Abstract

The obligation of Muslims to improve the economy of their people is through zakat, infaq, and alms. The amil zakat institution has a mandate as a facilitator in the process of collecting, managing, and distributing ZIS funds (zakat infaq and sadaqah). The main economic sector, MSMEs, is a stand-alone business sector with limitations in business branding. The purpose of this study is to describe the collection, management, and distribution of ZIS funds (zakat infaq and sadaqah) by LAZISMU Kalibaru in optimizing the personal branding of SMEs in the Kalibaru District. This research method uses the descriptive qualitative method. The results and conclusions of this study are in the process of collecting ZIS funds (zakat infaq and sadaqah) at LAZISMU Kalibaru in two ways, direct and indirect. The management of ZIS funds (zakat infaq and sadaqah) is intended to improve the welfare of the social life of the community by establishing 10 programs which are divided into two areas, namely social and health. The distribution of ZIS funds in the social sector, including to MSMEs through a branding program in the form of painting and design either in places or business carts, in the LAZISMU Kalibaru branding program has compared 4 MSMEs with businesses in the culinary field. The purpose of this branding program is as a form of concern for LAZISMU Kalibaru in improving and developing the MSMEs' businesses in the Kalibaru sub-district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada STIE Mandala Jember. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Teknik untuk memperoleh data menggunakan teknik kuisioner. Metode penelitian dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis serta analisis koefisien determinasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan, data tanggap, keterjaminan dan empati berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan secara parsial bukti fisik, kehandalan dan keterjaminan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sebaliknya daya tanggap dan empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa.

Abstract

A very basic difference in Islamic and conventional banks is the prohibition of the interest system in Islamic Banks and the requirement based on Islamic Sharia Law and the existence of a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) at each bank entrusted to manage all forms of Islamic bank operations to remain in the sharia law koredor. The research used in this study is normative research, which is legal research that examines the law of fatwa law of the National Shari'ah Committee (DSN) from all aspects. The type of research used is a type of descriptive research that is clear, detailed and systematic. Fatwa DSN-MUI has binding legal force, so the economic actors of Islamic teachings must obey it. The consequences of this law are based on several provisions that directly or indirectly apply to the laws and regulations. Directly stated in the regulation that fatwa is the princi ple of sharia that must be obeyed. If it does not comply, sharia economic actors will be subject to administrative sanctions.

Abstract

Pesantren as a sub-culture of the archipelago that has a great tradition is expected to play a role in this era of globalization. Globalization that adheres to the notion of liberalism encourages people to become entrepreneurs independently. In this condition, several subcultures must move to create a community entrepreneur culture. One of them is the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Banyuanyar Pemekasan, Madura. This Islamic boarding school, which has thousands of alumni, has succeeded in formulating a business unit development strategy. Everything is done by relying on the alumni forum network.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital saving in improving service quality at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jember and identify how the obstacles, shortcomings and advantages of digital saving. The research method used a descriptive approach. informants use purposive technique. Data was collected by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that digital savings at BRI KC Jember are implemented optimally through the website Bukarekening.bri.co.id which is in accordance with the theory of e-service quality. The obstacles experienced by BRI KC Jember are from internal and external factors. The internal factor has not been registered with the Civil Registration Office, thus hampering the process of creating a digital savings account. External factors used and the cellphone used by the customer is not supportive or the customer's cellphone memory is full. The drawback is that customers with new ID cards and old customers cannot create digital savings accounts. The advantage of digital savings is that Butaplus and Katplus are efficient without cards and transactions are faster. Keywords: Marketing Management, Digital Saving, Electronic Service Quality.

