Abstract

Scientific creativity and responsibility are believed to be key factors for overcoming increasingly complex real-life problems faced by students; but both competencies are not trained in school. Therefore, this research aims to describe the effectiveness of creative responsibility based learning (CRBL) to increase student?s responsibility and scientific creativity on physics learning in senior high school. This research used one group pretest-posttest design involving 66 students of two senior high schools in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The data collection was conducted by using responsibility observation emphasizing on participatory, cooperation, delivering an opinion, and leadership. Additionally, data were gained through scientific creativity test emphasizing on problem finding, product improvement, scientific imagination, scientific problem solving, and creative product design. The data analysis was done through qualitative descriptive, n-gain, and paired t-test. The results showed      (1) student?s responsibility for each meeting is in good criteria, and (2) there is a significant increase on students? scientific creativity at ? = 5 %, with n-gain constitutes moderate category. Thus, the CRBL is believed to be effective to increase student?s responsibility and scientific creativity in physics learning

Abstract

Scientific creativity and responsibility are among the main competencies in the society 5.0, but they are not trained in school. Therefore, this study wants to produce a valid Creative Responsibility Based Learning (CRBL) to prepare students for society 5.0. This research is part of the educational research design using the Tessmer model, but data collection is still at the stage of self-evaluation and expert validation. CRBL's instructional goals are science process skills, responsibility, and scientific creativity; and other impact is the competence of society 5.0. The design of CRBL phase includes: generating creative responsibility, organizing creative learning needs, guiding group investigations, actualizing creative responsibilities, evaluating and reflecting. Students can explore creative and imaginative ideas, design creative products, and create technology products. In addition, the three validators agreed that CRBL was valid to prepare them for society 5.0.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelimpahan Lola (Rochia sp.) di perairan laut Desa Wabula, Kabupaten Buton, Sulawesi Tenggara, serta menganalisis keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dan dominansi spesies di berbagai stasiun penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode swept area pada empat stasiun penelitian yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus kelimpahan relatif, indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener, indeks keseragaman, dan indeks dominansi Simpson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rochia nilotica lebih melimpah dibandingkan dengan Rochia maxima di semua stasiun penelitian. Indeks keanekaragaman berkisar antara 0,69 hingga 1,28, dengan stasiun tertentu menunjukkan keanekaragaman yang rendah. Distribusi individu dalam komunitas spesies juga bervariasi, dengan beberapa stasiun menunjukkan distribusi yang lebih merata daripada yang lain. Tingkat dominansi spesies juga berbeda di berbagai stasiun. Kesimpulannya, kelimpahan dan keanekaragaman Lola dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan dan interaksi manusia. Pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berbasis pada tradisi lokal dan pengetahuan ilmiah sangat penting untuk menjaga keberlanjutan ekosistem laut di wilayah ini. Perlindungan habitat, penegakan hukum, serta peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya konservasi lingkungan juga menjadi kunci untuk menjaga kelimpahan Lola dan keanekaragaman hayati lainnya di wilayah ini. Kata Kunci : Keanekaragaman, Kelimpahan Lola, Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Alam, Sulawesi Tenggara, Tradisi Lokal.

Abstract

Low science process skills contribute to a lack of learner autonomy among students. This research aims to develop teaching materials on elasticity and Hooke's law oriented towards learner autonomy to enhance science process skills suitable for the learning process. The study follows the ADDIE development model (analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate). The research subjects were 32 students from class XI MPA 1 at SMA Negeri 6 Banjarmasin. Data were collected through validation sheets, observation sheets on the implementation of lesson plans, observation sheets on science process skills, and learning outcome tests. Quantitative data analysis methods were employed. The results indicate that: 1) the teaching materials are highly valid according to validator assessments, 2) the materials are highly practical based on lesson plan implementation, 3) the effectiveness of the teaching materials is moderate, and 4) students' science process skills are categorized as good based on student activity sheets. In conclusion, learner-autonomy-oriented teaching materials are suitable for training science process skills in the topics of elasticity and Hooke's law.

