Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dari variabel green trust dalam memediasi hubungan antara green brand image dan green purchase intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Innisfree di Kota Sukabumi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) menggunakan software IBM SPSS AMOS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green brand image berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap green trust. Green trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap green purchase intention. Dan green trust mampu memediasi hubungan green brand image dan green purchase intention.

Abstract

Dalam konteks pasar digital, implementasi strategi Blue Ocean menjadi semakin relevan. Transformasi digital memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menciptakan peluang pasar baru yang sebelumnya tidak ada, seperti layanan berbasis platform, ekonomi berbagi (sharing economy), serta model bisnis berbasis data dan kecerdasan buatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Implementasi Strategi Blue Ocean dalam Mengahadapi Persaingan Pasar Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka (literature review), yaitu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara menelaah, mengkaji, dan mensintesis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang topik yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan pustaka mengenai implementasi Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) dalam konteks pasar digital, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi ini tetap relevan dan efektif sebagai pendekatan inovatif untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah pada sektor kesehatan, pendidikan, perlindungan sosial, dan pelayanan umum terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan data panel gabungan time series dan cross section dari 34 provinsi selama periode 2017–2018 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi data panel dengan bantuan perangkat lunak EViews. Variabel dependen adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan variabel independen mencakup pengeluaran sektor kesehatan, pendidikan, perlindungan sosial, dan pelayanan umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara parsial, hanya pengeluaran sektor pendidikan yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan belanja pemerintah di bidang pendidikan mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya prioritas anggaran pada sektor pendidikan sebagai instrumen kebijakan fiskal untuk memperkuat daya saing nasional dan menciptakan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penyerapan tenaga kerja merupakan indikator penting karena mencerminkan kemampuan perekonomian dalam menyediakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bermaksud guna memperkirakan arah dan besarnya dampak pertumbuhan PDRB, upah pekerja formal, upah pekerja informal, dan PHK pada penyerapan tenaga kerja formal dan informal di Indonesia tahun 2022-2024 mempergunakan regresi data panel melalui pendekatan Fixed Effects Model (FEM). Temuan analisis memperlihatkan bahwasannya upah pekerja formal mempunyai dampak negatif pada penyerapan tenaga kerja formal, sementara upah pekerja informal justru berpengaruh positif. Sebaliknya, dalam sektor informal, upah pekerja formal berdampak positif pada penyerapan tenaga kerja, disisi lain upah pekerja informal menunjukkan dampak negatif. Adapun pertumbuhan PDRB dan PHK tidak memperlihatkan dampak signifikan pada penyerapan tenaga kerja di kedua sektor tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan pengupahan yang berbasis produktivitas dan pengembangan sektor informal sebagai jalur transisi menuju pekerjaan formal. Intervensi kebijakan yang tepat mencakup pelatihan keterampilan, akses pembiayaan, dan fasilitasi transisi pekerja. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan lembaga pelatihan kerja diperlukan untuk membentuk ekosistem ketenagakerjaan yang adaptif, inklusif, dan selaras dengan dinamika pasar kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic money and the BI-Rate on inflation in Indonesia. The background of this research is the increasing use of electronic money in economic transactions by society, as well as the role of the BI-Rate as a monetary policy instrument used by Bank Indonesia to control inflation. This study employs a quantitative method with an Error Correction Model (ECM) approach to examine the long-term and short-term relationships among the variables. The data used in this research are secondary annual data from 2009 to 2023, obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. The results indicate that, partially, electronic money affects inflation but not significantly, while the BI-Rate has a positive and significant effect on inflation. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence inflation in Indonesia. These findings imply that although electronic money facilitates transactions, its impact on inflation control remains limited, whereas the BI-Rate continues to serve as the main instrument in controlling national inflation.

Abstract

As digital transformation accelerates in the post-pandemic workplace, employees face increasing pressure to remain constantly connected and responsive. While technology enhances flexibility and efficiency, it also introduces new psychological demands that can undermine employee wellbeing. This study investigates the influence of technostress, digital work overload, and supervisor support on employee wellbeing among professionals working in hybrid and digitally integrated organizations in 2025. Grounded in the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) theory and the Conservation of Resources (COR) model, this research proposes that technostress and digital work overload function as job demands that exhaust personal resources, while supervisor support serves as a critical job resource that can buffer negative effects and promote wellbeing. Data were collected through an online survey involving 210 respondents from various service and technology-based companies operating in Jakarta and Bandung. Results from that technostress and digital work overload have significant negative effects on employee wellbeing, while supervisor support has a significant positive effect. These findings confirm that maintaining digital balance and supportive leadership are essential for sustaining psychological health in the digital work environment. The study contributes to discussions on digital wellbeing in HRM by emphasizing the need for mindful technology use and empathetic leadership in hybrid workplaces.