Abstract

Kerja sama ambe’en is one type of cooperation that relies on the basic values ​​of Islamic economics. It can be cantegorized as syirkah al-Inaan. This study focuses on: the implementation of kerja sama ambe'en and the Islamic economic perspective on kerja sama ambe'en, a case study of Sumber Barokah Boat at Muncar Port, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method used was a qualitative approach. The data collected were primary data and secondary data. Data source obtained through observation, interviews with owners, investors, and the person in charge in Sumber Barokah Boat, as well as documentation. Analysis technique used was domain analysis, taxonomic analysis and theme analysis. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it shows that kerja sama ambe’en on the Sumber Barokah Boat implements syirkah al-Inaan contract by combining assets or capital. The capital that is given is the form of working capital by the owner of the Sumber Barokah Boat and capital that paid as needed, while the other parts provides capital in 80,000,000 with 10% profit sharing through an agreement. This cooperation has covered almost all the basic values ​​of Islamic economics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant level of efficiency between Islamic banks in Malaysia using the DEA method and analyze the financial performance of Islamic banking with the Maqashid Syariah approach in Malaysia using the DEA method. The population in this study is Islamic Banks in Malaysia. This research was conducted during the period 2011-2015, selected 9 Islamic banks in Malaysia which became the research sample. The data analysis used in this study is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results of this study show that Islamic banks in Malaysia that have experienced efficiency over the past 5 years in terms of distribution are Affin Islamic Bank Berhad, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad, and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad, while those in terms of profitability are Affin Islamic Bank Berhad and in terms of personal income, no one has experienced efficiency.

Abstract

The marketing mix is ​​a combination of four variables which are the core of the marketing system that can be controlled by the company. These variables can be grouped into four main groups known as the 4Ps, namely: Product (product), Price (price), Promotion (promotion), Place (Place / Distribution). The focus of research in this journal is 1). What is the marketing strategy of Batik in Sidomulyo Village, Jember Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic. 2). What are the obstacles faced by Batik in Sidomulyo Village, Jember Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic? 3). What are the solutions to the problems faced by Batik SMEs in Sidomulyo Village, Jember Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic? This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the type of research uses field research, data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by using source triangulation techniques and techniques or methods. The results of the study concluded that: The marketing strategy of Batik in Sidomulyo Village, Jember Regency uses market segmentation analysis by looking at the way consumers dress and the way consumers speak, and uses a marketing mix marketing mix including: Product strategy, Batik in Sidomulyo Village maintains good product quality from the coloring process , embedding, and motifs for the quality of the fabric depending on consumer demand. And the resulting product is a durable product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of human resource management at BMT Sidogiri Capem Kencong which is seen from the aspect of human resource management of its employees, using a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that focuses on data quality. This qualitative research examines the perspectives of participants with interactive and flexible strategies. This research is aimed at understanding social phenomena from the participant's point of view. data were collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. Human Resource Management at BMT Sidogiri Capem Kencong The recruitment system at BMT Sidogiri Kencong Branch is very good by using two methods, namely internal and external recruitment. Besides that, there are special considerations in the recruitment system, where these considerations are prioritized for prospective employees from the Alumni of the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School who are not required to be graduates of Islamic banking and Islamic economics. Because the most important thing in being an employee of BMT Sidogiri Kencong Branch is the inner bond so that it will bring up employees who have high loyalty to the organization. Meanwhile, in the process of fulfilling the demands of professionalism, BMT Sidogiri Kencong Branch uses a strategy by means of training and evaluation. Where the training is carried out at the end of the year which is carried out for 5 days and the evaluation is every month for the head of the BMT. Keywords :Management SDM,BMT Sidogiri

Abstract

Sharia Banking is everything related to Sharia Banks and Sharia Business Units, covering institutions, business activities, as well as ways and processes in carrying out its business activities (Article 1 of Law No. 21 of 2008 on Sharia Banking). The definition means that Sharia banking includes Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS), Sharia Business Units (UUS), and Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS). Sharia financing products are various in accordance with the needs of the community. Where sharia banks need to analyze each financing to reduce the risk of financing. The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of customers in providing financing to PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta City. The type of research used is field. The nature of this research is descriptive cauldron. The research source uses primary data. Which can be directly by the manager of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta and secondary data used from company documents and other literature such as observation and documentation. In the results of the study using the 5C principle, namely; Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition of Economy. With the concept of FAST, namely; Fathanah, Amanah, Shiddiq and Tabligh. As for the feasibility impact on the provision of financing, namely for the bank, this feasibility has a positive impact because with the feasibility, the bank can analyze in detail on the customer's request. As for the customer has a negative impact because to get capital quickly will be hampered by the existence of this 5C principle process. Keywords: Customer Eligibility, Financing dan PT.