Abstract

The use of conventional teaching materials with less innovative learning models results in a lack of problem solving skills possessed by students. This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of vibration material e-modules through effective and feasible physics modeling learning to improve students' problem solving skills using the ADDIE development model. The subjects of the research were 34 class XI C students of SMAN 5 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques using learning outcomes tests through pre-test and post-test. The results showed that the electronic module was stated to be very effective in terms of the average n-gain score for measuring problem solving skills of 0.78 in the high category. As well as there was a significant increase between before and after using the e-module through the paired sample t-test. Thus, the vibration material e-module through physics modeling learning is declared effective and significant in improving students' problem solving skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan asuransi syariah di Indonesia melalui analisis data statistik keuangan kinerja asuransi syariah selama periode 2018-2022. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (liblary research) yang berasal dari sumber pustaka berupa buku, jurnal-jurnal yang relevan, data statistik dan laporan keuangan asuransi syariah dan data-data IKNB. Analisa yang digunakan menggunakan metode content analysis berdasarkan rekomendasi Miles dan Humberman yaitu melalui reduksi data berupa peringkasan data secara kompherehensif, penyajian data secara sistematis dan simple, serta penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Asuransi syariah memiliki prinsip-prinsip yang dipegang teguh yaitu ta’awun ‘ala al birr wa al-taqwa (tolong menologlah kamu sekalian dalam kebaikan dan takwa) dan al-ta’min (rasa aman) sehingga sesuai syariat dan terhindar dari riba, gharar, dan maysir. Acuan kegiatan asuransi syariah di Indonesia berdasarkan Fatwa DSN No.21/DSN-MUI/X/2001. Sejak pendirian perusahaan asuransi syariah pertama di Indonesia pada tahun 1994, sampai dengan saat ini terdapat 59 perusahaan asuransi berbasis syariah di Indonesia. Aset bruto asuransi syariah dalam kurun 5 tahun terakhir diklaim tumbuh, namun jika dilihat dan diamati dari tahun ketahun asuransi syariah tidak mengalami pertumbuhan asset yang signifikan, bahkan dapat dikatakan mengalami stagnasi. Namun, berdasarkan statistik IKNB Syariah selama rentan waktu 5 tahun terakhir 2018 sampai 2022, asuransi syariah konsisten membukukan hasil investasi, bahkan pada saat kondisi covid dimana jumlah aset menurun sedangkan klaim bruto meningkat. Di tahun 2022, asuransi syariah berhasil membukukan hasil investasi sebesar Rp 1.195 milyar atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 108,19% dibandingkan tahun 2021.

Abstract

Percobaan atau praktikum merupakan bagian hal yang penting dalam pembelajaran IPA disebabkan karena didasarkan pada penemuan berdasarkan gejala-gejala fisis pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun metode pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPA guru didominasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi, masih jarang melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran yang berbasis saintifik dengan metode praktikum ataupun demonstrasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatihkan guru-guru mengoptimalkan penggunaan KIT praktukum IPA pada pembelajaran IPA di SD. Pengadian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang guru sekolah dasar. Palatihan dilakukan dengan melatihkan guru-guru melakukan sejumlah percobaan IPA menggunakan KIT Praktikum IPA secara berkelompok yang dibimbing oleh tim PKM dari FKIP Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Berdasarkan hasil Pelatihan Penggunaan KIT Praktikum IPA untuk Guru SD diperoleh simpulan bahwa pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman guru dan kemampuan guru menggunakan KIT Praktikum IPA dengan berperan aktif dalam mendengarkan penjelasan tim PKM dan melaksanakan kegiatan praktikum IPA menggunakan KIT IPA.

Abstract

Students' scientific argumentation ability is important in physics lessons but is still not optimal. Therefore, a teaching module is needed that can help develop this ability. This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of momentum and impulse modules through effective and feasible physics modeling learning to improve students' scientific argumentation abilities. This study uses the ADDIE development model. The subjects of the research trial were 20 students consisting of 2 classes XI A Boys and XI A Girls of SMA IT Arafah Sampit. The effectiveness of learning reviewed from the student learning outcome test obtained an effective category with an average n-gain score of 0.58 which is categorized as effective in measuring scientific argumentation abilities. Thus, it is found that the use of physics modeling learning through momentum and impulse modules can improve students' abilities in scientific argumentation.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become a significant global health challenge. Conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension contribute to more than 70% of deaths worldwide. This community service activity aims to provide free health screenings to the community, particularly to the residents of Desa Bangun Rejo, with the goal of early detection of NCDs. The community service activities involved health screenings followed by direct education to the participants. The results showed that 40 participants attended and gained knowledge about their current health conditions, including blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and uric acid levels. The findings from the health screenings will serve as a reference for participants to understand the importance of regular health check-ups in mitigating future risks Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) menjadi salah satu tantangan kesehatan global yang signifikan. termasuk penyakit jantung, diabetes, dan hipertensi menyumbang lebih dari 70% kematian di seluruh dunia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemeriksaan Kesehatan gratis kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Desa Bangun Rejo yang bertujuan untuk deteksi dini PTM. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pemeriksaan Kesehatan dan dilanjutkan pemberian edukasi langsung kepada peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan peserta yang hadir sebanyak 40 orang mengetahui tentang kondisi saat ini berupa tekanan darah, kadar glukosa darah, dan asam urat. Hasil pemeriksaan yang didapatkan dijadikan sebagai rujukan untuk peserta lebih memahami pentingnya melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin guna menanggulangi resiko yang lebih besar untuk kedepannya
