Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, work discipline and employee performance. The method used is quantitative, the object of research is employees at the Pharmacy Installation of the Sriwijaya General Hospital Palembang. The sampling technique was carried out in total sampling with a sample size of 36 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that first, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance (H1 Accepted). Second, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (H2 Accepted). From the results of this study it is hoped that further research can discuss more in-depth factors such as employee loyalty, job satisfaction and work commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of health services on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Occupational Health Hospital of West Java Province. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires and conducting literature studies. The total population is 2.500 patients per month. The sampling technique uses random sampling with a total sample size of 50 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, and Spearman rank correlation tests. The research results show that the Spearman rank correlation coefficient value is 0.65 in the interval 0.6–0.799, which is categorized as strong. So, it can be concluded that the quality of health services has a strong influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the West Java Province Occupational Health Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of service quality on PT PLN (Persero) customers' levels of satisfaction. In this study, 160 PT PLN (Persero) ULP Way Halim customers participated in a survey using quantitative research methods. The independent variables in this research are Reliability (X1), Assurance (X2), Tangible (X3), Empathy (X4) and Responsiveness (X5) and the dependent variable in this research is Customer Satisfaction (Y). The calculation results of the Reliability variable (X1) obtained a t value of 2.744, the result of the Assurance variable (X2) was 1.002, the result of the Tangible variable (X3) was 1.442, the result of the Empathy (X4) variable was 2.205, and the result of the Responsiveness variable (X5) is 3.932, which shows that the variables Reliability (X1), Empathy (X4), and Responsiveness (X5) have a significant and influential effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze job satisfaction as intervening social interaction and social support on performance at the Mulia Grand Manufacturing company. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. The sample used was 130 respondents, namely all employees in the production division of the converting division. The hypothesis will be tested using the SEM PLS method via WarpPLS version 7 software. The results of the research have proven that: 1). Social interaction has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. 2).Social support has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. 3). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. 4). Social interaction has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. 5).Social support positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 6). Social interaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. 7).Social support has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. It can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence of social interaction on performance through job satisfaction, meaning that the relationship between social interaction and performance will increase with job satisfaction. On the other hand, this research proves that there is a significant positive influence social support on performance through job satisfaction, meaning social support influence on performance with work satisfaction. This research also proves that there is a significant positive influence of job satisfaction on performance,

Abstract

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding and conduct empirical analysis of the impact of compensation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of A Grosir Subang employees. The chosen research method involves quantitative analysis and utilizes non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sample (census), to minimize bias and generate hypotheses effectively. Data quality testing is performed through validity and reliability testing mechanisms. Furthermore, this research includes classical assumption testing stages such as normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and multicollinearity testing, followed by hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study demonstrate that individual variables, namely work discipline, job satisfaction, and compensation, positively influence employee performance. Simultaneously, when considered together, these variables also positively impact employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of knowledge management and self development on job satisfaction through organizational citizenship behavior of employees. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 65 employees of PT Prima Multi Peralatan Branch TPK Belawan. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equestion Model (PLS-SEM). The results of testing from the concept framework in the form of the influence of knowledge management on job satisfaction, the influence of self development on job satisfaction, the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction, the influence of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior, the influence of self development on organizational citizenship behavior, the influence of knowledge management on job satisfaction through organizational citizenship behavior, the influence of self development on job Satisfaction through organizational citizenship behavior, expressed as all have a positive and significant influence .

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of a lack of student interest in a career in taxation, while the Indonesian government requires graduate students who have a career interest in taxation and graduates who are competent in the field of taxation. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, self-efficacy, three educational centers, and the effectiveness of tax brevet training on the career interest of accounting students in the field of taxation partially or simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method and primary data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. This study used a sample of private university students in the city of Yogyakarta. This research managed to collect 150 respondents. The tool for processing data uses IBM SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that both simultaneously and partially motivation, self-efficacy, tri education centers and the effectiveness of tax brevet training affect the career interest of accounting students in the field of taxation by 74.2%, while the rest is 25.8% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether customer satisfaction can be influenced by website quality, perceived value, convenience and security. The sampling method is non-probability sampling while the sampling technique uses a purposive sample. This study took samples from Shopee customers who were over 17 (seventeen) years old and had made purchases at Shopee more than 2 (two) times. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire that will be distributed via google form. The number of questionnaires to be processed is 95 questionnaires. Data were processed using SPSS software version 26. Data analysis used multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) website quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction,(4) security has no positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. 2) the effect of corporate image on customer satisfaction PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. 3) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. 4) the effect of corporate image on customer loyalty PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul and 5) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul.This research is a quantitative research, using descriptive analysis. The population in this study are customers of PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method in the form of a Google Form which was distributed to 105 customers of PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression.The results of the study show that the service quality variable influences customer satisfaction. corporate image variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality variable influences customer loyalty. Corporate image variable has no effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction variable has an effect on customer loyalty on PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policy to accelerate stunting prevention and control in Bone Bolango Regency and its implications for regional health independence in Gorontalo Province. The focus of this research is the implementation of policies to accelerate stunting prevention and the implications of policies on health independence. The population is determined by purposive sampling and purposive sampling. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method, namely identifying related to the implementation of policies to accelerate stunting prevention and the implications of policies for health independence. In general, the implementation of stunting prevention social policies in Bone Bolango Regency has been going well. The stunting prevention and control policy emphasizes aspects of commitment and responsibility of local governments and community participation as the main issues. The Bone Bolango district government is expected to maintain its commitment to overcome stunting problems by improving coordination in all regional apparatuses related to stunting. Public education is needed about the importance of eating nutritious foods with a balanced nutritional pattern. Improvement from the downstream side, namely by increasing agricultural production through intensification and extensification of agricultural cultivation, as well as providing decent jobs for the community, so as to increase people's purchasing power.
