariah dan data-data IKNB. Analisa yang digunakan menggunakan metode content analysis berdasarkan rekomendasi Miles dan Humberman yaitu melalui reduksi data berupa peringkasan data secara kompherehensif, penyajian data secara sistematis dan simple, serta penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Asuransi syariah memiliki prinsip-prinsip yang dipegang teguh yaitu ta’awun ‘ala al birr wa al-taqwa (tolong menologlah kamu sekalian dalam kebaikan dan takwa) dan al-ta’min (rasa aman) sehingga sesuai syariat dan terhindar dari riba, gharar, dan maysir. Acuan kegiatan asuransi syariah di Indonesia berdasarkan Fatwa DSN No.21/DSN-MUI/X/2001. Sejak pendirian perusahaan asuransi syariah pertama di Indonesia pada tahun 1994, sampai dengan saat ini terdapat 59 perusahaan asuransi berbasis syariah di Indonesia. Aset bruto asuransi syariah dalam kurun 5 tahun terakhir diklaim tumbuh, namun jika dilihat dan diamati dari tahun ketahun asuransi syariah tidak mengalami pertumbuhan asset yang signifikan, bahkan dapat dikatakan mengalami stagnasi. Namun, berdasarkan statistik IKNB Syariah selama rentan waktu 5 tahun terakhir 2018 sampai 2022, asuransi syariah konsisten membukukan hasil investasi, bahkan pada saat kondisi covid dimana jumlah aset menurun sedangkan klaim bruto meningkat. Di tahun 2022, asuransi syariah berhasil membukukan hasil investasi sebesar Rp 1.195 milyar atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 108,19% dibandingkan tahun 2021.