Abstract

This study explores how influencer credibility and brand–influencer fit affect purchase intention among Generation Z consumers in Bandung, Indonesia. As influencer marketing are currently rapidly mature, the alignment between brand identity and influencer persona became a crucial determinant of marketing effectiveness. Drawing from the source credibility theory and the match-up hypothesis, this research investigates whether credible and well-matched influencers strengthen consumers’ willingness to purchase. Data were collected from 180 active social-media users from Generation Z who follow cosmetic brands promoted by Indonesian influencers. Using multiple linear regression, results reveal that both influencer credibility and brand–influencer fit have a significant positive effect on purchase intention (p < 0.05). These findings confirm that trustworthiness and congruence enhance persuasive impact. The findings highlight the importance for marketers to select influencers not only based on popularity but on authenticity and value alignment to sustain consumer engagement and conversion

Abstract

Liquidity Risk Management is the development of strategies and policies to manage liquidity risks that include the creation of cash reserves, diversification of funding sources, and the use of financial instruments to overcome liquidity shortages. The process of managing risks arising from the inability of an entity (company or bank) to meet its financial obligations on time due to lack of liquidity or available cash funds. Liquidity risk is the risk that a company or individual will be unable to meet short-term financial obligations because it cannot convert its assets into cash. Liquidity risk arises from the inability to meet maturing obligations from cash flow funding sources and/or from high-quality liquid assets that can be pledged, without disrupting the entity's activities and financial condition. Liquidity risk is one of the main challenges faced by companies in the world of finance and business. Liquidity risk can arise in various forms and situations. One of them is the inability of a company to access sufficient cash when needed, which can occur due to factors such as a sudden decline in sales, dependence on short-term funding, or unexpected economic changes. Liquidity instruments can be obtained from collecting third party funds (DPK), lending in the sharia money market, purchasing SBI Syariah, looking for investors from within the country or foreign investors, or from other sources of funds. The results of the study show that the implementation of liquidity risk management in Islamic Banks and UUS is carried out in the form of: 1. The Board of Directors, Commissioners, and DPS (Sharia Supervisory Board) are active in formulating and implementing risk management, 2. Preparing policies, procedures, and setting risk management limits, 3. Carrying out the process of identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling risks as well as risk management information systems, 4. Forming a comprehensive internal control system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat beralih konsumen dari produk kosmetik konvensional ke produk kosmetik hijau di Kota Palangka Raya. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi ketidakpuasan, kualitas rendah, dan daya tarik alternatif terhadap niat beralih konsumen, dengan biaya peralihan sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakpuasan, kualitas rendah, dan daya tarik alternatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beralih konsumen. Selain itu, biaya peralihan terbukti dapat memoderasi hubungan antara ketidakpuasan dan daya tarik alternatif terhadap niat beralih, namun tidak memoderasi hubungan antara kualitas rendah dan niat beralih konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun biaya peralihan dapat menjadi faktor penghambat, konsumen tetap menunjukkan kecenderungan untuk beralih ke produk kosmetik hijau yang dinilai lebih menarik dan berkualitas dibandingkan produk konvensional.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hak dasar manusia yang harus dijamin negara melalui sistem pelayanan yang adil, merata, dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan transformasi kebijakan sistem kesehatan antara Thailand dan Indonesia dalam upaya mencapai Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka, yang bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah, laporan resmi pemerintah, serta publikasi dari lembaga internasional terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Thailand menerapkan reformasi besar-besaran (big bang reform) pada tahun 2002 melalui Universal Coverage Scheme (UCS) dengan pendekatan terpusat, sistem kapitasi, dan dukungan kuat relawan kesehatan desa. Reformasi tersebut berhasil meningkatkan cakupan layanan kesehatan dari 76% menjadi 99,5% dalam satu dekade dan menurunkan beban biaya kesehatan masyarakat secara signifikan. Sebaliknya, Indonesia menempuh pendekatan transformasi bertahap melalui enam pilar transformasi sistem kesehatan nasional yang menekankan penguatan layanan primer, digitalisasi melalui SATUSEHAT, serta peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia kesehatan. Meskipun Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) telah mencakup lebih dari 96% penduduk, tantangan masih terdapat pada kesenjangan infrastruktur, ketimpangan distribusi tenaga kesehatan, dan koordinasi lintas sektor. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi sistem kesehatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh tata kelola yang efektif, keterlibatan komunitas, serta kesiapan layanan primer dan digitalisasi sebagai fondasi reformasi berkelanjutan menuju pencapaian UHC.
