Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), jumlah angkatan kerja, jumlah penduduk miskin, dan indeks kriminalitas terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah selama periode 2018–2021. Data yang digunakan merupakan data panel dari 35 kabupaten/kota yang diperoleh dari publikasi resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), dan Random Effect Model (REM), kemudian dipilih model terbaik melalui uji Chow dan Hausman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan keempat variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB. Secara parsial, IPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia mendorong aktivitas ekonomi daerah. Sebaliknya, jumlah penduduk miskin berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB, mengindikasikan bahwa tingginya tingkat kemiskinan menekan produktivitas dan daya beli masyarakat. Sementara itu, jumlah angkatan kerja dan indeks kriminalitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan peningkatan kualitas manusia dan pengentasan kemiskinan sebagai strategi utama pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The operational risk management in Islamic banks is crucial to ensure the smooth functioning of the bank while adhering to Islamic principles. Operational risks in banks can arise from internal processes, human errors, system failures, and external events. These risks, when not managed effectively, can have significant impacts on the financial stability and reputation of the bank. The human factor (human resources) plays a pivotal role in operational risk, especially in banks following Sharia principles, where it is necessary to ensure that the employees are well-trained, competent, and have a strong understanding of Islamic financial laws. This paper discusses the role of human resource management in the operational risk management framework of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Effective human resource management ensures that the right employees are hired, trained, and retained, thus minimizing the potential risks caused by human errors. The focus of the paper is to assess how Bank Syariah Indonesia incorporates risk management strategies in their HR practices and explores the training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee competence in managing operational risks. The research highlights the importance of creating a risk-aware culture and building a strong risk management system within the bank, specifically focusing on improving the competencies of human resources to reduce operational risks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Giokindo Indah Lestari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 78 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, di mana karyawan yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya cenderung memiliki keinginan lebih rendah untuk berhenti. Self-efficacy juga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, mengindikasikan bahwa keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri membantu karyawan bertahan di perusahaan. Secara simultan, kepuasan kerja dan self-efficacy memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam menurunkan turnover intention. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan self-efficacy guna mengurangi turnover intention. Temuan ini juga mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) nomor 8, yang berfokus pada pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, locus of control, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial performance using quantitative methods and accidental sampling techniques. Validity, reliability, and determination coefficients were tested using PLS SEM SmartPLS-3. The results of the study showed that the three variables had a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance, with the locus of control providing the most significant influence. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the locus of control plays an important role in encouraging the improvement of entrepreneurial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, service quality, and promotion on customer satisfaction in the car rental services of CV. MAHKOTA in Sidoarjo. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are customers of CV. MAHKOTA. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and t and F tests with the help of SPSS 29. The results show that price, service quality, and promotion variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The most dominant indicators are assurance (service quality), price competitiveness (price), and publicity through social media (promotion). These findings indicate that the three variables together explain 87.7% of the variation in customer satisfaction. Therefore, CV. MAHKOTA is advised to maintain competitive pricing strategies, enhance service reliability, and optimize digital promotion to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Mencapai tujuan organisasi, sumber daya manusia memainkan peran penting, dan manajemen yang tepat dari sumber daya ini sangat penting. Banyak hal yang mempengaruhi kinerja seseorang, salah satunya adalah tempat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Uyemura Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel yang di gunakan sampel jenuh yaitu populasi sama dengan sampel berjumlah 133 orang. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan dengan data kuesioner yang di ambil dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat pengaruh parsial lingkungan kerja positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh parsial motivasi kerja positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan terdapat pengaruh simultan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Karyawan yang termotivasi akan lebih bersemangat dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan akan selalu berkontribusi pada kesuksesan perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Karyawan yang memiliki motivasi tinggi akan memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja dan berperan penting dalam peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

The average value of companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2024 fluctuated. The data also shows that there are still companies that have a PBV value <1, while the standard PBV is 1. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Company Size on Company Value (Case Study of Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2024). The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is 95 Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and a sample of 12 companies. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there are (1) The influence of liquidity, profitability and company size has a significant effect on company value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2024. (2) Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on company value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2024. (3) Profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on company value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2024 and (4) Company size has a negative and insignificant effect on company value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2024.

Abstract

Business sustainability and growth depend on its competitive advantage, market orientation, and innovation. Competitive advantage is a superior value obtained through a company's strategy, enabling the company to outperform its competitors. Business competitive capabilityis influenced by market orientation and business innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage through innovation in fashion businesses utilizing e-commerce. The type of research used is quantitative explanatory, with a purposive sampling technique for data collection. This study uses 100 MSMEs business owners in e-commerce based fashion businesses. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. The results show that market orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage, market orientation also has a significant effect on innovation, and innovation significantly affects competitive advantage.

Abstract

Studi khusus ini dirancang dengan cermat dengan tujuan utama menunjukkan dampak mendalam yang dapat dimiliki oleh kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan secara khusus di perusahaan terkenal yang dikenal sebagai B'dLoD Resto. Untuk melaksanakan penelitian ini secara efektif, metodologi kuantitatif digunakan, yang melibatkan distribusi sistematis dari survei kuesioner terperinci yang menargetkan ukuran sampel 120 pelanggan yang telah mengalami layanan yang ditawarkan oleh restoran. Data yang dikumpulkan dari survei ini kemudian menjadi sasaran analisis menyeluruh menggunakan Analisis Regresi Ganda, di samping statistik deskriptif, pengujian instrumen yang ketat, pengujian Asumsi Klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis, semuanya difasilitasi oleh aplikasi SPSS yang canggih. Temuan yang diperoleh dari studi komprehensif ini secara meyakinkan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang diberikan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, sementara kepuasan pelanggan juga menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan dan positif pada hal yang sama; lebih jauh lagi, ketika dipertimbangkan secara bersamaan, baik kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara kolektif menunjukkan efek positif yang patut diperhatikan pada loyalitas pelanggan.
